Two years ago, my family and I stayed at your hotel and were truly impressed by the excellent services and the wonderful facilities for children. The memories we made then stayed with us ever since. Returning this year was even more delightful. Everything has improved — the food was absolutely delicious, the variety of games and activities for kids was even richer, and the overall experience was simply exceptional for the whole family. I was especially pleased to notice more Arabic-speaking staff this time, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. It’s clear that your team is always striving to enhance every detail for the guests’ comfort and happiness. Thank you for your continued dedication and warm hospitality. We will definitely come back next year, confident it will be yet another unforgettable experience — as you always manage to make it even better each time.

We only went for the evening lights and water show which was free entry, the place itself is quite expensive but its, we spent nearly £70 on 2 small bottles of Heineken and 2 small chicken kebabs in one of the restaurants, there was other cheaper restaurants but went there for the entertainment before the night show. And its the Disney of Turkey so expected it to be expensive. Lights and water show was good, if you have young kids they will enjoy it, Looking at the layout of the theme park and water park I think families would enjoy it.

Love this place. Our 20 procent discount in the app did not work, but they manage to give to us. Place was really clean, people were taking care of it. During our visit was almost empty so we did not wait for any rides. :) Just most of the staff was not looking happy at all.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at your hotel. Everything was so well organized, and all the staff were constantly working with great dedication. We were satisfied with everyone, but there was one employee we truly admired: Samet from Çorum. His kindness, positivity, warm smile, and the way he always checked in to ask if we were happy made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Samet — keep smiling! This is one of the best hotels that I have ever been. Everything was incredible and we had a splendid and joyful time at this hotel. The atmosphere was great you can reach everything easily. The staff was great too. We hadn’t encountered any problem or issue. Everything we ask for was easily solved. My children had a very good experience and definitely. We will visit this hotel again in the next summer. The price is a bit high. I think they can reduce their prices to help people stay more night at their hotel
