Let me start off by saying the staff at this hotel are fantastic,the food and service in the restaurant is outstanding in my opinion so if you are the manager reading this look after your staff they make the place ,without them I think this place would suffer . Location is good as is a stone throw from the big new Icon Shopping complex As for the villas ,I don't think they are as good as other villas I've stayed at at the same price and cheaper. I'm surprised the spiral stairs haven't been mentioned in other reviews,it's a mission to get up to the bedroom,if you're elderly or injured these villas aren't for you . Also construction was going on our whole stay ,nail guns grinders from morning until late afternoon,not exactly a peaceful experience especially considering it's not a budget villa ,this was not mentioned,I do understand they have to build other villas but perhaps they need to close the villas next to the noise or offer discount,I'm assuming we drew the short straw because we book through Luxury Escapes . A the end of the day I think these villas are ok but our experience wasn't as good as other villas we've stayed in the past ,I probably wouldn't return but the staff are nice people.

We stayed at The Pavilions as a family of 4 travelling from England in October 2025. We had an amazing time, and couldn't find fault with the service we received. We arrived to find our room containing some lovely presents (it was our 35th anniversary). Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who really do work incredibly hard (in very hot conditions) and always with a smile. I've been reading the reviews, and occasionally there are one or two bad reviews (it was ever thus🙄). Unfortunately, wherever you stay, their will always be someone who's not happy with the service, and in fairness to the Pavilions, running at such a high level of service is no mean feat. As a family, we had a great time, and hope to return to this wonderful place. Well done to all the staff at The Pavilions (especially Mega and Yogi!) and we'll hopefully see you again soon.

The staff was extremely friendly. The location was perfect and the room was gorgeous. The breakfast that they served us was so nice and they were very accommodating for some of the special needs such as my partner being vegan and having to leave at 3 in the morning. They prepared a little snack back for us which was such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend. This place is absolutely amazing.

We have had 2 fantastic weeks here, all the staff are amazing & they go over & beyond to ensure your stay is the utmost best. The breakfast was delicious & freshly prepared to order. We spent Valentines day served with a delicious meal by the lovely staff. The presentation was 👌 We will definitely return here & recommend

A hidden luxury gem in the middle of hustling Sanur. I've visited Bali 7 times and stayed across 15 properties and this definitely rates near the top of that list! The villas are impeccably maintained and the pools are so well sized and refreshing. We came from a 5 star resort (Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and spa) this place feels like a step above - especially given the size of the villas. If you have kids - skip the hotels and come straight here as it's about 6 x the size of a hotel room for similar value. What I like about this place over Nusa dua is the there is so many things to walk too - Icon Bali ( biggest shopping mall), dozens of high quality coffee shops, high end massage, a large beach prominade all within 10 mins walk with restaurants. You feel genuinely relaxed and work is far from your mind when In this tropical property. As an ex travel agent I would highly recommend. ( travelling with a young child)
