My stay at St. Regis The Palm was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely world-class and every single detail was handled with elegance and professionalism. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is stunning beautifully designed with luxurious interiors, breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah, and an atmosphere that perfectly combines sophistication with comfort. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly relaxing, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly every day. One of the highlights was definitely the exceptional dining experience. The breakfast selection was amazing with high-quality options, fresh ingredients, and outstanding service. Every restaurant we visited inside the hotel delivered incredible food and a premium experience. The location is also perfect, directly connected to Nakheel Mall and conveniently close to many attractions in Dubai. The private beach access and pool facilities were beautiful, peaceful, and extremely well maintained. What truly sets St. Regis apart is the attention to detail and personalized hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being treated as honored guests. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend St. Regis The Palm highly enough. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience in Dubai, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning!

I’ve visited SushiSamba at the hotel several times and always had a great experience there. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the prayer room facilities at St. Regis. On multiple occasions, when I asked the lobby staff about the prayer room, I was informed that it was “under maintenance,” despite there being signage next to the elevators indicating that a prayer room exists. Since I’ve received the same response repeatedly over different visits, I wasn’t sure whether the facility was temporarily unavailable or restricted in some way. In a Muslim country like the UAE, I believe hotels should ensure that prayer facilities are consistently available for visitors, especially those using the hotel’s restaurants and public facilities. Even if the main prayer room is temporarily unavailable, it would be appreciated if an alternative space could be arranged. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and improves the experience for Muslim visitors.

I had an exceptional stay at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel felt luxurious and elevated. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers the level of service and attention to detail you would expect from a St. Regis hotel. The rooms, common areas, and overall atmosphere truly deliver a luxury experience. One of the most convenient features is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access restaurants, shopping, and other amenities without having to travel far. The only area that did not stand out to me was the breakfast. It wasn't bad, but compared to the rest of the hotel experience, it was not particularly memorable. Aside from that, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a true luxury stay in Dubai, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm - Occupying the lower floors of the landmark Palm Tower, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm strips away the flashing gold and heavy opulence often associated with Dubai's five-star properties, opting instead for a highly refined, mid-century modern glamour. For travelers who want the prestige of the Palm Jumeirah address combined with flawless, personalized service, it stands as a remarkably solid choice. The guest rooms and suites balance local Emirati influences with a classic 1920s New York heritage. Step inside, and you are met with a soothing palette of muted neutrals, cream marble, warm wood tones, and subtle pastel accents. Positioned on the main trunk of the Palm Jumeirah, the hotel relies heavily on its unique architectural connectivity. The hotel features two beautiful outdoor infinity pools on the lower levels. While the pool decks are highly relaxing and fully serviced by the excellent Dip Pool Bar, the views are somewhat restricted by the surrounding buildings, and the main pool area can get bustling during peak hours. The culinary portfolio at the property is diverse and highly sophisticated, though navigating what is technically "in-hotel" requires a small bit of attention. The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is an exceptional luxury business and leisure hybrid. It doesn't pretend to be a sprawling, secluded beach sanctuary. Instead, it leans heavily into sophisticated, highly tailored service, flawless interiors, and absolute geographic convenience.

Our experience at The St. Regis The Palm Dubai was truly exceptional, and a huge part of that was because of Hajar and Wihan. From the moment we arrived, Hajar welcomed us with such warmth, kindness, and a contagious smile and laugh that instantly made us feel comfortable. She has a beautiful energy that made the whole experience feel personal, genuine, and memorable. She then introduced us to her colleague Wihan, who was equally wonderful. Both of them made us feel incredibly special, well looked after, and genuinely welcomed. Their hospitality was outstanding, and by the end of it, it honestly felt like we had made good friends. Management should absolutely recognize both Hajar and Wihan for how special they are. They are a real credit to The St. Regis and made our visit unforgettable.
