Can’t beat the location — about 5 minutes on foot to both the train and bus stations at Kinshicho, which made getting around effortless. The neighborhood also puts you minutes from a great spread of restaurants, so there’s no shortage of dinner options right outside the door. Rooms are compact but spotless, and the beds deserve a special mention — soft, inviting, the kind you sink into after a long day of walking. Breakfast was a mixed bag. The chefs are genuinely talented — the omelette 🍳in particular was a standout, made fresh and clearly with care. The serving staff, though, could bring a bit more warmth to the morning; service felt a little cool compared to the kitchen’s effort. Overall: a clean, convenient, comfortable base, let down only slightly by front-of-house energy at breakfast

Perfect location! Everything you need is within a small walk. From the mall, the train station, restaurants, money exchange and slots, all at your fingertips. And the staff is very helpful (English) and friendly. From the front desk to the cleaning staff. All great! Two weeks stay and felt like home the whole time. Perfect view of the Sky Tree if you have a room on that side of the hotel. Highly recommend, to watch it's ever-changing lights at night.

Happy to find a hotel in Japan that could accommodate a family of 4 in one room. Great location with many malls around. They even have a complimentary bus to Tokyo Disneyland or Disney Sea if you plan on going there. Just make sure you request for it ahead of time. There's an ice machine that we used a lot as we visited in the summer. The only thing i wished it had was a washing machine for guests to use. There's a coin laundromat around the block that we'll need to used using pur trip. The front desk staff was always very nice, and we added the breakfast buffet, which has a wide variety of choices. We also has a nice view of the city, with tokyo tower in sight!

We spent 4 nights at the Tobu Levant hotel and it was a well spent time. The reception staff is very attentive and kind and made both check-in and check-out fast and pleasant experience. The room itself was very clean, spacious, modern and with air purifier, which I appreciated a lot as a person with asthma. The biggest highlight of the whole stay was the breakfast, wide selection of both international and japanese food together with live cooking omelette station made the start of the day even better. I enjoyed my stay in Tobu Levant Hotel and can definitely recommend this hotel as it was perfect and for a very reasonable price.

I checked in and out twice. Stayed couple of days first, then checked out to Leave for my Mt. FUJI HIKE. (now, that's a story in itself). Left my 1 luggage with the hotel, as I was going to come back to this same hotel to join the Japan Deluxe Tour Group of Tokyo, Kyoto and Nara. The charge is a ¥1000, per day, to hold it. The breakfast was an excellent spread, of Western and some Japanese dishes. The rooms were decent. Hot water shower, the faucet, hand-held, if left on the holder on the wall, kept turning away constantly towards the side wall... Annoying..! Takes a little bit to understand, how it works, after multiple trial and error and if you did not know, water is continously wasted through the night from the faucet. Had to use my Google Lens to translate everything that's in Japanese. It's like the Japanese people, who, majority of them are totally ignorant of the English language. The toilets in decent hotels, I believe are all equipped with Heated water seats. The first 3 day stay was good with decent double bed and excellent view. After I was back from the hike, the room given was like two single beds, poorly constructed, hard beds.. Not the best. In general, NOTHING IS FREE.. EVEN IF YOU WANT TO USE THE TOILET.. IT'S MINIMUM ¥300.. and sometimes, you need to take your own water to wash your self, although there's toilet paper.
