Our experience here as a family was truly amazing! From the delicious food and wide variety of options to the exceptional housekeeping, everything was beyond our expectations. A big thank you to all the waiters and chefs, especially Vishnu, who served us with such warmth and kindness at the buffet, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. The grand lobby with its stunning chandeliers creates a fantastic first impression, and the views from the room and also especially of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque at night—are simply breathtaking. The hotel offers a great selection of high-end restaurants, and the food at the Punjabi restaurant was absolutely delicious. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with an excellent variety and quality that catered to every taste. The beautifully illuminated landscape at night adds to the charm of the property. A special thank you to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. They kindly arranged an early check-in, late check-out, and upgraded us to a sea-view room at no extra cost, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, and the huge swimming pool was another highlight of our stay.
