This hotel has a lot of potential and could become a very good hotel, but in my opinion, it is not there yet. The pool area, breakfast, and view are very good. I also want to mention that the concierge and cleaning staff are beyond excellent. They were very helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. When I spoke to the manager about my concerns, he said something along the lines of, “Other guests do not feel the same issues as you, so maybe it is a you problem.” This made me feel like my concerns were not taken seriously. The bathrooms are extremely slippery. I fell four times, even though I placed towels on the floor to make it safer. The “high-speed Wi-Fi” is capped at around 4 Mbps, which made it difficult to attend Teams meetings or even watch movies without constant loading. When we came back to the room at around 11 PM, the bed was very wet. The air conditioning also did not feel very cold, so we were not sure what caused the issue. Overall, the hotel has some great qualities, especially the view, pool area, breakfast, concierge, and cleaning staff. But the way the manager handled the situation, combined with these issues, made the stay disappointing.

I recently stayed at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, beautiful interiors, and the level of service from both the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams was exceptional. From check-in to departure, the Front Office staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The F&B team also deserves special recognition for their excellent hospitality, friendly service, and attention to detail, which made every dining experience enjoyable. The only area that could benefit from improvement is housekeeping. While the rooms were generally comfortable, there were a few inconsistencies in housekeeping standards and responsiveness that did not quite match the otherwise high level of service expected from a St. Regis property. That said, the outstanding efforts of the Front Office and F&B teams made the stay memorable, and with some enhancements to housekeeping, this hotel can truly deliver a flawless luxury experience. I would happily return and look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit.

An Exceptional Week – Impeccable Service! My wife and I recently spent a week at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the hospitality was world-class, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is stunning— gorgeous views of the Dubai Water Canal. While the property is beautiful, it was the incredible staff who made our stay so special. Two gentlemen in particular deserve a massive thank you: Ahmed at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. His professionalism, warm welcome, and attention to detail set the perfect tone for our entire week. He made us feel valued and looked after from day one. Jamal was an absolute delight. Every single interaction with him was brightened by his infectious positive energy and genuine kindness. He was always one step ahead, helping us with a smile and making us feel right at home. The dedication to service shown by Ahmed, Jamal, and the rest of the team is exactly why the St. Regis brand stands out. We had a wonderful, relaxing week and cannot wait to return. **Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great hotel and genuine hospitality in Dubai!**

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The service was fast and efficient throughout our stay. We booked a suite, and it exceeded our expectations — it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the coffee shop in the lobby. The quality of the coffee and the atmosphere were excellent, making it a great place to relax. A special mention goes to the butler service, which was truly outstanding. The team was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. A perfect 10/10 experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic experience at The St Regis Downtown Dubai. Rooms are magnificently sized, the attention to detail is exemplary and the service is simply superb. There are too many names to mention but two that come to mind are Anthony at the Concierge desk for being so unbelievably kind with his suggestions and Sanjay in the breakfast area for providing a first rate service. My only criticism of this hotel is that they need to step up their breakfast offering (it’s too simple and basic for a 5 star hotel) and that the bedrooms require increased lighting. Putting these two points aside I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel. Thank you again!
