I recently stayed at the InterContinental Phuket Resort during an overnight stop in Phuket and was extremely impressed. The property is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and feels much more upscale than many resorts in the area. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Frankie from the management team made check-in effortless and took the time to explain the resort and its amenities, which was greatly appreciated. As an IHG Platinum Elite and InterContinental Ambassador member, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and featured a private veranda with a plunge pool that made the stay even more enjoyable. While the beach, infinity pool, and some accommodations are located across the street from the main building, the resort provides golf cart service and a convenient underground tunnel, making access easy and seamless. The beachfront setting is stunning, the atmosphere is refined and relaxing, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was especially impressive and among the best resort breakfasts I have experienced. What stood out most was the balance of luxury, service, and value. This is not a party resort, but rather an upscale retreat that delivers a true five-star experience without feeling pretentious. I would absolutely return and would highly recommend InterContinental Phuket Resort to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Phuket.

We stayed here for several days during our family vacation in Thailand, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen somewhere truly special. The resort is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and offers a peaceful atmosphere that is hard to put into words. Above all, the service stands out. Every single member of the staff we met was warm, professional, genuinely friendly, and always eager to help. This level of hospitality is rare and made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast is outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options that cater to every taste. The pools, public areas, and facilities are all maintained to the highest standard, creating a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. The hotel is located on a beautiful and peaceful beach. As with most beaches in Thailand, there is a natural difference between high and low tide, but here it is relatively modest and does not take away from the experience. Throughout most of the day, the beach is wonderful, the sea is inviting, and the scenery is simply breathtaking. The location is another major advantage. It offers peace and privacy while still being only a short drive from Patong and many of Phuket’s main attractions. A heartfelt thank you to every member of the team for making our stay so special. We left with unforgettable memories and the feeling that we experienced exactly what we were looking for—a luxurious, relaxing, and truly first-class vacation. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest beach resorts we have ever stayed at.

Beautiful experience at the InterContinental Phuket Resort. The whole experience from checkin to checkout was wonderful. It started excellent with a warm welcome from Franky, the manager of the resort. We were introduced to our butler Kevin, who was outstanding throughout our entire stay. He was extremely helpful and tended to All of our needs. The food was delicious, especially in the club lounge breakfast and the pine bar. The club lounge is excellent, with a great high tea offering, and cocktails and canapes in the evening. I highly recommend booking a room with club lounge access. There are plenty of pools all over the resort to use. The beach one is especially nice with good vibes and the pine bar food is tasty! I can't wait for our next stay at the InterContinental Phuket! Thanks again to Kevin for making our stay memorable.
