Can not recommend and celebrate this location enough. The staff treated us like loyalty from start to finish. The rooms were spotless the entire time thanks to Nanny, Emmy and S.Pooh, and they made incredible figures out of towels everyday! A special shout out to Kook in the lobby who is the most genuinely helpful man. However we received nothing but kindness and hospitality from all the staff, the hotel is lovely and has absolutely everything we needed, we would happily come back. They have helped make this the most perfect honeymoon!

I make a decision to celebrate my girlfriend birthday at Khao Lak therefore I choose the Kalima Khao Lak Resort and Villa. The first impression have happen since the front gate the security staff was so nice and helpful to carrying our baggage, the front office staff was so kindly to explain about the layout and the activities that are available for free that distinguish from other such as “Kayak” and touchable price of spa also the remarkable private beach that you will see various kind of nature habit occur around the hotel. We just stay for one night but it makes us want to return back again because of the empathy and sympathy of staff and the activities and location of hotel itself that make them solitude. But not everything will be perfect we have take a breakfast at the hotel but it doesn’t have a basic menu such as Sausage, Ham, Bacon which is the major menu that most people will eat every morning, the scramble egg is so “dry” the hollandaise sauce that serve on top of egg Benedict isn’t taste right it very salty and so liquid. Due to the timing that we stay are in the low season the hotel make less or forgot to concern about the quality of food. Based on our experiences that we stay in variety of hotel me and my girlfriend recommended to change from a self service buffet to à la carte buffet where the guest can order the food based on the menu that hotel have inside the menu which this will control the quality and the budget of the cost of food and adaptability for hotel in the low season. This experience we have from DEVASOM Khao Lak but I understand the differentiation of ranking but this will give the cost control for the hotel. But overall we will return back and we hope that the adaptability will occur.

I had a wonderful stay at Kalima Resort Phuket during my birthday trip. A special thank you to Ms. Goanghong Ma, Reservation Supervisor, for her excellent assistance before my arrival. She kindly arranged complimentary birthday decorations, a cake, and even a room upgrade, which made my stay extra special. I would also like to thank Jib Lek for being incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. His kindness and willingness to assist truly enhanced my experience. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are warm and professional. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wide variety of food to choose from. Thank you to the entire Kalima Resort & Spa team for making my birthday trip such a memorable one. I highly recommend this resort and would love to return in the future.

We have just stayed 10 days in this beautiful Resort and we can highly recommend it to families and couples. The staff are just the most wonderful hard workers making sure everything is fantastic for our stay. Special mention to our lovely housekeepers S.Ree Pod and Ona making sure we had everything we needed for our beach days and our lazy days by the pool, our rooms were attended to magnificently giving us exceptional service. Also our breakfast every morning we were attended by the lovely trainee Pearmai and the breakfast supervisor Noonis their lovely smiles every morning were fantastic and of course the beautiful food. The front office people were helpful everyday making sure our transport was quick and effective. Changing money for us and making sure our stay was smooth sailing. Thank you Kalima resort and spa for making our holiday truly memorable and enjoyable.
