Exceptional hospitality, thanks to Ju We've just started our stay at SAii Laguna with our two young kids and it has begun on a note we honestly couldn't ask to be better. A big part of that is Ju, the duty manager. Ju has gone above and beyond for our family. Travelling with little ones can test anyone's patience, but Ju was unfailingly calm, warm and attentive, taking the time to make sure we had everything we needed and never once making us feel like a bother. World-class service, delivered with genuine care. Ju, thank you for making our family feel so welcome. That same spirit runs through the whole team. Every staff member we've met has been friendly and incredibly patient with our children. The lobby is bright, airy and welcoming, and the entire property is spotless, neat and beautifully kept. We came straight from another five-star hotel at a similar price and SAii Laguna already feels like a different world. We're looking forward to the rest of our stay. Highly recommended, especially for families with young kids. Please make sure Ju gets the recognition they deserve!

What a place! An Exceptional Stay at SAii Laguna Phuket. Our stay at SAii Laguna Phuket was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming and beautifully considered — exactly what you want from a holiday, especially when travelling with a child. The resort itself is stunning. Our Lagoon View room was particularly special, as it offered both a beautiful view of the lagoon and glimpses of the ocean. Being on the second floor and perfectly positioned meant we were close enough to enjoy the beach and resort facilities, while still feeling wonderfully peaceful and away from the crowds. I genuinely could not have asked for a better room. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive and consistently helpful without ever being intrusive. Everything felt effortless, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our holiday. For families, SAii Laguna is fantastic. My daughter loved the pool and slides, and we spent hours playing in the water. We also enjoyed leisurely walks along the beach, afternoons by the pool and simply having time to slow down together. There was plenty to keep her entertained, while I could still enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful surroundings of the resort. The location was also ideal for us. We could enjoy the resort and beach at our own pace, but it was easy to venture out for local experiences, shopping and exploring when we wanted to. We enjoyed everything from local food and markets to boat rides and other excursions, and it was lovely to return to the calm of the resort afterwards. One of my favourite things about our stay was that we never felt pressured to fill every day with activities. Some of our best moments were simply sitting by the pool, enjoying coconuts, walking along the beach or relaxing in our room overlooking the lagoon and ocean. SAii Laguna Phuket gave us the perfect balance of comfort, beautiful surroundings, excellent service, family-friendly facilities and genuine relaxation. We had an amazing holiday and would absolutely return. In fact, our experience was so positive that we left Phuket already thinking about when we could come back. Highly recommended — especially for families looking for a beautiful resort where you can experience Phuket while still having the option to slow down, relax and simply enjoy being there.

We recently completed a corporate conference at SAii Laguna with over 230 guests and it was one of our most successful events ever, largely due to the outstanding hospitality of the SAii team. Multiple guests said the resort, food and level of service was the best we've ever had. A huge THANK YOU to the following people for making it happen! Wi and Bird gave us outstanding service and took care of our every need in the conference hall (and beyond). Helena worked her magic with our group reservations, and was somehow able to accommodate almost every early check in, which I have NEVER seen before. Chef Amit's food was spectacular, and Woody ensured all our dining ran to plan. Zon and Amie were some of the best event managers I have ever worked with, everything was smooth, polished and timely, despite a lot of moving parts on our end. Also, huge kudos to every member of the waitstaff who looked after us. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed and housekeeping was phenomenal. They brought me extra hangers and a portable dresser without me even asking when they saw how much stuff I had as I was staying for over 2 weeks. The spa is also amazing, I went to Koi twice for a deep tissue massage which was life changing. Overall, I'd highly recommend this resort. It's a true five star experience, and I would definitely return for personal travel. Than you SAii team!

We stayed for a week in early September and had the Beach Acces room. The view from the daybed and the patio of the room was amazing, the room was clean with multiple bottles of fresh water delivered daily. The resort restaurants were great, there was a definitely something for everyone on any given menu, in-room dining was pretty big too 😃 The breakfast was always fresh and delicious, great selection here as well, not too busy and always plenty of food. Most delightful was the staff and the wonderful service we received during our stay. We booked several excursions through the travel desk which was super convenient. Within walking distance are several bars, restaurants, beach massages, surfboard rentals and more. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend this resort for your trip to Thailand. There is so much nearby and the shuttle buses and boats provided by the resort are great for getting around. The rooms are well maintained and spacious, the beach is beautiful and the resort staff were fantastic, particularly Nathalie at check in. Our teens were never bored and loved playing table tennis and pool as well as the slide at the swimming pool. There were always plenty of loungers at any time of day by the poolside which made a huge difference.
