The One & Only Geran in Mauritius is one word. Spectacular. The location is set on a long atrip of beach where the sunset is incredible. And the beach bars make it truly magnificent experience to enjoy a drink & the sunset. The food is top tier- so many delicious choices. Everything we ate was terrific! Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The rooms, the pools, the gym, mini golf, water sports… all incredible. But the most notable thing about this hotel is the staff. They are SO kind and SO helpful and do everything to make you feel like you are truly on vacation. They are the BEST!!!!! We have stayed at some incredible hotels around the world and I can not recommend the One & Only in Mauritius more!

An absolutely beautiful stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran. Rooms were spacious, elegant, and extremely well maintained. Service throughout the resort was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The location is simply breathtaking, with one of the most peaceful and scenic beachfront settings in Mauritius. The housekeeping team was excellent, restaurants were very well managed, and the overall hospitality made us feel truly comfortable as a family. Every department seemed perfectly coordinated and handled with great attention to detail. A truly memorable experience, and definitely a place we would love to visit again.

Our stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran was absolutely unforgettable! The resort is stunning, the beach feels like paradise, and everything is perfectly designed for families with children. The kids club was fantastic, with caring staff and many activities. At the same time, the atmosphere still felt peaceful and luxurious for adults. A special mention to Guerlain spa — one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful setting, incredible treatments, and such a calming and luxurious atmosphere. Special thanks to Hemma for excellent service. The service throughout the resort was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Big thanks to our hosts Ishwar and Hritick who were there for us for all our requests and our housekeeping lady Laetitia. We left with amazing memories and would love to come back again!

We have been staying in One & Only Le Saint Géran for 11 nights, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we have been truly amazed by the outstanding service and amazing facilities around the resort. We arrived during the night and were welcomed by our host Kumar. He welcomed us, showed us around and immediately made us feel we were at home. The next day Fahiim met us during breakfast. He recommended us to join the snorkeling tour organised by the hotel, another outstanding recommendation. Throughout our stay, Joyce, Fahiim and Kumar assisted us very professionally with helping to book and organize excursions around the island. At La Point, we were served by the best waiters Yogesh, Khadka, and supervisor Eric. We came back daily and every time the warm, heartfelt service made our stay even more special. One of the highlights in the resort is the Japanese restaurant Tapasake. Alexandros and his team serve the most amazing Japanese dishes and a comprehensive tasting menu. At last, Highley deserves a special appreciation for helping us in getting our phone back from the bottom of the sea. He came to help twice without hesitation, and more importantly, without being asked. All in all, our time in Mauritius was made truly special by their most amazing team.

Our stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran was truly exceptional from beginning to end. What makes this place so special is not only the beauty of Mauritius itself, but the atmosphere the entire resort team creates around you. There is a rare feeling of calm, elegance, warmth and genuine care that is very difficult to find today, even in luxury hospitality. Every single department was outstanding throughout our stay. From the reception team, concierge and guest relations, to the breakfast restaurants, lunch venues, bars, room service, housekeeping, spa team and all the staff across the resort, everyone made us feel incredibly welcomed, cared for and comfortable at all times. The level of kindness, professionalism, attention to detail and natural hospitality was consistently exceptional. The resort itself is stunning. The Private Homes experience felt intimate, peaceful and deeply inspiring. The combination of tropical nature, privacy, architecture and the sound of the ocean creates a unique atmosphere that allows you to completely disconnect from stress and reconnect with yourself. The wellness side of the experience was also beautiful. The Guerlain Spa treatments, the peaceful rhythm of the resort and the quiet beauty surrounding the property made this stay feel far beyond a normal holiday. It felt restorative both mentally and creatively. One&Only Le Saint Géran is not simply a luxury resort. It is a place with soul, atmosphere and emotional presence. We leave Mauritius with beautiful memories and deep gratitude to all the teams who made this experience so special for us. We truly hope to return again in the future.
