We recently stayed at The Mulia for a week in two suites with our adult daughters and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Check-in was seamless and our wonderful butler made us feel immediately welcome, taking the time to show us around the suites and explain everything clearly. He handled dinner reservations and any requests effortlessly throughout our stay. Breakfast in The Lounge was fantastic, with a great à la carte selection and beautiful quality. The staff quickly remembered our coffee and juice orders and were always happy to suggest something new to try. High tea was a definite highlight—delicious, generous and made even better with free-flow cocktails and beverages. The resort is immaculately maintained, with stunning gardens and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The staff consistently anticipated our needs and were always one step ahead. Every team member was wonderful, but special mention goes to Rima, whose warm smile and genuine care truly stood out, her service was 10/10. Our butler Agus was also exceptional, going above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful attention to detail. A truly memorable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. The Mulia Resort is a must place to stay! The beach pool is such a nice place to go down and relax along side the pool bar and inviting and helpful staff, always going above standards. Giving towels as they see you, bring menus and serving with a kind smile. Agung made our stay special at the Mulia Resort, never failing to put a smile on our face and was always up for a good chat. The buffet was amazing and food never failed to make me full. Always something new food wise. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were amazing, like sleeping on clouds. The facilities such as the gym is 10 times better than my own gym back at home. Overall I would 100% come back. I didn’t want to leave 🥲🥲

We spent dream week at The Mulia Resort in Bali late January, and I'm still buzzing from how perfect it was! We booked two gorgeous rooms through Luxury Escapes for our group of five—three adults and two teenagers, and honestly, we didn't step foot off the property for the entire seven days. Why would we? Everything was spectacular! The resort itself is pure magic. Every single detail is stunning, from the breathtaking infinity pools lined with those iconic statues to the lush tropical gardens and pristine beachfront. There are so many pools and chill-out spots that we never felt crowded, we spent the daybbetween them all day. The food was next level! We dined at the Café a few times for dinner (super casual and yummy), indulged in an incredible Korean BBQ at the villas, devoured the Chinese buffet, and loved the Italian restaurant. Every day we ordered lunch straight to the pool which was fresh, flavorful, and endless variety. The quality was top-notch, and even my picky teenagers were raving about everything. So many options, and nothing disappointed! But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. The level of personalization and genuine care blew us away. The moment we stepped out of our rooms, we were greeted with the warmest, friendliest smiles from the cleaning team, gardeners, landscapers, you name it. Restaurant servers were super attentive and always went above and beyond. A huge shout-out to the pool lifeguards and servers, they were the kindest, most caring people, chatting with us, remembering our names, and making sure the kids had the best time. Reception was amazingly accommodating too. Every evening, housekeeping popped by to check if we needed extra towels or water which werensuch thoughtful touches. It was my sons birthday and we were suprised with some balloons, cute animal towel display, a cake and personalised birthday card which was such a lovely and pleasant suprise. The teens had a blast with the 11am pool games. water polo and basketball were the highlight of the day for them. They loved hanging out at the teen club playing video games in the afternoon with the lovely staff there. If you're looking for luxury, relaxation, and heartwarming service all in one place, The Mulia Resort is incredible. Highly, highly recommended! we're already dreaming of going back!

The resort itself is stunning, as I'm sure many guests will say. The maintenance is impeccable, even the small details of raking up the leaves from our villa garden each day to keep the place pristine. These touches really add to the luxury of the experience. The dining options are incredible. We tried them all. The food is really world class, and I was impressed at how good the quality was across every dish despite the huge variety on offer. Restaurants were very accommodating to us, particularly in meeting the needs of our toddler. This made the dining experience much more comfortable and relaxing, and we could really enjoy ourselves. The service from all staff, from the front desk to our butler, was exceptional. No request was too troublesome. We were really impressed that they remembered every detail, and staff would come and say hello to our toddler and remembered his name. They even remembered the way we liked our coffees, and would know the order before we even placed it no matter which restaurant we were at! That is exceptional attention to detail and provided a personal touch that made us feel at home. The staff at The Mulia set this resort miles ahead of the rest. Well done.
