Overall, the hotel is excellent. The courtyard and garden are beautifully maintained, and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only downside was the room, which felt quite dated. I understand that the hotel is trying to preserve its authentic charm, but I think it is time to update the furniture. The old smell in the room slightly affected what was otherwise a wonderful overall impression.

We love the Puri. We have stayed here a number of times over a twenty year period. The grounds are amazing, from the traditional gateway entry, the statues set in lush gardens, and variety of accomodation, accomodating a range of budgets. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast delicious. Located at the southern end of Sanur, means that it is a quieter setting than those hotels further north. Being a beachfront property means that it has access to the beach path, perfect for quiet cycling or walking. Guests have access to lounges and beanbags, floating gazebos, kayaks and the hotel bikes. There are plenty of sun beds around the pools as well.

Great location, right on the beach and very near to the hustle and bustle of the streets on the other side. Beautifully maintained gardens with a great selection of pools to choose from, with adult only areas too. Staff are wonderful, nothing is a problem. The breakfast buffet is awesome, make sure to get a freshly made omlette. The coffee is average but everywhere outside of Australia is too so its to be expected. Enjoy !

What a fantastic hotel to relax or use as base to do tours to see the sights. It is a great location, directly on the beach. The staff were amazing from front desk, reservations, housekeeping, restaurant/bar. pool, security - everyone. They could not do enough to make your stay memorable. The hotel is well maintained, rooms were in good decorative order and very clean. Gardens are well look after and well manicured. I stayed in the Premier Delux. Whilst the room was very nice, the private pool did not do it justice. Sun beds faced the side of the pool raised wall. We used the main pools, which had plenty of beds and better outlook. Free bikes were welcome, but could do with a few more. Aircon was very good and relatively quiet. Only point of note - not all rooms had clothes racks on balcony to dry clothes. It was supplied after I asked for one, but for premier Delux room, this should be standard, Restaurant food was excellent. Reasonably price and good quality.

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel set in a stunning, lush environment. My partner and I chose to stay in the Premier Deluxe area (no kids allowed), and it was absolutely amazing. It was calm, serene, and relaxing with a truly luxurious atmosphere ✨️ The room was fantastic - high ceilings (3rd floor), a large comfortable bed, spacious interiors, and a cozy balcony that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the bathroom, which could benefit from some renovation, particularly the toilet and flushing system. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The staff were always very friendly, greeting us warmly and consistently offering their help. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I always found plenty to enjoy. The location is beautiful, quiet, and very cozy. I can do nothing but highly recommend this hotel 😍
