Beautiful hotel with amazing staff all around! The breakfast buffet always had fresh food and the staff were always so kind, make sure to get their cappuccino the barista is solid! We came for our honeymoon and enjoyed every minute of it. Already planning on when we will be back again! Nicky the cart driver is fantastic! The entire breakfast crew are great, specially Melanie!

One of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. The breathtaking ocean views, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality made this a truly unforgettable stay. Waking up to such stunning scenery and enjoying breakfast overlooking the beach was a highlight of our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered spectacular views that made every moment special. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to other luxury resorts, and some of the outdoor furniture could benefit from refurbishment. However, these were minor points and did not take away from the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return! I would happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing views, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The property is huge, beautifully designed, and set in a stunning location. The pool villa was amazing, with breathtaking sunset views, and the overall atmosphere truly felt luxurious. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Jessi and Noah at reception were especially friendly and welcoming, and all of the buggy drivers were courteous, professional, and always happy to help. The food was also very good. The only downside was that the beach was not very clean, which affected the overall beach experience. However, since we had already spent plenty of time at other beaches during our trip, we ended up spending most of our time by the pool and still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One small point that surprised me occurred during breakfast. I asked whether coconut juice or coconut syrup could be added to my iced Americano, which is something I had enjoyed at other resorts. I was told that coconut was not included as part of the buffet. While this is a minor issue, considering the premium price of the resort and the luxury experience it offers, I believe a little more flexibility and generosity in such small requests would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, this is a beautiful luxury resort. Despite the few minor points above, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Update from the airport: When we left the hotel for the airport, Bus Dada was absolutely fantastic—He were so friendly and helpful, checking our luggage for us and showing us the way!! From check-in to check-out, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. This will be our top choice for future trips to Phuket. We'll be back next year!!! ————————————————————— We were very satisfied with our stay here. Every member of the staff was warm and eager to help us in every way. The rooms, in particular, were simply fantastic—clean, hygienic, and comfortable, with breathtaking views. We especially loved the private pool—it was both private and beautiful! The resort is located on very rugged terrain, but since it’s right along the coastline, the views are beautiful. Getting around requires a shuttle, which is a bit inconvenient, but their response time is exceptionally fast. We’re satisfied with everything and will definitely return here. We hope everything stays just the way it is. 10/10!!

We had an amazing stay at The Shore! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and very clean, luxurious villas. A special thank you to Anda, Lilly, and Alice at the lobby for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Their excellent service made our experience even more special. We highly recommend The Shore to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. We would definitely love to come back!
