The beachfront location is beautiful and great for relaxing by the sea. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the rooms are not very luxurious and don’t really feel like a 4-star standard. We booked two rooms, and unfortunately one of them had a smelly bathroom. We politely asked to change the room, but were told the hotel was fully booked and it wasn’t possible. The location is good for the beach, but not ideal for shops or getting around. Outside the hotel you’re directly on the road, the area isn’t walkable, and the nearest shops are about 1–2 km away, so a motorbike or transport is needed. For the price we paid, we would probably choose a different place to stay next time.

Five night stay at Impiana in a sea view room. Location is at the quiet end of Chewang Noi so many times especially early in the morning it felt like you had the beach to yourself. The downside as others have mentioned is that it is on the main ring road with no footpaths so it is hard to get to restaurants and shops without either taking a grab, braving the highway, or walking down the beach and cutting through another resort. The included breakfast was excellent and the meal we had in the restaurant was also good. Other dining options are available at other hotels via the beach. We enjoyed having dinks and playing pool at the beach bar in between swimming in the ocean or pool. and having a massage on the beach next to the resort. Whilst the hotel is a bit dated, and where I was staying was up a number of stairs, the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Rooms were serviced daily with fresh bath and beach towels. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged a car and driver for a day excursion.

The hotel is stunning in its beauty. I'll start with the hardworking employees specially James and Wu who are always smiling and of course the entire hotel staff who are always positive, warm, loving and friendly. How important it is to have good people and a supportive environment. A great breakfast. The beach of the hotel is perfect . The room is cleaned every day to a very high standard . The location of the hotel is excellent!! A few minutes drive and you reach the center And there is the peace and beauty of the hotel and you can sleep well. Highly recommend Amazing vacation.!!!!!! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. A special thank-you to Sun at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Sun was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm attitude and excellent service truly made my stay even better. He provided great recommendations and made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Sun. I would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic stay, The resort and beach are beautiful. The staff were always welcoming, sweet and helpful I had to take away a star on location because it is situated on a very fast part of the road with zero sidewalks or accomodation for pedestrians and virtually no shopping or restaurants accessible. A walk to 7-11 is damn scary with the cars and bikes whipping by as you walk on the 4 lane highway Taxis are truly required for trips anywhere off the resort. I'm a motorcycle rider at home and rented a bike as usual here but even I had my heart in my throat getting in and out of the resort most times. Nothing can be done about that of course but it's worth knowing if you like to wander from your resort. We stayed in RM 116 which had a lovely view of the grounds and the sea.
