The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. I would especially like to commend the valet team, who were exceptionally kind and professional. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned older rooms instead of the newly renovated rooms that were advertised and shown on Booking.com, despite there being availability in the renovated section. As a result, we had to wait until 5:00 PM before receiving the rooms we had expected. The food quality was also below expectations. The selection was very limited, and the majority of the dishes were from Indian cuisine, which may not cater to all guests’ preferences. More variety would have been appreciated. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell throughout many areas of the hotel, including a noticeable smoke odor that seemed to linger throughout the property. This significantly affected our comfort and overall impression of the hotel. While I genuinely appreciate the efforts and professionalism of the staff, the quality of the facilities and overall guest experience did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

My recent visit to the Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi was highly enjoyable and memorable. What stood out most was the hotel’s commitment to delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience. The facilities were well maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every aspect of the stay reflected a high standard of quality. During my time at the hotel, I was particularly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team. One of the highlights of my stay was the M Lounge. Every request was handled promptly, and the attention to detail contributed greatly to a comfortable and stress-free stay and I would like to extend special appreciation to Maya for her outstanding service. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. She consistently demonstrated a genuine willingness to assist and ensured that every interaction was pleasant and memorable.

Had a wonderful breakfast experience at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi. A special thanks to hostess Jyoti for welcoming us with a warm smile and assisting us to our table. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Sudeep, Julie, Aman, and Dawa for their great hospitality. Chef Samuel also prepared a delicious dosa that we really enjoyed. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again!

Great location, great rooms, and amazing amenities. We had access to the lounge and even with Marriott's high standard this hotel stood out. The food was really good both in selection and quality. Ashimta and Raef are seemingly everywhere and we never had to get up once. Saad at the club lounge also made sure to go above and beyond for us.

The rooms were impeccably clean, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows that made it easy to fully unwind after long days exploring the city. I also loved the Malin+Goetz amenities — such a thoughtful, niche beauty touch that adds a subtle layer of luxury. Breakfast was a highlight each morning: a beautiful, diverse spread with high-quality ingredients and plenty of fresh options. It felt generous yet refined - exactly what you want to start a relaxed day in Abu Dhabi. The pool area is another great feature, especially the warm water, which makes it enjoyable at any time of day. It’s a lovely space to slow down and recharge. Overall, this hotel strikes a wonderful balance between comfort, quality, and understated elegance. A warm recommendation for leisure travelers looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Abu Dhabi.
