Excellent resort with private beach. If you're looking for a relaxing place in Koh Samui Impiana is a beautifully kept resort including buffet breakfast. Staff go out of their way to be hospitable. Especially Guitar - she was super helpful at check-in as I arrived too early she was very kind and allowed me to enjoy the resort while my room was being cleaned. and Aung helped me change my room to one that suited my needs more. I highly recommend staying here as it has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday without having yk leave the resort. The beach is the added bonus - crystal clear turquoise

The beachfront location is beautiful and great for relaxing by the sea. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the rooms are not very luxurious and don’t really feel like a 4-star standard. We booked two rooms, and unfortunately one of them had a smelly bathroom. We politely asked to change the room, but were told the hotel was fully booked and it wasn’t possible. The location is good for the beach, but not ideal for shops or getting around. Outside the hotel you’re directly on the road, the area isn’t walkable, and the nearest shops are about 1–2 km away, so a motorbike or transport is needed. For the price we paid, we would probably choose a different place to stay next time.

Impiana Resort Chaweng Noi feels like the kind of place that makes you forget your phone for a while. The sea is right there. No filters needed. Just open the door, walk a few steps, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Samui is waiting in front of you. We stayed here on 25/10/2025 in the Superior Seaside Room. Simple design. Clean space. Comfortable bed. Nothing feels excessive. Everything feels easy. And then there’s the view. The ocean outside the room is almost distracting. The kind of blue that makes you stop thinking about work, time, or whatever was waiting back home. Breakfast by the beach somehow makes mornings feel slower here. Coffee, sea breeze, sunlight reflecting on the water— it feels more expensive than a hotel under 2,000 baht per night should feel. The resort is located at Chaweng Noi Beach, only 3 minutes away from Chaweng Beach, one of the busiest areas in Koh Samui. Easy to reach, right by the main road, no small alleyways to navigate. Parking is available in front of the hotel, though drivers should be careful since the road outside curves uphill. One thing we noticed immediately was the service. Google may call this a 4-star hotel, but the hospitality feels closer to 5 stars. The open-air lobby doesn’t use air conditioning. Instead, it lets the ocean atmosphere flow naturally through the space. Cold welcome drinks were served while waiting for check-in. Fresh fruit was already prepared inside the room. And then something unexpected happened. We never mentioned a birthday during check-in. But the next morning, the staff surprised us with a birthday cake. It was simple. Quiet. Thoughtful. The kind of gesture people remember long after the trip ends. Every staff member genuinely seemed to care. Not in a formal hotel way— but in a warm, human way. The only small downside is that the room door doesn’t fully block outside noise. Occasionally, you may hear vehicles passing by from the road nearby. What truly made the experience special was the team at the bar and restaurant. Toey,Jane,Kook and Khun Wit were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. Their warm service and attention to detail created such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you for making our stay so memorable — I would definitely love to come back again.

Super beach just in the back of the hotel. Breakfast was Ok. Yes, location is just near a heavy trafficed road. No shopping or restaurants nearby. We might got unlucky. Problem with shower with hot and cold water and couldn't shower for more than 20 seconds at time. No cleaning of the room first day. Hade to remind them every day for cleaning. Towels smelled bad etc. WiFi on our room was like going back to 1996. Beds was really firm. Our friends had daily problem med the AC. Some seaview rooms don't have balcony but this is not mention in the booking.
