WU DINIWU
The hotel seems pretty well-known for its very French-inspired interior, everything is blue and honestly really beautiful. Totally Instagrammable. The room wasn’t too small or too big, just nice. The bathroom was also good with complete amenities. I really liked the scent of their hand lotion. The pool stretches along the restaurant, which is cool, and the location is quite convenient too.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The service was exceptional, from the reception counter, luggage attendants, car foyer receptionists, dining area waitresses, to the room service team. Every staff member was consistently polite and never failed to greet us warmly. The swimming pool area is beautiful, and the rooftop offers even more facilities. I also joined the complimentary yoga class twice, which left me feeling refreshed and truly relaxed, such a wonderful new experience. On top of that, they offered a free cocktail redemption for guests to enjoy at the rooftop bar, complete with a lovely poolside ambience.

I never leave reviews. But I had to for this hotel. We we're completely shocked at how stunning this place was. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Special thanks to Adi and his hospitality and for not charging us for late check out. There was also a girl at the front desk (I can't remember her name) but she helped me get my dress altered. The food, the pool, everything was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was clinically clean which I love! The room was absolutely spotless. If I could give 10 stars I would. The only thing I would have liked would have been a smart TV for netflix but it wasn't an issue as we were out all the time. Any time we rang to have more water delivered, it was delivered in 2 minutes. The rooms and grounds are stunning but the staff are just beyond expectations. I hope the hotel is up kept well as I would love to return in a few years. I hated Bali 10 years ago when I visited but this hotel has made me not want to leave Bali now. Well done to everyone who works here ❤️

I recently stayed at KANVAz and had an outstanding experience. Despite having stayed in many 5-star hotels, I genuinely feel that the staff attention here surpasses them. Check-in was the smoothest and most seamless I’ve ever had. From security to reception to the restaurant team, everyone was exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. Truly impressive service. Definitely will come back.

I stayed in a pool access room and absolutely loved it. The room was lovely, with comfortable sun lounges and direct access to an amazing pool, such a highlight! Breakfast each morning was incredible with so many delicious options, and the service from every staff member was excellent. The location in Seminyak is great too… close to everything but still feels calm and relaxed. My top tip: if you book a pool access room, request one a little further from the restaurant for extra privacy. I’d definitely stay here again!
