The location is perfect—close to everything you’d want to see and do, which made getting around incredibly easy. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels upscale, calm, and welcoming. The lobby and common areas are beautifully designed and create a relaxing vibe after a long day out. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel even more special. The highlight, though, was the view. Waking up and winding down with those stunning skyline views was unforgettable and worth the stay alone. Overall: great location, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an excellent view. I’d happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed Park Hotel Tokyo's location. It's connected to Shiodome Station, as well as (about 10 minutes away through the underground passage) Shinbashi Station, making it convenient and easy to get anywhere, including Narita. It's located in a business district, so during weekends and at night it's quieter, and we found weekends were the perfect time to check out local restaurants. You can also easily walk to Ginza from here. The rooms are small, but cozy and clean, with great views - we even were able to see Fujisan in the distance for a couple days. The bathrooms had some great amenities including some wonderful skincare. Be warned if you're tall - the bathtub is nice but short! They have 4 washer/dryers available, which can get busy so you may want to check for nearby laundromats instead. We did not try any of the restaurants as there's so much nearby, but they do have a variety including a breakfast buffet if you're okay spending a bit more. The hotel seems to primarily attract foreign tourists, and they had signs indicating they have staff with a wide variety of languages spoken. Everyone we spoke to was very professional, and I really appreciated that when they knew I spoke a little Japanese, they spoke with me even though their English was definitely better than my Japanese! It was very kind.

After enjoying the art galleries throughout the unique museum-like Park Hotel Tokyo , we walked through the exciting Tokyo streets to the iconic Tokyo Shibuya street crossing. It is quite an experience , seeing the extremely busy vehicle traffic stop at once, allowing thousands of pedestrians to cross from-and-to all possible directions within a minute: the most organized chaos ever! I had such an amazing time in Tokyo; our accommodation was more than a hotel : you are literally being absorbed in a world of art, full of interesting objects, paintings, sculptures within an architectural impressive building. Besides that, it is conveniently located at walking distance to popular areas, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. Highly recommended stay if you go for a Tokyo Drift!

My wife and I had 2 nights at the Park Hotel Tokyo in April 26. If you are looking for a hotel that doubles as a world-class art gallery with the best views in the city, look no further. Our stay at the Park Hotel Tokyo was nothing short of spectacular. The moment you step into the 25th-floor lobby, you're greeted by a soaring atrium and floor-to-ceiling windows. Our room was located on theTokyo Tower view side of the hotel. Many hotels claim to have it, but the Park Hotel truly delivers. Waking up to the sun hitting the tower and watching the city lights flicker on at night from the comfort of my bed was a highlight of our trip. The staff was professional, warm, and went out of their way to assist with dinner reservations and transport. Located in the Shiodome Media Tower, it’s a short, covered walk to Shimbashi Station, making it incredibly easy to get to Ginza, Tsukiji, or anywhere else on the Yamanote line. Even if you don’t book an Artist Room, make sure to visit the "ART Lounge" for a drink. The cocktail menu is inspired by the seasons and the views are unmatched. This isn't just a place to sleep; it’s an experience. For anyone who appreciates aesthetics, comfort, and a bird's-eye view of Tokyo, this is the place to be. I will definitely be returning!

I really loved my stay in this hotel. The view is stunning (my room view was directly to the Tokyo Tower!) and the whole place is beautiful. Every room, every space and every corner looked like a piece of art. Extra points for the delicious included breakfast and the convenient location. I will surely stay here again when I come back to Tokyo!
