The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Caner, who went above and beyond to help us. He guided us with great professionalism, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect. His outstanding hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The hotel's facilities are exceptional. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of high-quality options. The swimming pool was fantastic, the gym was modern and well-equipped, and every area of the hotel was beautifully maintained. We also loved the sitting areas they have an elegant, antique inspired design with a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere that makes you want to spend hours enjoying the surroundings. I am very happy with this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. Everything has been excellent, from the check-in at the reception to every little detail throughout the hotel. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Special thanks for Julia and Glenn from reception, they help us a lot, all the details were checked. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They help with everything, including arranging taxis, booking tours, and taking care of any requests you may have. We have stayed at many different hotels, including several here in the UAE, but this one feels completely different in the best possible way. The Housekeeping team was excellent, and their willingness to help and assist guests was truly appreciated. The room was cleaned very well, and the beach and outdoor areas were also clean, tidy, and well maintained. This is just my personal opinion, but I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and felt that the money I spent was absolutely worth it. A special thanks to Udikk from the Housekeeping team for the great service and care. It was truly a pleasure staying here, and I look forward to coming back again!
