Loved my stay at Segara Village! Gorgeous hotel with lush nature, great rooms and beautiful scenery. A perfect place to come and relax. I stayed in the bungalows and loved how clean, up-to-date and comfortable the room was. Walking around the compound itself can be a bit tricky but the reception provides you a map and the walk itself is very relaxing because of all the nature that surrounds you! The hotel has direct beach access and their restaurant, Byrd House, is excellent. They have several sectioned pools in the hotel for children and for adults. The hotel has found a perfect way to include both families, couples and solo travellers without any interference between them. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Everyone here has a warm and welcoming disposition and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We had requested for a bottle opener around midnight and despite the hotel bar being closed a member of housekeeping came to provide their personal bottle opener for us. I won't forget their attention to hospitality.

Excellent hotel. Beautifully located, lovely village-like set up of comfortable houses divided in spacious rooms with terraces. Amazing gardens lit up in the evening. The pools of different styles (infinity pool near the restaurant, oasis-like, and one for guests only). They weren't ever crowded, suitable for relax. Tasty, differentiated breakfasts. Great everyday room service.

What a stunning Balinese style hotel. So clean, so friendly, so relaxing with super happy and friendly staff members. The gardens are huge and meticulously manicured with birds and squirrels arguing over the best spot. The 3 pools are absolutely divine as is the Byrd House restaurant. It has all the facilities one could ask for. Lots to do or choose to be lazy and enjoy a cocktail or 2 around the pool. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. I will definitely stay again. We throughly enjoyed it and were sad to leave.

Loved my stay here! The rooms are nice although my a/c did not work well and I never had hot water. I did tell the front desk and they were so nice. I think when tried to fix it, it made it worse. but I really could not be bothered moving rooms so my own doing. I loved my balcony and sat out there. Three pools. A wonderful breakfast at the restaurant. I ordered room service and the mango dessert was divine. Lovely juices and mocktails, too. Found pricing to be good for a resort. Good location right on the beach and a 7ish minute walk down to Icon. I mostly enjoyed the pools but sat at the beach before breakfast to watch the sunrise. Also did a massage and scrub, which was a good experience. Only negative was the bass coming from the restaurant. Would recommend!

We stayed at this resort for only one night, arriving late in the evening and checking out the following morning, but we had a very pleasant experience. The resort is quite large and offers a lot of facilities. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the assistance with our luggage when we arrived, which made the check-in process much easier after a long journey. While the property does not appear to be brand new, it is very well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and everything was in good condition. We did not encounter any issues during our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this resort to travelers looking for a comfortable stay with attentive service and a great breakfast selection.
