From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness of the entire team. What truly makes this hotel special is its incredible staff. Every single employee goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. No matter what you need or request, the staff are always ready to assist with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. The level of service is truly outstanding. You never feel like you’re asking for too much, because the team genuinely cares about making your stay as perfect as possible. The resort itself is beautiful, luxurious, and peaceful, offering a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing and memorable holiday. A huge thank you to the entire InterContinental Phuket team for making our stay so special and unforgettable. This is exactly what true 5-star hospitality should feel like! Highly recommended! We chose this hotel based on a recommendation from our family, and we came here to celebrate our honeymoon. We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Mind and Pun, who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon even more special. Their professionalism, kindness, and personal attention truly stood out and made us feel very well taken care of. We really appreciate the excellent hospitality and are so happy we chose this hotel for such a special occasion. We would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We are currently at the hotel. We were given a room facing the road; there was traffic noise all night long, even though we are on the fourth—and top—floor. We woke up several times throughout the night, resulting in a poor night's sleep. In the morning, we asked for some hot water and a little milk. We were told that the milk costs extra, and that we should get hot water from the espresso machine in our room—terrible service! We arrived here after spending a week at the Centara hotel in Koh Samui, where the service was excellent; coming here—despite the high price—was a huge letdown. It is not worth the cost, and our stay here has been truly unpleasant. We specifically chose this hotel because we wanted one with an attached beach. In reality, the beach is quite far away and located across the road; the hotel has to transport you there in one of their own vehicles. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation and expect good service and a pampering hotel experience, look elsewhere... I am correcting my review - after I wrote the review, the hotel staff contacted me and provided excellent service. They wanted to change my room and overall they provided good service. We enjoyed our extended stay at the hotel, thank you!

Stayed here to celebrate my father’s birthday following a family recommendation, and the experience genuinely exceeded our expectations. We had heard that the level of service was one of the hotel’s strongest qualities, and it certainly lived up to that. Everyone we met throughout our stay was warm, welcoming and attentive. The team also surprised us with several thoughtful birthday gestures, which made the occasion feel even more special. A particular mention to Khun Sa, who consistently went out of her way to look after us and make our stay memorable. She was incredibly attentive, often anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. Her warmth and genuine care really stood out and made a lasting impression on our family. We recently stayed at InterContinental Phuket and had an absolutely wonderful experience. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Special recognition goes to “Khun Mind and Khun Bonus” at the front office, whose warm and kind-hearted welcome set the tone for our entire stay from the moment we arrived including check-out. Tho there was a huge group arriving at the hotel tho they seems very professional and these 2 doesn’t seems to rush me at all. We would also like to thank “Khun Napha” from the Club Lounge for the outstanding service and for always greeting us with the biggest smile and the warm hearted attitude. Her friendliness and professionalism made every visit to the lounge a pleasure. We sure will remember her name. Another special thanks to “Khun Sa and Khun Non” at Pinto Restaurant, who took such great care of us during breakfast, including “Khun Soi, Khun Kwan, Khun Pui, Khun Bee, Khun Ikkye, Khun Yod, Khun Elle and Khun Yui”. Their attentiveness, genuine hospitality, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. We would also like to thank the chef and the rest of the breakfast team for their excellent service. Even though the breakfast was hectic but their professionalism shows that they can work very seamlessly with the biggest smile on their faces. While I may not remember every name, the people at InterContinental Phuket made a lasting impression and turned an already beautiful resort stay into something truly special.
