The hotel is a bit far from the ferry pier near chaweng beach. It's ok. The hotel is nice and amazing place . Swimming pool clean and view beach of Chaweng . Free shuttle to central and fisherman village (Return by grab around 380baht). Breakfast is ok lot of choice . Room with jacuzzi and bathtub inside so nice . Comfortable bed and spacious . Walkable side of beach. Mini fridge, tea coffee and water provided . Towel and toiletries , bathrobe and slipper provided. Toilet with bidet . Staff also friendly and nice . Feels really welcoming. Will definitely come back again in the future and stay here.

From the moment we arrived at the Sarann Resort we were greeted by lovely staff and impressed with the resort. Everyone we came into contact with were very helpful, friendly and made our holiday extra special. The resort met all our needs, with the villas, pool, restaurant, the beautiful beach and amazing views. The free shuttle bus service was a great addition as well. The only thing we would have liked was shade around the pool area. Thank you to everyone at the Sarann, we hope to see you all again.

Sea-view rooms with private pool are great value for Samui. Would stay in the sea-view rooms again, other rooms - no point, there are much nicer hotels for rooms without view. Service could have been much better. Breakfast is average. They should also install shelves in the wardrobe.

Small property but well laid out. We got the ocean front villa with plunge pool right at the water's Edge. Approximately 1300.square feet. Own sun bathing deck. Well worth it. Restaurant was serving very good food and the breakfast spread was all very good. Only difficulty was entering the driveway on fast road with a curve.

Very disappointed with my experience. I had to check out 3 nights early today because I was feeling unwell and needed to stay closer to the airport. I contacted the hotel regarding a refund for the unused nights through the booking platform, but unfortunately they were unwilling to assist. I understand policies exist, but the way the situation was handled felt extremely unprofessional and unfair to guests. Customer service and communication were very disappointing. I would not stay here again.
