We stayed at the Oceanside part and were very impressed not only with the rooms (which were fantastic!) but more importantly with the quality of service. It’s clear that this resort values great, go above and beyond service. In particular Marn at the Pine poolside and Yoomai at Pinto for dinner. But where this resort shines is the breakfast buffet. Of note we had Sa and Pui taking care of us every day. But had multiple amazing interactions with Ann, Kwan, Bow, Yui, Nan, Tao , Benz and Ball. The buffet (which we normally don’t do) was a particular highlight for us.

We recently finished an incredible 3-night stay at the InterContinental Phuket, and the experience was absolutely spectacular. The resort is stunningly beautiful, the food is excellent, and the overall quality of service is top-tier. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the world-class staff. Our stay at the InterContinental Phuket was truly memorable. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care, and the check-in experience immediately made us feel at home. We had a very enjoyable stay at this resort as part of a company trip. We did the herbal compression workshop and the luk chup workshop and both were fun and informative, where we learned different aspects of Thai culture. Highly recommend. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was always a highlight! The only downside for our stay was our room was right by a pool and because of the amount of heavy rain during the week it was quite damp.

Our family recently stayed at InterContinental Phuket Resort and had a truly wonderful experience. One of the things that impressed me most was how well the resort recognized and delivered the benefits associated with my IHG One Rewards Platinum Ambassador membership. It was clear throughout our stay that members are genuinely valued, and the promised benefits were provided professionally and consistently. Before our arrival, I exchanged several emails with the resort regarding requests and preferences for our stay. Every detail was carefully noted and prepared without any omissions, which gave us great confidence even before check-in. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the thoughtful arrangements prepared in advance made the occasion even more special. My family and I were genuinely touched by the care and attention shown by the team. During our stay, a minor issue arose in the room. After sending an email, the matter was addressed almost immediately. The speed, professionalism, and willingness to help demonstrated the high standard of hospitality that this resort consistently delivers. I would especially like to recognize Asree and the breakfast restaurant & pool staff. Their friendliness went beyond simple courtesy—they were proactive, attentive, and genuinely eager to make guests feel welcome. Their warm hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. The Pool Access Room was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Having direct access to the pool created a relaxing resort atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this room category to anyone considering a stay at the property. Based on this experience, I would gladly recommend InterContinental Phuket Resort to friends, family, and fellow travelers. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and genuine hospitality makes this resort truly special. We left with wonderful memories and would happily choose InterContinental Phuket Resort again on our next visit to Phuket.
