An absolutely wonderful stay! 🌴 The hotel is located in a quiet and exclusive area of Nusa Dua, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view over the garden/pool/ocean (you can adjust this) made the atmosphere even more special. The breakfast was rich and diverse, offering both international and local options. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The beach is stunning, clean, and very well maintained, and the infinity pool creates a truly dreamy setting. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive to details, and always ready to help with a warm smile. It’s the perfect place for relaxation, tranquility, and a little bit of luxury. We stayed at Merusaka for 6 days and absolutely loved every moment! We had a pool access room and upgraded to the all-inclusive package (orange wristband) — honestly the best value ever. Endless food and drinks, multiple stunning pools, and service that was consistently prompt, friendly and genuinely caring. A huge shout-out to Dana at the pool bar — he truly made our stay unforgettable. He looked after us so beautifully and added such a personal touch every day. The whole pool bar team was brilliant! Our room was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous bathroom and the most divine soaking tub. The entire resort and its facilities were spotless, welcoming, and so well maintained. We also loved the cute daytime / evening market onsite — such a charming touch. We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. Merusaka exceeded all expectations, and we will definitely be back!

Marusaka Hotel is such a gem in Nusa Dua. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed that guarantees a good night’s sleep. I loved having both a bathtub and a shower — perfect for choosing between a long, lazy soak or a quick refreshing rinse. Another highlight is the private swimming pool shared by every 3–4 adjacent rooms, which makes it feel exclusive yet social at the same time. The hotel also has great dining options. The Bistro is perfect for casual bites, while the Gading Resto offers a more refined dining experience with delicious dishes. And just steps away, you’ll find the private beach, a serene spot to relax, swim, or simply enjoy the view. Between the facilities, the comfort, and the location, staying here was a wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting Nusa Dua.

My family and I had an all inclusive package here last week. I have no words, this resort is by far the best! I already miss the pool bar and restaurant staff so much! They were the most nicest workers ever, who genuinely enjoyed being there and serving us. Not to mention, the food and drink was also phenomenal, as well as our rooms. Our rooms were always tidied consistently and promptly within times we had been out of our rooms. They also tendered to our allergies amazingly, to the point where the whole resort knew about it! Only one thing I would say for improvement is potentially the pool chemicals. Unsure of what it was but something was causing all of us to be chafing and getting rashes every day, which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, a very amazing stay and we will definitely be back soon!

A truly wonderful experience. We’ve just had 5 very special days at this wonderful resort and it’s been magic. An older style resort, which I love…in beautiful, clean Nusa Dua. Rooms are lovely and cleaned daily with incredible care, lovely grounds and pools. Food exceptional and cocktails great. The thing I loved most was the team of people working there. Each and every one of them were friendly, helpful and always smiling. An absolute joy. I could not fault this establishment and I thank them for an incredible stay. We will return.
