The hotel is very well maintained, with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room was spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day. Everything throughout the resort was clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always smiling. The beach is beautiful with clean water. Just keep in mind that the water is very shallow, so don’t expect to swim much, the pool is a better option. This wasn’t an issue for me, in fact, I loved that there were no waves, as it was perfect for sitting in the water and relaxing. Lots of shade but also sun. A bit for everyone. The location is good, but Nusa Dua is generally better suited to a relaxing holiday than nightlife and clubs. Grab is not expensive, so it’s easy to get to busier areas, although the journey can take around an hour depending on traffic. There are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which we really enjoyed. The hotel also offers an affordable all-inclusive package, but with so many great local options nearby, we preferred to explore the area instead. The only real downside was that if you didn’t reserve a sunbed with your towels before around 8am, it was difficult to find one later in the day. Breakfast was good, but the selection was almost identical every morning. A little more variety would have been appreciated, although it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Nusa Dua.

We had a 14-day all-inclusive vacation at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout our holiday. The entire hotel complex was beautifully maintained and everything was always clean and well cared for. The staff were always friendly, polite and eager to help with a smile. The food was delicious every day, with a great variety of dishes, so there was always something new to enjoy. A special highlight for us was the Juice Corner on the beach, where we enjoyed a fantastic selection of fresh juices every day. We did have a small issue during check-out, but the manager, Mr. Dwiki, was very understanding and kindly accommodated our request. We truly appreciated that. Thank you! We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Our family of four recently visited Sol by Melia in Bali and had a wonderful experience. During our stay, we used most of the amenities, and the staff were always at their top. They were always welcoming, helpful and attentive. From the front desk, the breakfast crew, the lunch restaurant by the beach/pool area, the pool bar, the cleaning crew, the spa crew, the smoothies bar, the cafe staff, and the concierge. They were all very nice and made us feel like at at home. We highly recommend the Greek restaurant, which you have to make reservations in advance. Totally worth it! The only thing I would recommend to improve quality would be to include sparkling wine with the all-inclusive package. We are not heavy drinkers, but the quality of their liquor could be better. A warm thank you to: Nanda, Risma, Annie, Bella, Listi, Santa, Putri, the staff at the egg station, the 24 hr restaurant, and all the trainees who did a fantastic job (always smiling, attentive, and helpful). Everyone did an outstanding job! Thank you for pampering us all week. We had a great time thanks to you!

We had a wonderful stay at SOL by Benoa Bali and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The location is beautiful, with stunning views that made our holiday even more special. What truly made our stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. The food was delicious, with plenty of great options, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a lovely experience. We would happily return and highly recommend SOL by Benoa Bali to anyone looking for a beautiful and friendly place to stay in Bali.

We had a wonderful holiday with our small kids. There is a kids club, good for small kids, tortoises feeding, kids pool… fun evening shows. The hotel is in Balinese style, relaxing music in the halls, quiet hotel, good beach 🏝️ only cleaning in the rooms could be better: tables are not clean, floors also not clean enough well.
