We have just completed our 4th stay at the Park Hotel Tokyo in the past five months and there many reasons we keep returning and making it our first choice to stay in Tokyo. The reception and concierge staff are magnificent and so welcoming, you are not staying at just another hotel, but an art gallery! We look forward to breakfast each day, then head to the lounge area to view Mount Fuji in the morning, before setting off on the day's adventure. Both restaurants ART colours Dining and Hanasanshou boast stunning views, with the quality of the food and service making you want to come back again and again. Thank you so much for your unrivalled hospitality, and we will return in the not-to-distant future!

The location is perfect—close to everything you’d want to see and do, which made getting around incredibly easy. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels upscale, calm, and welcoming. The lobby and common areas are beautifully designed and create a relaxing vibe after a long day out. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel even more special. The highlight, though, was the view. Waking up and winding down with those stunning skyline views was unforgettable and worth the stay alone. Overall: great location, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an excellent view. I’d happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed Park Hotel Tokyo's location. It's connected to Shiodome Station, as well as (about 10 minutes away through the underground passage) Shinbashi Station, making it convenient and easy to get anywhere, including Narita. It's located in a business district, so during weekends and at night it's quieter, and we found weekends were the perfect time to check out local restaurants. You can also easily walk to Ginza from here. The rooms are small, but cozy and clean, with great views - we even were able to see Fujisan in the distance for a couple days. The bathrooms had some great amenities including some wonderful skincare. Be warned if you're tall - the bathtub is nice but short! They have 4 washer/dryers available, which can get busy so you may want to check for nearby laundromats instead. We did not try any of the restaurants as there's so much nearby, but they do have a variety including a breakfast buffet if you're okay spending a bit more. The hotel seems to primarily attract foreign tourists, and they had signs indicating they have staff with a wide variety of languages spoken. Everyone we spoke to was very professional, and I really appreciated that when they knew I spoke a little Japanese, they spoke with me even though their English was definitely better than my Japanese! It was very kind.

I had an outstanding stay at the Art Hotel with Park Hotel Tokyo. The customer service was exceptional—the staff were so welcoming and attentive. The design inside the hotel was absolutely stunning—every corner felt like a piece of art. From the cozy rooms to the beautiful lobby, everything was top-notch. I can’t recommend it enough

We had a great stay overall. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was incredible with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend using the concierge desk—they were amazing with directions, helped us plan the best day for our Mt. Fuji trip by checking the weather, and assisted with anything else we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and incorporates a lot of unique artwork that really makes the space feel special. Our room had plenty of bathroom counter space, which was a big plus, and there were lots of outlets available. A few minor downsides: the bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. The bathtub is quite tall and extremely slippery, with no textured surface at the bottom, so please be very careful getting in and out—we actually slipped once while showering. The walk to Shimbashi Station is about a 10-minute underground walk and can be confusing at first. We got lost on our first attempt back, but once you get familiar with the route, it’s easy to navigate. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with beautiful views, excellent service, and an outstanding breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
