We have to stay in this hotel for 1 night before heading back to the Haneda Airport. Location to the Monorail to Airport is approaching 15mins walk. The room is quite spacious and clean. The view is quite spectacular from the room I stayed.

We recently went on our first trip to Japan and started our itinerary with 5 nights in Tokyo. This hotel was exactly what we needed and expected. Sure, the interior and furnishing is a bit dated, but we were just looking for a decent place to crash after each day of exploring the city and Tokyo Grand fulfilled our needs splendidly. The location was perfect for us, there is a konbini just around the corner and several stations just a short walk away. In fact the comparatively quiet and understated atmosphere in Minato was exactly right for us to recover a bit at the end of each day from the inevitable hustle and bustle in Tokyo. We can't say much about amenities and services provided, since we more or less only concluded our days and slept there, but on each return, our rooms received us freshly turned out and we couldn't ask for more. A little added nice detail for us was that you could (in fact, had to) store your room keys at the reception and retrieve them when you returned. We liked that arrangement quite a lot because that way we didn't have to check for our keys all the time like we are prone to do otherwise...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, which immediately made me feel at ease. The highlight of my stay was the room view—being able to see Tokyo Tower right outside the window was simply amazing. Whether during the day or illuminated at night, the tower looked absolutely stunning. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, everything is very well maintained, so comfort was never an issue. The location is also convenient: it’s about a 10-minute walk to Shibakoen Station and around 15 minutes to Hamamatsucho or Daimon Station. If you are looking for a hotel close to Tokyo Tower, this is definitely one of the best options to consider.

Hotel a bit dated. Rooms were ok. I received great service in particular with my luggage transfers. Location a bit quiet and not a great deal to do nearby.

Everything here is really good. They have a good services and a good room as well, i mean tbh the location kinda far but everything is perfect here! They truly care about our notes and mostly the hospitality that unbelievable. Recommend and will stay here again if i visit Japan
