My husband and I stayed at Jumeirah Bali for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming, and our room was beautiful and spotless. A special thank you to Yudi, who we saw several times throughout the resort and who always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. His thoughtfulness truly made a difference! We also want to thank Zaldy, the photographer, who made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Our photos turned out absolutely beautiful, and we will cherish them forever! Our dinner at Akasa was also flawless, thanks to our attentive and professional servers Adi Young and Risma, who made the entire experience so special. Everything from the moment we arrived until checkout was absolutely wonderful! Every single staff member greeted us with a warm smile and was eager to help with anything we needed. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless—whether requesting an immediate buggy or asking for assistance, our butler was remarkably responsive and essentially always on hand, which made a huge difference. I had reserved dinner at Akasa prior to our stay. Upon check-in, the team immediately confirmed the reservation details with me and coordinated the buggy timings perfectly. The food and views at Akasa were both incredible! Our villa was conveniently located near the breakfast area, the beach, and the pool. We chose to walk both mornings, and the resort grounds along the way are breathtaking—strolling through the property is an experience in itself, even without a buggy ride. Enjoying breakfast overlooking the ocean to the sounds of traditional live instruments was the perfect way to start the day. When we tried to book a last-minute spa appointment that was fully booked, our butler kindly reached out to external spa options on our behalf. Even though it was too short notice to secure a spot, the effort was thoughtful and genuinely appreciated. We would definitely return to Jumeirah Bali and look forward to visiting other Jumeirah properties in the future. A truly rejuvenating and serene place to stay!

A bit below Jumeirah standard for the UAE, but I believe they’re getting there. Food quality is average, and they really need to source ingredients from better suppliers. Breakfast was below average overall the international selection needs improvement. We ended up going to another restaurant in Uluwatu for dinner because of the poor choice within the property, and the food there was much higher quality. Rooms are ok, but the TVs are outdated no smart TV functionality to plug in YouTube or Netflix. During the World Cup we couldn’t find any channels showing it, though the team did provide a USB-C adapter so we could connect our iPad. Staff are amazing genuinely nothing to complain about. They did everything they could to make our stay special, especially for our kids’ birthday, which is a big part of why I rated the experience the way I did. Leadership presence was missing we only saw a duty manager at check-out. Kids club activities shouldn’t be paid at all we feel that should be included in what we’re already paying for. Lastly, sound insulation in the room ceiling needs work we could hear birds and monitor lizards (varan) on the roof, which scared our kids. Thanks again for your hospitality we hope to come back for a true 5-star experience.

This review is written on behalf of Dr Amer and Family. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful at Jumeirah Bali. The hotel is stunning and has a luxurious feel . It has stunning villas with pools and having stayed at so many Jumeirah properties worldwide , it is in keeping with the standard. The highlight are the staff. From Ricky in breakfast to Ayu in Akasa,,everyone looked after us and accomodated our needs to the maximum. No resort is perfect so There was a wedding happening at the time of our 8 night stay but the music was swiftly turned off at 10pm so we didnt mind. The beach is public which is the only downside but thats pretty common in Indonesia but the iconic cliffside views make up for it. If you want a luxurious hotel holiday in Bali I wouldnt bother looking elsewhere.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and it was exactly what we wanted. Quiet, intimate and romantic without feeling overly formal. They prepared a small surprise in our villa which was such a thoughtful touch. The private pool and sunset views made it really special.
