We couldn’t be happier with our wedding experience at this beautiful venue (Regent Chaam + Bonnie on the Beach) in Hua Hin. We had over 50 guests and everything was handled flawlessly. The team was extremely professional, always responsive, and made sure every detail was perfectly arranged. They guided us with great suggestions and tips, which made the entire planning process stress-free. The food was absolutely outstanding, the live band they organised was amazing, and the whole event felt perfectly coordinated. Nearly everything was included in one complete package, even the hotel rooms for our guests. All of our guests loved the wedding and the venue, and we received so many compliments. A very special thank you to May — her support, patience, and hard work meant so much to us. We are truly grateful to her. My wife and I are extremely happy with our choice. After comparing many venues, including several five-star hotels and big hotel chains, nothing could beat this service and value in the Hua Hin area. If you are planning a wedding here, this is definitely the best choice for your budget.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff deliver excellent service with professionalism and a strong service mindset. The hotel features two swimming pool zones: an adult pool located in the center of the property, and a dedicated children’s pool with play equipment, making it ideal for families with kids. Food quality is average but meets standard expectations. Prices are reasonable for the facilities and overall experience. The location is a bit far from Hua Hin town, and transportation may require checking with the hotel for arrangements or recommendations. Overall, this hotel is well-suited for families, especially those traveling with children.

Great location with panoramic sea view but no beach area to relax. The room is big but a bit old, I faced the experience of water leak from in-room aircon but staff fixed it fast. Staff at the brakfast (kids pool wing), the lady is so nice, lively, and helpful. The bad experience is the FO staff at check in counter, she might get tried but she could not confuse about date and person charge; my family stayed for 3 days 2 nights (sat, sun, mon), check out on mon. I joined them the second night (sun), I informed her for my extra person charge meaning I want to pay for it. The staff said I needed to be charged for 2 nights (sat+sun), I replied I just arrived today (sun). I told her that I didnt need the extra bed just want only amentinities, she then assumed that I didnt want to pay (if I dont want to pay, I will not inform you about my arrival, right?). I needed to clarify everything for her again. I dont know what happen to your staff but she ruined my happy family time. Luckily, other staff are nice.

The Regent is very well established high end hotel on Cha Am/Hua Hin road. The property extends right down to the beach. Swimming pool is excellent, half in sunshine, half in shade. Various options for dining are available. If you don't have transport you need to arrange but hotel can assist.

Nick Staff

The room we were given had neither been cleaned or decorated for a long time. We complained and were moved to a better room, although still very dated. Then we got trapped in the disabled lift with no apology from management for this. Then large groups of people turned up to stay, so loud, disrupting other guests and unruly until 2am, at this point we asked to leave, they would only refund half of the stay which is better than nothing. That said all the staff were wonderful and the pool was nice, that's the only positive thing I can say unfortunately. We will never go back.
