We’re only 5 days into a two week stay at the Sofitel and I’m already inspired to leave this review. This is our second time in Bali but first at the Sofitel, and the quality of facilities, service and friendliness is by far the best. For example, our meal at the Kwee-zeen restaurant was made even more exceptional by the expert and attentive service from Sinta. Our meal at Cucina was also fantastic, where we celebrated our wedding anniversary in style. To be honest all of the staff at the Sofitel go out of their way to ensure we have an enjoyable time no matter where in the resort we are or what time of day it is. While the facilities are immaculate, it really is the staff that have made this holiday so memorable so far. We had the most amazing stay at the Sofitel Nusa Dua. From our pre arrival contact from Nalja outlining the property details and benefits to our check out and farewell from the staff at the hotel entrance, the Sofitel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located in the gated area of Nusa Dua on a lovely, clean & safe beach. It only took 20mins to arrive from the airport. We could also easily access Seminyak / Kuta areas in about 20-30 mins in a taxi for shopping and sightseeing. A long walking path along the beech also enables you to visit different areas of Nusa Dua on foot or bike. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted, checked in and escorted to our room. All of the hotels facilities were explained to us. We were checked into a Luxury Pool access room which was very well provisioned, very clean and very comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable, the nespresso machine was great for a morning coffee and we had 4 bottles of mineral water / day in our room. The housekeeping each day was seamless and our room always spotless. The air con kept the warmth and humidity at bay and the wifi worked well. Having a room where you could enter the pool and swim around to the pool bar was definitely a treat and although it was connected to the main pool, definitely felt private at all times. We also appreciated the patio and sitting back with a drink and admiring the greenery of the perfect gardens. With this room type, we were afforded Club access. This was just a next level of service and amenity where every day we were welcomed like family, spoilt for choice in food and drinks and had a comfortable area to sit and relax. While singling out any staff member does injustice to all others (who are all just so warm, friendly, professional and amazing) Kristina was there everyday to welcome us and make us feel so special. Nothing was a problem and her smile and warmth made us feel at home. Another star of the lounge was the pastries at breakfast!! An amazing selection and so delicious. We enjoyed the food at all the restaurants from a delicious Italian meal by the pool at Cucina to pizza and beers on the beach from Toya. We were always well looked after by the staff and always asked about Accor Plus membership once seated. We have been fortunate enough to enjoy many hotel stays but feel that this has been our favourite all round experience. The facilities, the room, the gardens, the beach access, the pool, the club lounge are all 5 star. The staff however are the absolute stars. Thank you for an amazing stay. We can't wait to go back.

Absolutely brilliant. Our first time staying at this hotel and we can’t wait to come back. The pool access room is outstanding and a lovely touch - rooms are large and comfortable and staff at the pool are exceptionally lovely. The Club Milleseme evening cocktails and canapés are a lovely touch and pool area super lovely and close to beach. Would recommend a stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua to anyone! Ps. Sendi and the team at the club were wonderful. All so lovely and kind.

We had a truly memorable honeymoon at the Sofitel Resort. The resort is beautifully designed with elegant surroundings, and all the room furnishings are of excellent quality. There are several swimming pools, making the stay even more enjoyable. I especially loved the gym — it is spacious, well-equipped with modern facilities, and features separate sauna areas for men and women. We spent the entire day simply relaxing by the pool and the beach, which was absolutely wonderful. The buffet restaurant was a bit dim and had limited food options, but overall, it was still a fantastic experience for us. Thank you, Sofitel, for such a relaxing and memorable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel. We booked the Prestige Suite with a private villa. As parents traveling with a toddler, our primary goal was to find a place where our daughter could be fully engaged while we had the chance to actually relax. The kids club was a amazing kids place. The educators there are professional, warm, and clearly love what they do. Our daughter was completely immersed in their program, which included: - Creative sessions like nail art and face painting - Interactive experiences like baking classes. - Evening entertainment with movie nights Knowing she was in such good hands gave us the freedom to enjoy the Bali vibe. We spent our days drifting between the beach and the private pool, followed by some much-needed time at the nearby spa. Being part of Club Millésime added a significant layer of luxury to our stay. We took full advantage of the high tea service and the evening cocktail hours. The transition from family time to "couple time" felt effortless thanks to the resort layout and services. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. The level of personal care we encountered was great. A few specific mentions: - Lestari and Ayu at the Club welcome desk were phenomenal. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and handled every request with a smile. - Suta, who looked after our suite, was meticulous. Coming back to a spotless villa every day made our stay so much more comfortable.
