We stay at Rixos Premium JBR every single year when we visit Dubai, and the reason we keep coming back is simple: the people. The property is beautiful and the location is unbeatable, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the consistency, care, and professionalism of the management and front desk team. Every year, we are made to feel genuinely welcomed and genuinely looked after. A special thank you to Ahmed Mostafa, Burak Bagci, and Mert Yurdakul, their leadership and hands-on approach clearly set the tone for excellence throughout the hotel. It’s evident when management is present, attentive, and invested in the guest experience. The poolside experience also deserves special recognition. Subash Ghimire, Pool Team Supervisor, was outstanding, professional, attentive, and always ensuring guests were comfortable and well taken care of. His leadership and attention to detail truly elevated our time by the pool and reflected the high standards of the resort. Housekeeping has been exceptional as well. Mu Mu and Sithu consistently left our room in pristine condition, with incredible attention to detail and care. Their work made a noticeable difference in the comfort of our stay. Dubai has no shortage of luxury hotels, but Rixos Premium JBR is the one we return to year after year not just for the property, but for the people behind it. That is what keeps us loyal. Highly recommend, and we look forward to returning again next year.

I attended the Rixos New Year’s Eve gala dinner. It was a magnificent organization. From the moment I made the reservation until the end of the night, everything was handled in an extremely professional manner. Despite hosting hundreds of guests, the service ran smoothly without any issues. The level of service was comparable to what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant. The buffet they prepared was outstanding. Many thanks to the entire Rixos team for making our evening flawless.

Rooms (4★): Comfortable and well maintained and quiet spacious. Very solid, though not completely flawless, which is why I’d rate them four stars rather than five. Service (5★): Staff were consistently professional, attentive, and efficient throughout the stay. Special thanks to Hussain from the maintenance/cleaning team — his attention to detail and speed was nice and always responsive and nice to talk to while also being very easy to schedule different cleaning times and since I work quite a lot this had to be rescheduled quite often. Location (4★): Prime JBR beachfront location with great access to restaurants and the beach. Busy at times, but still a strong location overall though quite far from places such as the Dubai Moll I wanted to visit and with quite high traffic especially during the holiday season.

We spent a wonderful stay at the Rixos JBR in Dubai this November, and from start to finish it truly lived up to its 5-star reputation. The hotel wasn’t very crowded during our visit, which made the experience even more relaxing. The service throughout the entire hotel was exceptional — from the restaurants to room service, every staff member went above and beyond. A special mention goes to Muthyam, whose outstanding service really made a difference during our stay. The pool area has a loud, energetic beach-club vibe with music that, even for us, felt a bit too loud at times. Luckily, the beach offers quieter spots where you can relax without the noise. The food was consistently very good, and we enjoyed every meal. Overall, we would definitely come back. Rixos JBR is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for luxury, great service, and a lively atmosphere in Dubai.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable. We were smoothly assisted with our check-in and our luggage was taken care of right away, which was a great start to our stay. The room was spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and offered a beautiful view of Dubai Ain (Eye). The service throughout the entire stay was exceptional — friendly staff, great housekeeping, and always a willingness to help. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes. The overall dining experience truly exceeded our expectations — everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach area, were outstanding and very well maintained. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR and would happily return. Highly recommended.
