They went far beyond standard hospitality — they built a personable relationship with us, remembered our personal preferences, and make you feel valued and welcomed. Their professionalism, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail set an incredibly high standard. It is their care and dedication that truly make the Club Lounge experience so special. The entire team was consistently welcoming and helpful, creating an atmosphere that felt both refined and personal. A special thank you as well to Karim and Renissa, who made booking tours effortless. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, offering excellent value for money. The tours ran exactly as described, and communication throughout was seamless and professional. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service provided by Mr. Mujaddad. He consistently went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. Overall, an exceptional stay made unforgettable by an outstanding team.

First rate staff in every department. I had a small inconvenience with my room - the staff were absolutely extraordinary in addressing the situation and moving me to a different room. They did this professionally, seamlessly, and with incredible speed. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and I am always impressed by their efficiency and courtesy. Top notch. The rooms were impeccably clean, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows that made it easy to fully unwind after long days exploring the city. I also loved the Malin+Goetz amenities — such a thoughtful, niche beauty touch that adds a subtle layer of luxury. Breakfast was a highlight each morning: a beautiful, diverse spread with high-quality ingredients and plenty of fresh options. It felt generous yet refined - exactly what you want to start a relaxed day in Abu Dhabi. The pool area is another great feature, especially the warm water, which makes it enjoyable at any time of day. It’s a lovely space to slow down and recharge. Overall, this hotel strikes a wonderful balance between comfort, quality, and understated elegance. A warm recommendation for leisure travelers looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Abu Dhabi.

We enjoyed the extended stay at Royal Meridien and the staff here is really very welcoming, helpful and gracious.. Receptionist- Septi K is very warm and quiet helpful, friendly lady..very humorous...we enjoyed talking to her. Other staff at the dinning are equally good and helpful be it breakfast, lunch and dinner.. Housekeeping is upto the mark ... All in all...thankyou to all the staff and the management for giving good service.
