A truly stunning hotel. Service is superb. An extremely spacious hotel with multi nationality restaurants. Live music welcomed. Gardens are gorgeous with interesting paths and features. The pool is fabulous with many options for seating environments with full service. Activities on offer to satisfy everyone. Loving our 5 night stay. Even though hotel is kid friendly, there are enough options for us to escape the kids!

My Fiance and I visited Paradisus early October, with the all inclusive package and had the most amazing stay. Safe to say we will DEFINITELY be coming back!! The staff at Paradisus were exceptional, they work so hard to ensure you are having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and always restocked, I do wish maybe the airconditioning could have been slightly cooler, there was a panel to reduce the AC but it seems it stayed at 23c. My partner organised a proposal at the resort and a special mention to Tinton and Luisa for making it the most special event of my life, they were such a lovely and fun team to and constantly made sure we were happy with our stay! Thank you so much :) I am soo incredibly happy with this resort and look forward to coming back many more times!!!

We have just returned from an incredible stay at Paradisus Meliá Bali, and we honestly cannot thank the entire team enough for making our holiday, and particularly our wedding celebration, so incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, warmth and attention to detail was exceptional. The events team, led by Tinton, deserves a very special mention. They went so far above and beyond our expectations to make our wedding everything we could have hoped for and more. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their care, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made such a difference to what was an incredibly important occasion for us. A special mention also has to go to the chefs and hosting team at Sante Restaurant. They were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. The food, service and hospitality were consistently outstanding, and they helped make every meal feel like part of the experience rather than simply a meal. What really stood out to us was that this wasn’t just excellent service, it was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the people. So many members of the team made us feel incredibly welcome, and their efforts turned a fantastic holiday into a truly unforgettable one. We would wholeheartedly recommend Paradius Bali, whether you’re looking for an exceptional holiday, celebrating a special occasion, planning a wedding, or, like us, fortunate enough to be doing both! We recently stayed at Paradisus by Meliá for 7 nights as a family of six (2 adults, 2 children, and 2 grandparents). After booking nine months in advance and reading so many glowing reviews, we were excited to experience a true 5-star resort. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful. The gardens are immaculate, the main pool has a great atmosphere, and the kids loved the water slides. The beach was another highlight, and we enjoyed spending time there as a family. Our biggest disappointment was the service. We requested connecting rooms months before arrival but were told we'd need to pay an extra USD $600, with no guarantee. We ended up with rooms next to each other, meaning my husband and I had to sleep separately with one child each. Our room also had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. Despite reporting it several times over 6 days, the issue was never resolved. Breakfast was inconsistent, with basic buffet items regularly running out, slow drink service, and even children's juice attracting an additional charge. We also found communication difficult at times due to the language barrier. The elevators frequently broke down, and we felt there was a noticeable difference in the level of service provided to bed and breakfast guests compared with all-inclusive guests. Overall, Paradisus by Meliá has fantastic facilities and beautiful grounds, but the customer service, maintenance issues, and overall guest experience fell short of what we expect from a 5-star resort

❤️ One of our new favourite Bali resorts! We’ve just spent 5 nights at Meliá with our twin 11-year-olds, which was the perfect amount of time for us. We stayed in Premium Garden View connecting rooms (with internal doors that we requested) overlooking the water park, and the renovations throughout the resort are stunning! The water park is amazing for kids of all ages, and our kids also loved the teen club with bowling, pool tables and ping pong. We chose the breakfast-only package rather than all-inclusive, as we like the flexibility to eat out. The resort food was extremely expensive, so we ventured out for a few dinners. We highly recommend Tamarind at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel (a lovely walk along the beach), Taverna Toscana and Sukun in Benoa. We also enjoyed the food around the pool and at the Shack, especially the kids’ menus, although Kanna was our least favourite with limited main menu. I really hope Meliá continues to offer breakfast-only packages, as I’ve heard they may be considering going all-inclusive only which would be disappointing. Bali Collection is an easy walk away, with a few shops, a mini supermarket, chemist and day spas. My Bali Healing Day Spa is fantastic and offers free pick-up via WhatsApp bookings. One improvement we’d love to see is proper shower screens in the bathrooms! The water went absolutely EVERYWHERE when showering, leaving the whole bathroom floor & toilet soaking wet. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Meliá for families with kids of all ages. Beautiful resort, fantastic facilities and great family vibes. We’d happily return! ❤️
