Wonderful service, comfortable rooms (though a bit noisy from neighbours), proper shower and great views. TV from neighbours can be heard which ruined the calm experience I had so far. Staff is very friendly, amazing breakfast (with clear allergens mentioned). Decent pool though not enough sun beds to accommodate more than 20 people which is quite strange for a hotel this size. OK gym, basic and does the job. Location is good, quiet, close to the Burj and mall with a nice walkway at the water. Supermarket next door.

One of the nicest hotel that i have stayed in. I stayed there for 5 nights while i was in Dubai for vacation last October. The rooms were very spacious, with a modern design. My room had a great view of the canal. The stuff were very friendly, very helpful, and the service was great. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Dubai, close to most of the top tourist destinations in Dubai. I will definitely be staying there the next time i visit Dubai.

Always very well welcomed. Excellent cleanliness and outstanding service. We experienced a few issues with our room, including a fire alarm and an actual fire on the same floor. The team handled the situation perfectly and upgraded us to a better room. They took care of everything, including packing our belongings and moving them to the new room while we were out, with our full authorization and coordination via WhatsApp. This truly demonstrates a very high level of service. We also received small treats as a thoughtful gesture. The beds are extremely comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at St. Regis Downtown Dubai. We arrived on time for our reservation, only to be informed that our room was not ready. To make matters worse, the room details were incorrect. Every staff member we spoke to told us to “wait a minute” and then disappeared without returning or providing any updates. We spoke with four different employees, yet nothing was resolved. We ended up waiting in the lobby for over four hours with no clear communication, no urgency, and no effort to make the situation right. The staff were unhelpful and showed very little concern for the inconvenience caused. When we requested to speak with the manager, we were given excuses and the manager refused to meet with us. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to offer luxury hospitality. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service and lack of professionalism we experienced.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The St. Regis Dubai sets the bar incredibly high. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and the level of service was absolutely spotless (truly exemplary in every sense). What made the experience even more special was the personal attention. The manager took the time to speak with me directly to ensure I was 100% happy, which made me feel genuinely valued and cared for as a guest. I left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already wanting to return. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Dubai. Highly recommended.
