This hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a perfect location. It is exactly what people in Dubai need when they are looking for peace away from the city chaos. Only about one and a half hours away, you’ll find a stunning hotel with excellent service, incredibly friendly and professional staff, and truly masterful interior furnishings. Everything is designed with great taste and attention to detail. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and relaxing — the perfect place to recharge. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and high-quality hospitality. Special thanks to MD Ali and Hafeez, who took exceptional care of our well-being throughout our stay. A very special thank you as well to Manikummer, who cleaned our room daily with great care and attention.

We had the most brilliant holiday in this hotel. The staff were amazing from the chef, dining staff, to the housekeeping, too many brilliant staff to name really. I celebrated my birthday whilst there and I don't think I have ever felt so loved before. Being dairy intolerant the chef always checked to see if I was catered for, and he said that it wasn't a problem when he had to cook something just for me and I must say his rice pudding was fabulous. The housekeeping manager and staff were so kind and our lovely room was always immaculate. The grounds and the beach were always clean and it was nice to see the lifeguard pick up any debris in the sea. I would recommend this hotel and I think that is due to the fabulous staff there. I would like to say a big thank you to you all who looked after my daughter and me, you were all amazing.

We just returned from our second visit to the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah, and once again, it did not disappoint. This trip was particularly special as it was our first holiday with our newborn baby, and we couldn’t have picked a better place for it. The hospitality here is truly world-class. A massive thank you to the entire team for being so incredibly kind and attentive to our little one; they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable as a new family. The Culinary Team: The chefs (Shibin and Anup) are masters of their craft, every meal was a delight, and they were so accommodating with our requests. The Service: A huge shoutout to the waiters and waitresses (especially Su Sandi, Eidra, Hendra, Moses and Kuljeet) at Saffar. Their warmth and professionalism made every dining experience seamless, even with our baby. Pool & Beach: We spent most of our days by the water. The pool and ShaSha pool bar staff were exceptional, always ready with a smile, fresh towels, and water. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for their meticulous cleaning. It made returning to our room each day feel like stepping into a pristine sanctuary, which is incredibly important when traveling with a baby. Returning for the second time felt like coming home to family. If you’re looking for a luxury getaway that is genuinely baby-friendly and boasts the best staff in the UAE, look no further. I visited Sahar Beach Bar to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had made a reservation with an advance payment of 900 for this special occasion. While the setting and idea of the experience were nice, unfortunately the food did not meet our expectations. The hot appetizers, especially the kibbeh, were difficult to enjoy due to the taste. The main course meat also had a strong gamey flavor, which was not to our preference. Additionally, some dishes that were mentioned on the menu were not served as part of the meal. The service timing could also be improved, as the waiting time was longer than expected — we were informed it would take around 10 minutes, but it often took 20 to 30 minutes. The seating area was also quite cold, which affected our comfort. Overall, the experience was disappointing for us, especially since it was meant to be a meaningful and memorable celebration. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve the experience for future guests.

This hotel, without any hesitation, stands at the very top of the list. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations — the atmosphere, the service quality, the attention to detail, and the overall guest experience are simply world-class. A very special mention goes to Henry, who is nothing short of outstanding. He is an exceptional professional and an excellent human being. His approach, professionalism, warmth, and ability to anticipate guests’ needs set a benchmark that many hotels in the region fail to reach. Henry represents what true hospitality should look like — sincere, attentive, and effortlessly elegant. In a country filled with luxury hotels, this property still manages to stand out, and people like Henry are exactly the reason why. This is the best hotel experience I’ve had in the UAE, and I will absolutely be returning and recommending it without reservation.
