We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Mauritius and were truly impressed by the hospitality and service throughout our visit. The beautiful property, relaxing atmosphere, and warmth of the staff made our experience especially memorable. A special mention goes to Shreya, the Duty Manager, who was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience. Her personal attention and genuine care really stood out and made us feel very well looked after. We’d also like to recognize Noah from the bar team for his excellent service. He was warm, friendly, and attentive, and always made our time at the bar enjoyable. Would happily recommend the resort to others!

Zayn is one of the best receptionists I've ever come across. Really attentive, he basically knew what we needed before expressing it. And always ready to make sure that we have everything we need. The staff in general was great. We had a birthday during our trip and I could arrange with them a surprise birthday cake and room decorum. It was spot on. Also, the service at the restaurants- impecable. I especially liked the Veda restaurant: the cuisine, the chef, all the staff being really careful about my son's allergies.

My first ever trip to Africa and Mauritius🇲🇺 and IHG Intercontinental made my stay incredible. The service at the hotel was impeccable from the moment I set foot. The quality and cleanliness the room was superb. The hotel has the most amazing beach ⛱️ with the most gorgeous view you will never tire of. The activities at the boathouse 🚤 was also fantastic. The team at the hotel were so pleasant, wonderful kind and such happy people. I want to give a huge shout out to Wesley at the Senso restaurant. His smile in the morning and conversation made breakfast an experience not just a meal. I also want to thank Ramesh for bringing me all of my room service meals. An absolute star. How you carried those trays I'll never know. Thank you again such a magical place .

Such an amazing hotel! The staff were so attentive. The room was so spacious and always cleaned to a high standard. Reshma the chef responded to our feedback and made an extra breakfast item for us. Khushi made our check in experience seamless and then checked up on us throughout. We tried all of the restaurants and I especially liked Segala. The breakfast was always enjoyable and there was a good range of items everyday. The free activities such as the glass bottom boat were a nice added touch. Thank you!
