A wonderful stay with genuinely exceptional service We had a wonderful stay at St. Regis Le Morne and left genuinely happy with the experience. The restaurants were excellent, and although the prices were on the higher side, we felt that the quality of the service absolutely justified what we paid. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, attentive and genuinely willing to help. We were constantly asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything, without it ever feeling forced or excessive. The hospitality throughout the resort was excellent. Staff would always greet us with a smile, and whenever we needed something, there was always someone willing to help. The level of service made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was also spotless and very well maintained. Room service was easy to reach whenever we needed it, and the buggy service around the resort was extremely convenient. There were always buggies available, making it very easy to get around the property. One of the things we appreciated most was the feeling that the staff genuinely cared about our comfort. Even when we needed something outside the usual hours, there was always someone trying to find a solution. That kind of service makes a big difference. We have stayed at several hotels, and this was one of those places where, despite paying a significant amount, we left thinking “it was worth every penny.” Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and service.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The resort itself is beautiful, and we were incredibly grateful to be upgraded to the largest room, which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. A special thank you to Chef Christel, who thoughtfully accommodated my dietary requirements each day. The care and attention to detail made every breakfast something we looked forward to. The butler service was outstanding. Nourseen and William went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They managed to secure a last-minute seaplane booking, allowing me to experience the breathtaking undersea waterfall from the air—a dream come true. They also arranged a wonderful babymoon celebration while carefully accommodating my dietary requests, and their thoughtful farewell gifts were a lovely surprise. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to ensure we had the best possible experience made all the difference. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable stay.

This was one of my favorite marriott properties in the world that ive stayed in. I think for some reason, its a bit underrated / over looked on the global stage regarding Marriott's elite resorts / aspirational properties. However, our experience here was wonderful / top class. The service was amazing, the breakfasts / lunches were great, the location was superb, with Le Morne beach being in my opinion the nicest location in all of mauritius, and the staff / service was wonderful. My only complaint was i thought the dinners were overpriced relative to the quality of the food but this comes with the territory at these hotels and it wasn't so egregious, so didn't impact the view of my stay. Overall i think this is easily a top 10 marriott property world wide and fully recommend it..

This fabulous hotel is outstanding due to its excellent hospitality from all staff and its delicious cuisine. A special thanks to Kanto for your brilliant customer service all throughout our stay of 5 days at this resort and chef Malik at the delicious Indya restaurant for accommodating us with the Indian cuisine. Chefs Monish khan and Premrqj Bhutto for the delicious indo Chinese cuisine at the Atsuko Floating Market Restaurant. Do make use of the excellent Spa facilities Wow! What a rejuvenating experience with Ayesha; the masseuse. Thoroughly recommend booking in advance; the whole package with her. Can say that overall it is better than my “Hanging Gardens of Bali ” spa experience! Last, but not least I have to mention the beach/ pool attendant Jordan, for the daily fresh coconuts and fabulous mocktails and snacks onthe beach and Zarah, the manager for your attention to detail to make it a beautiful holiday for my family and I.

We had a perfect stay at The St. Regis Mauritius and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived until we left, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. A special thank you to Malik, the chef, for the wonderful food, Tej, our butler, for his outstanding attention to detail, and Zahra at reception for her warm welcome and exceptional service. Baba, the bellman, was always friendly and helpful, while Imraj and Kanto at the Boathouse made every visit enjoyable. We’d also like to thank Piruven at breakfast for his excellent hospitality and Andy, the golf cart driver, who was always cheerful, prompt, and happy to help. A special mention also goes to the two chefs at the Floating Market restaurant, who provided excellent food and outstanding service. Their friendliness and attention made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Every member of the team went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The service was consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout. We truly appreciate everyone’s hard work and look forward to returning. Highly recommended!
