My 2nd stay. Beautiful resort with exceptional service. Upgraded to a large suite. Room is immaculately clean throughout stay. Walk on tile floor in room with no debris on your feet. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is 10/10. Minor issues addressed beyond expectations by Hitesh (assistant front desk manager).

The absolute best 5star experience.. Their breakfast is simply mind blowing and when they say the best French toast in Thailand they mean it I could not stop eating them. They have fresh fruits to eat as well as in juices... The hotel rooms are very spacious and very well equipped.. Since the hotel knew we were checking in with a child they had all the kiddies toiletries set up as well and also they kept kids room slippers as well along with adults. As I said every detail we'll thought thru.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed with attentive greetings and smooth, efficient check-in service. Breakfast was a highlight – the wide variety of choices, delicious flavors, and stunning sea view made every morning special. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. While waiting at the lobby for a food delivery, the staff proactively stepped in to help me communicate with the delivery rider. At the pool, the crew kindly offered to pump up our floats without us even asking. The only downsides were the dated condition of the room (though the service team responded promptly by sending over a dehumidifier when we gave feedback), and the kids’ club being under renovation, with the temporary play area and toys showing their age. Still, the friendliness and genuine care of the crew more than made up for it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I had a phenomenal experience at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was out of this world — every single staff member treated us with genuine warmth, respect, and professionalism. What impressed me most was the consistency, no matter whom I interacted with, the service was always top-notch. The property itself is beautifully maintained , everything was spotless, neat, and inviting. One standout feature was the WiFi coverage, which once connected, stayed seamless throughout the resort, even as I walked all the way to the beach. It made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Also not to mention the service always let's you feel wow, when we were about to leave the resort post cleaning the room they also left a handwritten note which was very thoughtful. Overall, this resort is the perfect destination for anyone looking to enjoy a truly relaxing and luxurious getaway.

We had a warm welcome and departure messages from Dani and Fluke both from guests member relations team. The staff were amazing and a credit to the management. They are super friendly, respectful and always with a smile. All the way from the airport ushers to our driver, Athena at the reception who was super helpful describing all the facilities as well as giving us some complementary spa vouchers, the team at Ginja Thai restaurant, the team handling the breakfast to the pool a ttendants constantly refilling our cups with fresh cool water! Just fantastic, we felt right at home and well pampered. We love the resort and the way it’s built in a lush tropical garden, cool and tranquil for a reprieve from the hot sun. Unblocked access to a large public breach but do watch out for the warning flags and always ask the locals before venturing to the sea as it can get rough with strong currents during certain seasons. We will be back!
