We had a superb vacation at InterContinental Mauritius. The check-in process was smooth . Khilesh was Great and Everything throughout our stay was perfect. The staff made our stay unforgettable • Ajmal from bar always had great food or drink recommendations, and we really enjoyed chatting with him. • Ajay from Housekeeping . • Harish remembered who we were and what we drank after our first meeting 😊 Very kind and professional. • Rajdip always checked on us and took our orders wherever we were relaxing around the pool. • Samir and Anugrah (Veda Restaurant) was very kind and attentive . Mr Samir made our dinner always nice and comfortable . Tried to See on our Special needs like Garlic roti 😇 . Also told us about nice Mauritian night and managed to get us a table . • Divya at Senso greeted us every day with a smiles and always made sure we had a lovely table and yummy food around us . We truly felt welcomed and looked after, and we would love to return.

We recently stayed at InterContinental Mauritius Balaclava Resort for our honeymoon, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The property offers stunning views, beautiful beach areas, relaxing beach shacks, and great pools — the sunset views were especially breathtaking. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. Khushi at the reception was extremely warm and welcoming and supported us throughout our trip. At Senso Café, Vimla, Naveen, Moupiya, and Chef Ryan took great care of us and made every breakfast and dinner special. A special mention to Harish at Segala, who ensured our honeymoon dinner was memorable and perfectly arranged. The staff was consistently courteous and attentive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant from start to finish. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Our stay at InterContinental Resort Mauritius was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Every interaction was pleasant, and their attention to detail made a big difference. From breakfast (Ajay), lunch, barman (jasson & ravindra) and the housekeepers. It’s the kind of place that leaves you wanting to come back again. Highly recommended!

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 10 years every time I travel to Mauritius. I have previously never had any complaints but unfortunately on this stay I was disappointed. I can feel that the management has changed hands since my last stay as the service from the front desk on this occasion was poor. Usually, the arrival experience is so personal and special this time I was treated very blandly. As a member there was no special mention, it felt like I was just another guest. Every time I have stayed before there would be something added in the room like a bowl of fruits, a complimentary bottle of drink etc - this time nothing especially when I had added to my stay preference that it was my sons birthday. Usually the staff would be interested in where I work and what I do but this time there was no conversation. I asked for a late checkout this was also dismissed with no explanation or help when I said my kids needed to nap. However, I cannot fault the staff anywhere else. The restaurant staff especially the restaurant manager was soo friendly and professional. The ladies in the kids club were wonderful and made my son feel so special. The poolside staff were super friendly too and everyone else we met were very nice. I also booked a massage and it was just what I needed and spot on. The food at the hotel was amazing as always and Lucky for us the weather was just perfect ! Service is a big thing for me especially as I manage a team in a hotel too and I will give my experience on this occasion an oversight as everyone else was so nice. I will return again thanks to the other staff.

A huge thanks to the Staff members for being exceptional. From check in to check out Joy & Rochelle was attentive and very welcoming. Inquiries were handled patiently and their hospitality sets the tone of the entire experience. The server Jashwant in the noble house was very attentive and were prompt in delivering our request during our dining experience. Over all the Hotel staff and its amenities were supurb. The beach would have been better if there isnt much rocks but over all still a good experience.
