Breakfast at the Ramada Hotel Corniche Abu Dhabi was an excellent experience, made truly exceptional by Lua, Lawrence, and Ganish. They are, without doubt, the best part of the morning service. From the moment I arrived, Lua greeted guests with genuine warmth and a constant smile, setting a wonderful tone for the day. Lawrence was highly professional, attentive, and efficient, always ensuring everything was well organised and that guests were comfortable. Ganish stood out for his outstanding attention to detail, proactively assisting with anything needed and making sure the breakfast area was spotless and well maintained. Their teamwork, positive energy, and dedication to guest satisfaction transformed an already good breakfast into a memorable experience. They represent true hospitality and are a real credit to the Ramada Hotel. Highly recommended — and sincere thanks to Lua, Lawrence, and Ganish for starting each day on such a positive note.

I booked this hotel as I was near a trade show I was attending, the price was very attractive. I rarely write reviews especially when I have spent less than 24 hours of a 3 night stay! I was very well looked after from the minute my taxi dropped off at the door, I had arrived at 10am with a 3pm check in and the receptionist was happy to take my bags in to allow me to explore the area whilst I waited for check in time. I returned at 12:30 to be told they would have my room ready for me by 1pm which was fantastic as a day travelling meant I was tired. The room was very well presented, very comfortable and with all the amenities I could wish for. The on-site Starbucks was manned by a very polite gentleman and every touch point with staff through the day and evening (cafe, concierge, receptionist and restaurant) has been excellent.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, well-prepared options to suit different tastes. Everything was well presented and consistently replenished, making for a relaxed and enjoyable start to the day. The service really stood out — Lua was especially attentive, friendly, and professional, always happy to help and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her warm approach made the breakfast experience even better. Overall, a very enjoyable breakfast with great service — definitely a highlight of the stay.

The service is amazing, the staff is responsive. Breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. Manager Aye is a very nice and kind girl. In mid-January, our room was cold, but you can ask for a heater and everything will be fine. I recommend visiting.
