We loved our stay at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel. The staff were lovely, and the separate kids' pool was a big hit with our family. The kids' club is fairly basic, but it gave my children a calm space for an hour or two. The sunbeds under the trees on the sand were perfect, and overall it's great value for a resort. We booked three rooms: two standard and one suite. The standard rooms were great, but I don't think the suite is worth the significant price difference. The TV was positioned so it couldn't be watched from the bed or the couch. Would definitely recommend, especially for families. Just stick with the standard rooms

Beautifully kept facilities and grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. With their range of restaurants, bars and events you could spend your holiday without leaving the resort but there are plenty of eating, drinking and shopping opportunities just outside the resort, within easy walking distance. The beach, with shaded lounges are a bonus but low tide means knee deep water for a considerable distance. Happy hour (4 - 6pm daily) at the Bamboo Beach Bar with two for one drinks is fun, although service can sometimes be a little slow. A great family, couples or non-raver destination. The coastal walkway at the front of the hotel allows easy access to activities, eateries and bars outside the resort. Would definitely come back.

We are currently on our third stay at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel, staying as a family with one child, and we are now on the 8th night of our first 12-night stay. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that after spending a few days at another resort, we’ll be coming back to Prama for another 5 nights before flying home. The beachfront location is excellent, the gardens and swimming pools are beautiful and very well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable with authentic Balinese style and charm. The staff are the hotel’s greatest asset. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and professional, and every request we made has been accommodated promptly. They genuinely make you feel at home. The breakfast offers a decent variety. It’s not the best we’ve had, but it’s more than acceptable, with enough choices for everyone. We also love the live music every evening, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as room cleaning could be a little more thorough. Other than that, we have been having another wonderful stay. We highly recommend Prama Sanur Beach Hotel, especially for families looking for a relaxing beachfront holiday in Bali. We can’t wait to return in a few days for the rest of our vacation—and we’re sure this won’t be our last visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked a candlelight dinner through Ms. Ditha, a marketing representative at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel Bali. Unfortunately, Ditha did not inform us about the weather conditions in July 2026. We were very disappointed because it was extremely windy, making it impossible to dine by the beach, so we were directed to eat inside the restaurant instead. We should have been told that the weather was unsuitable for an outdoor candlelight dinner, as the staff also explained that July is kite-flying season and making it a poor time for outdoor events. Unfortunately, the candlelight table setup could not be used at all. Please provide clearer information in the future, especially regarding the weather. However, the restaurant staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly and the food was very delicious. Our only disappointment was with the marketing aspect. Thank you.

Excellent service very friendly and helpful staff. They brought my luggage to my room and explained amenities. Room was equipped with fridge, bar, waters, coffee and tea. Experienced some flooding in shower only but other than that it was good. Nice pool, and buffet breakfast. The beach was dirty with lots of moss in water. The sand was also dirty with trash, tree branches and litter. I do not recommend the beach next to resort. Location was great so close to everything Sanur has to offer. Definitely recommend!
