Nice resort. Good breakfast. Very very slow service at breakfast but the staff are very nice and friendly. The coffee is horrible. Don’t drink it unless you have no taste buds. The rooms are old and dated and definitely need a refresh. The rooms are more 3 star, not 5 star. Other than that, the pools are beautiful. The beach and the beachy vibe is nice. The promenade walk along the beach is lovely.

Stayed here for a week during a business trip, and overall it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout my stay. The pool area was also excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. However, if you’re looking for a quiet and restful place, this might not be the best option. The rooms are not very soundproof. During the last three days of my stay, the hotel hosted events until around 10:30 PM, which was understandable since they informed guests in advance. The issue was that some event guests continued hanging and making noise until midnight. The staff did try to remind them, but it was understandably difficult to fully control because of the events. I’d recommend this hotel more for a staycation or holiday, especially if you want to enjoy the facilities and pool. But for business travelers looking for a peaceful place to fully relax after work, it may not be the ideal choice. (Photo attached: last photo was taken after midnight)

The hotel is decent overall, but there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The rooms are comfortable but could use some upkeep and remodeling to keep them feeling fresh. One issue I noticed was the lack of seating around the pool area. Lots of rooms but not enough chairs to accomadate. Most of the beach loungers are positioned under trees, which limits the available options for guests wanting to relax in the sun. I've stayed at this hotel twice. On my first visit, the main pool was under renovation, and on my second visit, there were drones flying around the property for a promotional video, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere. The location is convenient and one of the property's strengths, providing easy access to the surrounding area. The staff and overall experience were pleasant, but I would consider this more of a solid 3-star hotel. It's a good option for a short stay of a few days, though I'm not sure I would choose it for an extended Bali vacation.

Stayed for holiday (2 days). The House Keeping personnels were friendly. Checked in counter was fast. Room qas upgraded (just because the booked room was full). Arrived around 16.50. I waited for more than 30 minutes, and need to be asked twice just for menu at the Bamboo Bar & Lounge. Personnels at the bar were more friendly to tourist foreigners 😄. Would be excellent if they can respect and equally treatment for all guests. But, I really appreciate Hospitality and friendliness the Personnel (women with roller blades), she was nice. Food was ok. Ambience (beach front) is excellent. Room was ok and clean.

We are here for already 2 nights of our 14-night stay to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. So far so good. The staff from front desk to dining and room-cleaning is TOP! They also have enough vegan food for us to be fill at breakfast (although it would be amazing if yhey had vegan pancakes, but this is a tiny detail 🤣). The hotel grounds are huge and gorgeous, location perfect with private beach. We actually came here to swim in the sea every day but didn't realize the water is too shallow. Oops. 🤣 We would definitely consider returning every year - despite the 30 hours of travel time it took to get here from Belgium, but only if there was a sea view room available since we love to spend a lot of time on the balcony staring at the water.
