⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Hospitality There was an unfortunate mistake made by the travel agency that arranged my hotel reservation, which created an unexpected situation upon our arrival. However, I want to make it very clear that this was not the hotel’s fault. What could have been a very disappointing experience was completely transformed into one of the most wonderful and memorable stays my children and I have ever had, thanks to the exceptional professionalism and hospitality of Mr. Amin, the Manager of Nickelodeon Hotel. From the very first moment, Mr. Amin handled the situation immediately, professionally, and with genuine care. He did everything possible to make sure that my children and I were comfortable and happy, and he kindly arranged an upgrade for us to a beautiful Terrace Suite at The Kingdom Hotel. I truly believe that Mr. Amin deserves every appreciation and recognition for the position he holds. His professionalism, kindness, generosity, and the respect with which he treated my family went far beyond what I could have expected. There are simply no words that can fully describe the exceptional level of care we received from him. He did not just solve a problem—he turned the entire situation into an unforgettable experience for my children and me. My sincere appreciation also goes to Alice and Oguzhan Guver for their wonderful hospitality, kindness, and elegant treatment throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for and added another special touch to an already beautiful experience. Everything about our stay was wonderful—the hotel, the service, the atmosphere, and the delicious food. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, and offered a wonderful variety. Every meal was something we genuinely looked forward to and was another highlight of our stay. But most importantly, it was the people who made this experience truly special. I honestly cannot describe how much happiness this stay brought to me and my children. We left with beautiful memories that we will always cherish. Thank you so much, Mr. Amin, Alice, Oguzhan Guver, and the entire team for making our stay so special. I will definitely return—not just once, but many times. This hotel has earned a very special place in our hearts. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality and for giving my children and me an experience we will never forget. ❤️

The experience was amazing. It has an amazing atmosphere. My family and kids enjoyed their stay, also the theme park was amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It’s my 5th time here. And would recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Basak from Guest relations, she was always attentive and helpful. Also Ceylon at the Nyssa Bar, she’s always a familiar face.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the food is simply delicious – everyone found something to their liking. The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly, which is a huge plus for us. The staff deserves special mention – the care and approach to guests are truly wonderful. During my stay, I needed help. The response was immediate – a doctor arrived very quickly and I received professional help. We felt cared for and safe. I definitely recommend this hotel to families with children!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel with the Legendary Stay package, and it was such a great experience for our family! The package included Fast Track access, a special Meet & Greet with Masha and the Bear, and a visit to Rixos Premium Belek, which made our stay even more special. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed all the extra benefits. A special thank you to Arzu from Guest Relations. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and she took the time during check-in to explain everything clearly and make sure we knew how to get the most out of our stay. We really appreciated her support throughout our visit. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you to the whole team!

We recently stayed at the Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel, and while there were some great aspects, our overall experience was very disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel is all-inclusive, making it very convenient for families. The location is excellent, with direct access to the Land of Legends waterpark, which was a huge highlight for our kids. The hotel is also extremely kid-friendly, offering a wide variety of kids’ club activities and entertainment that kept our children engaged and happy throughout the stay. Unfortunately, after eating at the hotel’s buffet, I became seriously ill with what appeared to be food poisoning. I spent the next two days confined to our room, missing valuable holiday time with my kids. It was heartbreaking to lose such a significant part of our family vacation. Another major disappointment was the airport transfer service. We paid €170 for what we expected to be a premium experience, but instead we had to wait almost 45 minutes outside in the intense heat before being picked up. With young children and the price we paid, this level of service was completely unacceptable. In addition, many of the hotel’s facilities felt dirty, poorly maintained, and outdated. For a hotel of this reputation and price, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel has an excellent concept and offers a fantastic experience for children thanks to its location, waterpark access, and family-focused activities. However, our stay was overshadowed by my illness after eating at the hotel’s buffet, the poor airport transfer experience, and the disappointing condition of the facilities. I hope the hotel reviews its food safety procedures, improves the quality of its transfer service, and invests in better cleanliness and maintenance so future guests can enjoy the experience without these issues.
