I visited last year and had such a positive experience that I decided to return. The property has since undergone renovations, and the room condition was excellent I was even more satisfied than before. However, I would like to offer one suggestion. Typically, when checking out, one expects to receive confirmation once the room inspection is complete. On this occasion, I requested a checkout and waited on the sofa for 20 minutes without any response; when I followed up, I was told that the checkout had already been finalized. It is unacceptable to leave a guest waiting like that, especially when they are on a tight schedule to catch a flight. I had to ask twice more after my initial request before finally being informed that the process was complete. Please ensure that guests are explicitly notified once the checkout is finalized.

This is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in the Premium Adults Only area, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire hotel was immaculate. Everywhere you looked, staff were cleaning, maintaining the grounds or helping guests with a smile. Our room (356) was spotless every single day, with a lovely balcony view and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional throughout. Every member of staff was warm, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, but a special thank you has to go to Yuli, who went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday unforgettable. She arranged beautiful room decorations, surprised us with complimentary cakes and made the whole celebration feel incredibly special. We also used the laundry service, and our clothes came back the very next day beautifully cleaned, perfectly ironed and smelling amazing. The cooking class was so much fun, and the romantic beach dinner was worth every extra penny. The setting was stunning, the food was delicious, and breakfast each morning was fantastic with plenty of choice. We enjoyed the food and drinks so much that we kept charging everything to our room, fully expecting a huge bill at checkout! Instead, we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was, especially considering the outstanding quality of the food, drinks and service. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay with incredible staff who genuinely care about making your holiday memorable, we couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great location, right on the beach and very near to the hustle and bustle of the streets on the other side. Beautifully maintained gardens with a great selection of pools to choose from, with adult only areas too. Staff are wonderful, nothing is a problem. The breakfast buffet is awesome, make sure to get a freshly made omlette. The coffee is average but everywhere outside of Australia is too so its to be expected. Enjoy !

One of the older resorts but well maintained and in an excellent location. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Only concern is I would like the hot food in the breakfast buffet to be hotter. Other meals we had there were very good.

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel set in a stunning, lush environment. My partner and I chose to stay in the Premier Deluxe area (no kids allowed), and it was absolutely amazing. It was calm, serene, and relaxing with a truly luxurious atmosphere ✨️ The room was fantastic - high ceilings (3rd floor), a large comfortable bed, spacious interiors, and a cozy balcony that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the bathroom, which could benefit from some renovation, particularly the toilet and flushing system. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The staff were always very friendly, greeting us warmly and consistently offering their help. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I always found plenty to enjoy. The location is beautiful, quiet, and very cozy. I can do nothing but highly recommend this hotel 😍
