Leo, Bee and Matti i were absolutely amazing! The beach service was the best and they worked extremely hard catering to all of us on the beach. Always with a smile and always polite. The entire hotel staff were a joy and super professional and kind. The food always came out quickly and delicious. The Hotel is extremely large and well kept. The rooms are very clean, definitely up to the high Thai standard. There are five pools and several restaurants serving a Variety of dishes. I enjoyed the atmosphere on the beach the most It was quiet and relaxing, even though it was a pretty busy beach. Again, thank you so much for the beach crew for making this vacation wonderful.

InterContinental Phuket Resort is a stunning property set between the hillside and the sea, with a peaceful, refined atmosphere that makes it easy to truly unwind. The grounds are lush and beautifully maintained, the beachside setting is serene, and the overall design feels intentional and calming. What truly stood out was the people. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and kind — service here feels human and thoughtful rather than scripted, and that made my stay feel especially welcoming. One small disappointment came at 333, where the menu listed non-alcoholic cocktail options that unfortunately weren’t actually available. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I was looking forward to those offerings. That said, Kevin truly saved the day by graciously arranging a late checkout, which made my departure far more relaxed and left me feeling genuinely cared for. That kind of thoughtful service makes a lasting impression. This is a beautiful resort with a wonderful team behind it. With a bit more consistency around advertised zero-proof options, it would be an easy five-star stay.

We stayed from 19–25 Dec 2025, and it was genuinely one of the best family stays we’ve ever had — especially with a 6-month-old baby. We booked the King Classic Pool View (41 sqm with balcony) and everything was spot-on from the moment we arrived. The service is incredibly fast and consistently kind — you feel it everywhere, like the staff actually enjoy taking care of guests. Breakfast deserves a special mention: the variety is huge, with multiple cuisines and excellent quality every day. It never felt “hotel standard” — it felt special. The resort is also perfect for families. The kids club had activities (even if your baby is too young for most of them, the family-friendly atmosphere really shows), and the beach was clean and well-managed, with towels available all day and lifeguards present — which gave us real peace of mind. The whole property is beautiful: trees and greenery everywhere, very calm, and everything is maintained immaculately. Housekeeping and amenities were super clean, and the buggy cars were available all day, making it very easy to move around with a stroller and baby gear. One small personal highlight: Pui, a waitress at Pinto restaurant, was absolutely wonderful — she not only took great care of our table, she also made our baby daughter laugh and smile every time. That kind of warmth is unforgettable. Location-wise, it’s in Kamala, so it’s far from Old Town and Patong — but for us that was a big advantage. We wanted quiet, chill, and family-focused, and that’s exactly what we got. 10/10 — we’ll be back next year for sure.

We had an amazing stay at Intercontinental Hotel. Initially, we’ve booked one week but ended up staying for almost three weeks. We have stayed at ocean view rooms, two bedroom villa and even three bedroom villa. It’s the third time we choose Intercontinental Kamala for our family vacation and I’m sure we will come back again. Staff is amazing, kind, helpful, funny and warm-hearted. I am especially grateful to Oil who was extremely patient and helpful with us changing villas and rooms every four days, and gave us the best rates. She was the reason we stayed for such a long time. Also, I would like to thank guys from club lounge, thank you for making every happy hour special and enjoyable. We’ve left yesterday and already missing this place! Overall, the two bedroom villa is the best, highly recommend everyone staying there.
Almond Gyoza
This place is absolutely perfect. We came for the gastronomic Sunday Brunch with free-flow champagne, wine, and live music. The staff are friendly, and the food is amazing—one of the best brunches we’ve had. The presentation is beautiful and everything tastes delicious. It’s also very family-friendly. Our toddler loved the kids’ area, where the staff kept them entertained with games and painting while we enjoyed our meal. The swimming pool is stunning, facing the beach with a lovely bar on the side. Definitely a 5-star experience and a beautiful property in Kamala, Phuket.
