My recent visit to the Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi was highly enjoyable and memorable. What stood out most was the hotel’s commitment to delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience. The facilities were well maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every aspect of the stay reflected a high standard of quality. During my time at the hotel, I was particularly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team. One of the highlights of my stay was the M Lounge. Every request was handled promptly, and the attention to detail contributed greatly to a comfortable and stress-free stay and I would like to extend special appreciation to Maya for her outstanding service. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. She consistently demonstrated a genuine willingness to assist and ensured that every interaction was pleasant and memorable.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. I would especially like to commend the valet team, who were exceptionally kind and professional. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned older rooms instead of the newly renovated rooms that were advertised and shown on Booking.com, despite there being availability in the renovated section. As a result, we had to wait until 5:00 PM before receiving the rooms we had expected. The food quality was also below expectations. The selection was very limited, and the majority of the dishes were from Indian cuisine, which may not cater to all guests’ preferences. More variety would have been appreciated. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell throughout many areas of the hotel, including a noticeable smoke odor that seemed to linger throughout the property. This significantly affected our comfort and overall impression of the hotel. While I genuinely appreciate the efforts and professionalism of the staff, the quality of the facilities and overall guest experience did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

We enjoyed the extended stay at Royal Meridien and the staff here is really very welcoming, helpful and gracious.. Receptionist- Septi K is very warm and quiet helpful, friendly lady..very humorous...we enjoyed talking to her. Other staff at the dinning are equally good and helpful be it breakfast, lunch and dinner.. Housekeeping is upto the mark ... All in all...thankyou to all the staff and the management for giving good service.

We had an amazing stay at Le Royal Meridian Hotel Abu Dhabi. The service was excellent from check-in until check-out. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Special thanks to the bell boy team for their kind assistance in picking up and dropping off our luggage and stuffs smoothly — their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable and welcomed. A very special appreciation for the lovely birthday cake arranged by the hotel. It was beautifully prepared, so tasty, and absolutely delicious. It made the celebration extra memorable for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality and excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently stayed at Le Royal Méridien and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly made the stay special was the staff. I have to give a special thank you to Raef in the lounge, his service was exceptional, and I’ve never experienced anything quite like it. He was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He’s a real asset to the team. I’d also like to thank Raymond for his excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. He made a real difference and helped make our visit so enjoyable.
