⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa was truly memorable. Freya from customer relations made us feel completely at home—she was warm, genuine, and it was lovely learning about her home country during our conversations. Pla at the restaurant welcomed us with such a beautiful smile and instantly made us feel comfortable. Special thanks to Chef Jatin from India, who personally came to understand our dietary requirements and prepared absolutely delicious food for us. The beach setting is stunning, cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable, and the staff hospitality is genuinely outstanding. The spa is massive, beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for complete relaxation. And lastly, heartfelt thanks to Jenny, who accommodated us in every possible way and made our experience even more special. Highly recommended!

Had a very memorable weekend stay here! Service from the hotel was very warm and a superb experience. Seen checked us in and made us feel very welcome and this is a nice resort for you to relax away from busy city life. We had a nice private villa to ourselves. The breakfast was very good too and you must try their Mee Sapam, i love it. Their coconut ice cream is very good too! We also had a very good dinner at Takieng and the service there was amazing as well. Will recommend to friends and return too one day!

Excellent hotel , located really near to Mai Khao plaza where you can find 711 , restaurants , coffee , ice cream shops and amenities- free shuttle bus leaves from the hotel on the hour . Reception staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and very helpful. Lounge bar is relaxed with a pool table and nice cocktails . Pool is spacious near the beach ( red flag was up during our stay, which was August - so not suitable for swimming as the current is too strong on high tide ) but the pool is more than enough . The pool staff ( R, Sun , Tuffy and all ) goes beyond expected bringing towels , water and complimentary fruit . Food is available throughout the day and evenings at the poolside bar . Starbucks on site and beautiful surroundings . Rooms and very clean and spacious and all amenities are great( air con and a nice balcony among others). Thanks June and Mild for cleaning our room daily and for the extra special touches . Highlight is the BREAKFAST! You can’t compete with this place - egg station , hot and cold food , cereals , chocolate fountain , ice cream and even a fresh honey “combe “! The food is exceptional!!! It just gets really busy, so better arriving before 10am - even though it runs until 11am! We had the best stay ! We would certainly come back ! Thanks to all for making our holidays so unforgettable!

Incredible service and personal care by Freeha and Tanny has truly made our trip the most delightful. They went above and beyond and even sent us newborn care items without asked. We are so grateful. Excellent service across the resort whether at breakfast or SPA or all three restaurants and great view of the beach with a massive lawn for kids to play. Room is massive and newly renovated as well. Strongly recommend for family travels and we will certainly be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, who were not only professional but also incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained, offering everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool area was one of our favorite spots—clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. It truly felt like a little oasis. One of the things we loved most was how family-friendly the hotel is. The kids’ play area is fantastic, and there are plenty of activities to keep children entertained throughout the day. It made a huge difference for us, knowing the kids were having just as much fun as we were. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes, and everything was beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly special.
