The hotel complex itself is very beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are okay — a bit outdated, but still comfortable and perfectly sufficient for a pleasant stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately, the check-in and check-out experience was very disappointing. On both occasions, we were assisted by the same staff member, who clearly seemed unmotivated and uninterested in his job. He often ignored guests entering the hotel or did not acknowledge them at all. At times, guests were left waiting for more than five minutes while he simply stared at the computer screen or looked at his phone. The worst moment was when we stood directly in front of his desk and said we would like to check in, and he ignored us while applying lip balm. Only after I said “Hello?” did he respond, saying he was alone. While we understand that working alone can be stressful, it is not an excuse for ignoring guests or providing poor service. Unfortunately, we encountered the same person during check-out, where we were again left waiting unnecessarily. We are very easy-going guests with low expectations and, luckily, we did not have any problems during our stay. However, it makes us wonder how potential issues would have been handled. On a positive note, all other staff members — especially during lunchtime — were extremely friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. A special thank-you to Sun at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Sun was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm attitude and excellent service truly made my stay even better. He provided great recommendations and made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Sun. I would definitely stay here again!

The beachfront location is beautiful and great for relaxing by the sea. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the rooms are not very luxurious and don’t really feel like a 4-star standard. We booked two rooms, and unfortunately one of them had a smelly bathroom. We politely asked to change the room, but were told the hotel was fully booked and it wasn’t possible. The location is good for the beach, but not ideal for shops or getting around. Outside the hotel you’re directly on the road, the area isn’t walkable, and the nearest shops are about 1–2 km away, so a motorbike or transport is needed. For the price we paid, we would probably choose a different place to stay next time.

Five night stay at Impiana in a sea view room. Location is at the quiet end of Chewang Noi so many times especially early in the morning it felt like you had the beach to yourself. The downside as others have mentioned is that it is on the main ring road with no footpaths so it is hard to get to restaurants and shops without either taking a grab, braving the highway, or walking down the beach and cutting through another resort. The included breakfast was excellent and the meal we had in the restaurant was also good. Other dining options are available at other hotels via the beach. We enjoyed having dinks and playing pool at the beach bar in between swimming in the ocean or pool. and having a massage on the beach next to the resort. Whilst the hotel is a bit dated, and where I was staying was up a number of stairs, the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Rooms were serviced daily with fresh bath and beach towels. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged a car and driver for a day excursion.

Super beach just in the back of the hotel. Breakfast was Ok. Yes, location is just near a heavy trafficed road. No shopping or restaurants nearby. We might got unlucky. Problem with shower with hot and cold water and couldn't shower for more than 20 seconds at time. No cleaning of the room first day. Hade to remind them every day for cleaning. Towels smelled bad etc. WiFi on our room was like going back to 1996. Beds was really firm. Our friends had daily problem med the AC. Some seaview rooms don't have balcony but this is not mention in the booking.
