Our stay at this hotel left us with the warmest and most pleasant impressions. The atmosphere here is incredibly cozy, peaceful, and welcoming — truly a place you want to return to again and again. The hotel and its surroundings are very well maintained, everything is clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details. We would especially like to mention the staff — incredibly caring, attentive, and helpful people who are always ready to assist and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality makes you feel like a truly valued guest. During our entire stay, we did not experience a single problem — everything was organized perfectly. We had a wonderful отдых, fully relaxed, and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our vacation. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates comfort, coziness, and excellent service. And of course, we will definitely come back again!

The hotel is situated 2 minutes away from the beach, nice pools and a lot of choices for food. What I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the family room. Bathroom old and stained items, mirrors that were for sure not cleaned, the bathroom door was full of stains and sticky. They never clean your room, they just make your bed and change the towels ( the floor is not vacuumed at all, only mopped with a dirty mop). In general they were nice and they care about their guests, but I think they need to put more effort into making everything clean. The last night of our stay we were rushed to the emergency room as we have some food poisoning/ something from the ice cubes maybe. I liked the location and the facilities, but I will never go back to this hotel unfortunately.

We stayed at Oz Side Premium and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel has a fantastic approach to children – our little one felt welcome everywhere. The rooms are excellent, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The meals were incredibly rich and varied, with something delicious for everyone. We also appreciated the very clean beach bar, which was always well-maintained. There were just a few things we felt were missing: – It would be great to have more animation or activities in the beach area. – In November, a heated outdoor pool would make a big difference. – We received a summer schedule for meal and bar opening hours, but in reality some of them were changed for the low season, so clearer information would be helpful. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! A special thank-you goes to the restaurant manager (I believe he was the manager), who approached us every morning during breakfast and always took a moment to chat with our shy little daughter. It meant so much to her and made her feel seen and valued. And as every parent knows — when your child is happy, you are happy too. We are truly grateful for this kindness and personal touch

I visit the OZ Side Premium Hotel every year in both spring and fall, and I’m always very happy with my stay. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the food is quite good, and the beach is very close — perfect for a relaxing holiday. Although the prices have increased a bit recently, I still find the value excellent. What really makes this hotel special for me is the friendly and welcoming staff. They always make me feel at home, and that’s why I keep coming back. Staying here truly feels like coming home every time!

I stayed for seven days this November at the Side Premium Hotel, and I’m extremely happy with my choice. The service was warm and attentive, making me feel truly pampered. The food was delicious, and I especially want to highlight the pastry shop — their cakes look straight out of Alice in Wonderland, beautiful both inside and out. The gym and spa were excellent, and the massage I received from a therapist from Bali was absolutely wonderful. The beach was very clean, and the hotel itself felt both cozy and elegant. Highly recommended!
