The service was amazing staff are very nice and kind ,housekeeping ensured that the rooms are spotless .Our housekeeper Prarey was awesome. Greeting us every morning cheerful and always going out of her way to ensure we are happy. The service here is not about the staff doing their job ,but are always going the extra mile and with a smile and happy about it. Prang and all the staff at the pool bar are out of this world. I loved the hotel , the views, the rooms are spacious and cosy. Pool is great. Breast is alright . But there is a problem that there are alot of stairs and 1 elevator. 😳So you have to be in good shape and active as you can’t wait for the elevator all the time ! Had a situation with the rooms at the beginning . We were given rooms in different buildings and far from each other. But kindly the manager helped sort it out and was extremely professional and kind . I would certainly consider it next time .

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Beautiful location with stunning views, great pools, lovely facilities, and excellent service. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy some peace and quiet while still being close to Patong, with a convenient shuttle running every two hours. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to Noodang at breakfast, whose positive energy, kindness, and helpfulness made every morning a little brighter! And a big thank you to Wut, who made my Muay Thai sessions at the hotel gym a real highlight. Such a great guy and excellent trainer! It’s the people who turn a great hotel into a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We’ve come here for our anniversary and have loved every moment. The staff are super friendly. Everything was so clean and the variety of food in their buffet was something. The double room with pool access was the best decision. Rooftop bar at night with the best views. Absolutely felt amazing staying here. Highly recommend to everyone, romantic for couples and also family friendly.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a great multi-centre trip for us. The hotel is in a beautiful spot (albeit very hilly!!), the rooms are beautiful but a little noisy - we had to be moved due to some outside noise. However the staff were totally understanding and kind, helping us move and even giving us spa vouchers despite the fault not being theirs. Every staff member we encountered has been amazing. The pool staff are great, we had excellent massages, the shuttle bus drivers and front of house staff who helped with luggage, and a really helpful gentleman in the restaurant who helped me make one of the Asian meals vegetarian for me, this was greatly appreciated. However I cannot go without mentioning the wonderful Roong from Malika restaurant. We chose this hotel to try the teppenyaki restaurant but instead came back to Malika twice due to Roong and her truly amazing service. She is a truly beautiful person and I wish her all the happiness in life, I would love to see her again one day! She drew a picture of my partner and I, and got all the little details, it was the most thoughtful thing. Thank you so much Roong! Lots of love from Beth and Jack

A special thank you to Kook! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always welcoming us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed.
