Early May my mother and I stayed at Melia Mai Khao Phuket for 7 nights and honestly could not have asked for a more phenomenal experience from start to finish. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, spotless, and perfectly maintained. Every area was incredibly tidy and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and enjoy our holiday. The location was excellent, offering a quiet escape while still being convenient for exploring Phuket. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional kindness and hospitality from every single staff member. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely personable, always greeting us with smiles and going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The spa treatments were also one of the highlights of our stay. The spa experience was incredibly relaxing, luxurious, and professionally delivered — exactly what we needed for a truly rejuvenating holiday. Every detail throughout our stay reflected the care and attention the resort puts into creating a memorable guest experience. From peaceful mornings around the resort to the consistently thoughtful service, everything felt effortless and enjoyable throughout our entire visit. We left feeling completely refreshed and genuinely appreciative of how special the experience was. Melia Mai Khao Phuket exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a tranquil and memorable stay in Phuket.

The facilities are a highlight, especially the large swimming pool and well-maintained common areas. The resort also offers a good range of dining options, with quality food and a mix of local and international dishes. Breakfast is particularly impressive, with plenty of variety. Service is generally warm and professional, with staff who are attentive and eager to help, contributing to a smooth and pleasant stay. Ms Butter was so helpful. The location is peaceful, making it ideal for those looking to unwind, though it may feel slightly removed from busier nightlife or shopping areas. Overall, Melia Phuket is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, style, and relaxation in a serene setting.

We had an incredible one week stay at Melia Phuket Mai Khao and cannot recommend the resort highly enough. The location is superb and the expansive grounds are beautifully designed and maintained - a credit to the many staff who care for the lush gardens and walkways. Two choices of pool and two choices of restaurant were a treat and the buffet breakfast an absolute highlight of our day. All of the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive. We were particularly grateful for Luc who is so knowledgeable, and Nam (in Sasa restaurant) who is so professional; both were very welcoming in their respective roles. We made good use of the resort's gym and complimentary bikes as well as the included pilates and yoga sessions, taught by the experienced and accommodating Bow. I would summarise our experience as seamless and luxurious, and hope we can return one day.

We stayed at Meliá and it was amazing! The room was sooo good — beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, especially the bed. We had a room with a bathtub right next to our private pool, which made it feel even more special and relaxing. The location is perfect, right on the beach. They have a beautiful long pool along the beachfront with sunbeds, and honestly, it was such a nice experience that we were happy just spending time at the hotel and enjoying everything there. Breakfast was complete, with lots of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. All the staff were also really nice, friendly, and welcoming. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

This was a very special trip for me as it was my first vacation after surgery, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover and relax. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, George made me feel incredibly welcome. His warm hospitality, genuine kindness, and thoughtful care truly made a difference throughout my stay. He always checked in to make sure everything was going well, and I really appreciated how mindful and attentive he was. The entire team was equally caring and professional. Everyone was friendly, considerate, and always ready to help, making me feel comfortable and well looked after during my recovery. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and immaculately maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the tranquil atmosphere was exactly what I needed.
