If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

Stayed here in May 26 and enjoyed a fabulous stay in this lovely old hotel furnished with antiquities and traditional furniture , all set in lush green gardens. Food in all 3 venues excellent. Staff absolutely cannot do enough for you and are always extremely friendly and courteous. Immaculately clean inside. Think our room had the best view of the island which at night was mesmerising! Courtesy bus an asset though taxis readily available. Don’t think bus runs at weekends though? All in all a perfect holiday. Thank you

This is a lovely hotel high above Funchal. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, really nice pool, fabulous views, excellent service, nice garden with amazing trees and flowers. The hotel runs a minibus service into the city but we usually walked the 3km downhill (found an interesting route along the levada dos ilheus) and took taxis back up. Good location for motorway junction. Good car parking and WiFi. Had dinner here one evening, also nice, but preferred to try out restaurants in Funchal. Stayed one week and definitely recommend.

Have just returned from a fabulous stay at Quinta da Bela Vista. What a quaint hotel! Typically Colonial but unique in every way. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and make us feel at home - Daniel, Luis and Paula specifically were so helpful assisting with transfers and booking tours. The pool staff were so dedicated and helpful too. All in all a perfect place to getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Quinta da Bela Vista! We stayed a week with our children and our 2 year old grandchild. The hotel is located in a beautiful and well kept garden which is a botanical experience in itself! The pool has a section for small children which is perfect for the little ones 🤩 We really appreciated the restaurants and loved the breakfast!

We had a very relaxing stay at quinta Bela Vista. The hotel has beautiful gardens that you can walk through, delicious food and amazing view of Funchal. Very close and easy to get to Funchal. We left our rental car at the hotel and used their shutle to get to Funchal as it was easier and stress free.
