We had a truly perfect 2 night stay as an end to our Phuket vacation and we definitely saved the best for last! We hope to return soon due to the outstanding hospitality and comfort we experienced. Right from the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and assisted - the level of service continued throughout our stay due to the kind and accomodating team members. The rooms and property were stunning, and the food and drinks were delicious! We especially loved the live music at the lobby bar each evening. I would like to give a special mention to Sao who assisted me with retrieving a lost item in patong beach, she went out of her way to help us with a personal matter and we are deeply grateful! Also thank you to Jay and Earng who served us at the bar, providing exceptional service and created an evening that we will never forget. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, with genuinely friendly and helpful staff throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Tai from the hotel concierge, who truly went the extra mile to make us feel valued and well taken care of. During check-in, he ensured all our paperwork was in order and tailored his recommendations to help us make the most of our short holiday. When I accidentally left my Thailand immigration slip at the counter, he made sure I got it back. He also helped with a special request and found a win-win solution. His attentiveness and resourcefulness made a real difference to our stay. We also had lovely service at the North Pool. Our group of four was promptly guided to our chosen loungers, with clean towels prepared and ice-cold water served without us even having to ask. The piña coladas and mai tais were pretty good, too! A big thank you to Mr Marn and Pap for the attentive poolside service. Our appreciation also goes to the housekeeping team for the daily care and thoughtful towel decorations, as well as the first aid for their assistance. Every interaction contributed to making us feel well cared for throughout our stay. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable!

This Hotel exceeded our expectations. We are group of 2 couples, traveling from 20.10-25.10.2026. Rooms are spacious, always clean - and I mean they might be cleaning them twice a day. Going back to room Always find a complimentary sweets or towel figure with flowers. I have never met such humble and friendly stuff, their caring attitude makes staying here feel like heaven. We have breakfast included and we regret not having booked half board, as they offer exquisite breakfast selection. And last and not least - great restaurant selection and phenomenal food taste. Writing this review while still at my room, thinking about my next visit to this heaven on earth. I gave 4 star to location - not because is far from city center ( I prefer quiet holidays ) but because beach sand is not white and therefore you won’t find this turquoise blue beach as in “The Beach” movie. But that doesn’t change anything.

Our stay here has been so good the service is excellent. The house keeping staff understood what I needed just based on how I had used the room. They have left little signs of turning the bed covers in the same preferred side placing water exactly how I like it, replacing my favourite coffee with extra pods. I feel very cared for. The concierge service made us feel so heard. Oy took special interest in finding out what we like and helped us plan exactly to suit our varies needs. What a lovely holiday we are having 😊 Only thing I would say is it's very far away from the Old town and city where all the other activities are. So it's important to decide what one plans to do in Phuket before booking

Beautiful beachfront location with stunning sea views and a peaceful, almost private beach. The service was excellent, truly five-star quality. However, the hotel and pool feel quite outdated, with a traditional Thai design from decades ago. Better suited for mature travelers who prefer a classic atmosphere rather than a modern resort. Lovely setting, but not my style. I wouldn't stay here again.
