⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Hospitality There was an unfortunate mistake made by the travel agency that arranged my hotel reservation, which created an unexpected situation upon our arrival. However, I want to make it very clear that this was not the hotel’s fault. What could have been a very disappointing experience was completely transformed into one of the most wonderful and memorable stays my children and I have ever had, thanks to the exceptional professionalism and hospitality of Mr. Amin, the Manager of Nickelodeon Hotel. From the very first moment, Mr. Amin handled the situation immediately, professionally, and with genuine care. He did everything possible to make sure that my children and I were comfortable and happy, and he kindly arranged an upgrade for us to a beautiful Terrace Suite at The Kingdom Hotel. I truly believe that Mr. Amin deserves every appreciation and recognition for the position he holds. His professionalism, kindness, generosity, and the respect with which he treated my family went far beyond what I could have expected. There are simply no words that can fully describe the exceptional level of care we received from him. He did not just solve a problem—he turned the entire situation into an unforgettable experience for my children and me. My sincere appreciation also goes to Alice and Oguzhan Guver for their wonderful hospitality, kindness, and elegant treatment throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for and added another special touch to an already beautiful experience. Everything about our stay was wonderful—the hotel, the service, the atmosphere, and the delicious food. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, and offered a wonderful variety. Every meal was something we genuinely looked forward to and was another highlight of our stay. But most importantly, it was the people who made this experience truly special. I honestly cannot describe how much happiness this stay brought to me and my children. We left with beautiful memories that we will always cherish. Thank you so much, Mr. Amin, Alice, Oguzhan Guver, and the entire team for making our stay so special. I will definitely return—not just once, but many times. This hotel has earned a very special place in our hearts. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality and for giving my children and me an experience we will never forget. ❤️

The experience was amazing. It has an amazing atmosphere. My family and kids enjoyed their stay, also the theme park was amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It’s my 5th time here. And would recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Basak from Guest relations, she was always attentive and helpful. Also Ceylon at the Nyssa Bar, she’s always a familiar face.

Disappointing experience – the “All-in Concept” needs much clearer communication We chose The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel expecting a premium family resort and a classic Turkish all-inclusive experience. Unfortunately, this is not what we found. The biggest issue is the way the concept is communicated. This is not a traditional “All Inclusive” as most tourists understand it in Türkiye, but an “All-in Concept” with many limitations and additional charges. This difference should be explained very clearly before booking and at check-in. Unfortunately, even Guest Relations did not always communicate this clearly, which inevitably creates unrealistic expectations. The food was one of our biggest disappointments. There is limited variety, especially at lunch, and finding suitable options for children was surprisingly difficult. At the main restaurant, Eternia, lunch is not offered as we would expect from a classic all-inclusive resort. Instead, there is mainly a snack option in the children’s area, while lunch is served at a restaurant inside the park. It was extremely hot there and the food was not varied, especially for children. The atmosphere felt more like a canteen than a premium resort restaurant. Dinner has more variety, but overall the food did not feel exceptional for this category and price. Inside the park, the included food and drink points are limited, far apart from each other and offer little variety. There are also many activities, play areas and experiences requiring additional payment. We understand that a theme park can have paid extras, but this should be made much clearer when selling an “All-in” holiday. We were also disappointed by the lack of meaningful privileges for hotel guests. There are no sufficient sun loungers clearly reserved for hotel guests, and the pool area is not managed effectively enough to prevent outside visitors from occupying the best places. You have to wake up early to secure a good lounger, especially one in the shade. The umbrellas are very small and there is not enough protection from the intense summer sun. Hotel guests also do not have proper priority when entering the theme park and wait together with general visitors. For an on-site hotel guest, this feels unusual and disappointing. The spa is very limited and does not offer the type of facilities we would normally associate with a high-end all-inclusive resort in Türkiye. The main restaurant is also extremely noisy, especially on the terrace. A quieter area for families with older children would be a welcome improvement. The Land of Legends theme park itself is impressive and children will certainly enjoy it. However, the hotel experience did not match our expectations, especially considering the price. The hotel should clearly explain the difference between “Classic All Inclusive” and “All-in Concept with selected inclusions and additional charges.” This lack of clarity is, in our opinion, the main reason guests arrive with expectations that are not met. The park is spectacular, but the hotel experience did not justify the price for us. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again at this price point.

We booked the 5 night legendary stay package. Worth every penny! They gave the whole family fast track passes for every day at the park to use (entry tickets free of course). We also had a complimentary dolphin meet and greet and a family photo session. We had a personal assistant who helped make our stay convenient and answered all our needs (even helped contact my airport transport when I couldn't reach him, big help). Her name was Arzu and she did a great job, my family loved her. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was always cooked fresh and the variety was more than any hotel I've been before (and delicious). The rooms were clean and spacious, and the mini bar contents are free and are supposed to be refreshed everyday. Room service was good as well but the first two days they didn't refresh our mini bar or give us towels, so we had to remind them (after that, they did so every day). I'd rate my stay 5 stars and I'm definitely coming back again!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my small family, including my two young daughters. We paid more than $3,000 for our stay, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst vacation experience we have ever had. It is an experience we will never forget—and certainly never repeat. From the very first hour after checking in, we discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not working. I immediately contacted the front desk, but no technician arrived until around 11:00 PM. The issue was not fixed, and after a long international journey, we were forced to spend our first night sleeping in a hot room without air conditioning, despite Antalya’s intense summer heat and humidity. On the second day, the problem continued. We requested a room change, but the hotel refused, claiming they were fully booked. The most unbelievable part came on the third day when the hotel staff brought us a few electric fans and told us, “This is the best we can do.” Imagine paying premium prices for a five-star hotel—one of the most expensive hotels in Turkey during the peak season—only to be told to sleep with fans instead of having a functioning air conditioner. What makes this even more disappointing is the complete lack of responsibility and customer care. Once they have your money and your reservation is confirmed, you are treated as if your comfort no longer matters. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. A five-star hotel should deliver five-star service, especially when charging such premium rates. This experience fell far below even the most basic expectations.
