We had an absolutely amazing experience at The WB Abu Dhabi Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. The service was exceptional, and everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a big smile. A very special thank you to the hotel’s amazing culinary team! Our son has celiac disease and requires a strict gluten-free diet. The team made an extraordinary effort to accommodate his needs, preparing a wonderful variety of delicious gluten-free meals throughout our stay. They always did so with genuine care, patience, and a huge smile, making us feel completely welcome and well looked after. Huge kudos to the entire WB Abu Dhabi team! Your hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made our family vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel, especially to families traveling with children who have special dietary requirements. Thank you for an outstanding experience! We will definitely be back! ❤️

I'll start this review with the main highlight of this hotel - the staff!! I have travelled alot throughout, and I have never seen such exceptional service so far anywhere else. The staff helps elevate this hotel from a regular show piece, to an extraordinary place to visit. But our most remembered staff member has to be Violah! we always met during the breakfast buffet (and dinner as well) as she was posted in the sidekick restaurant. Her presence turned our breakfast, from a mundane part of the day, to something to look forward to! We chatted everyday, she got to know us, and we got to know her, she's an amazing person which reflected on her exceptional service, kindness and humanity! Even our toddler grew fond of her to the point that she swung over from my arms to hers to give her a goodbye hug on our last day. And we won't forget to mention Wicky and Anna! who have also given us exceptional service during the breakfast and dinner buffet, we really felt very special from their service, even though they were simultaneously juggling (probably) a million other things during their workday, and I truly have never seen anything like this so far, you guys really deserve the utmost praise! And I also want to thank Sisi, who always welcomed us into the breakfast buffet each day with a smile and a beautiful greeting. It's funny how the review is mostly occupied by our buffet experinece in this hotel, but I truly tried my best to summarize this as much as I could without being cheap on details, and the buffet experience was not really something to glance over. Now to the rest of the review :D Location - self - explanatory, it's basically a walk away or a short cab drive away from everything you need to do on Yas island. Atmosphere - Absolutely true to everything WB, it's beautiful designed and detailed, all the functionalities, the attention to the design of the hotel, nothing feels "synthetic" or just there to be there, it was truly geniune. Room - we booked the king artist room with pool view, the room was well designed and organized, sparkly clean, fresh and tidy. there were all the things a family needs to enjoy a beautiful vacation here and then some - we especially liked the large sofa bed, the vents worked well to exchange air which kept the room fresh, the TV has many of our favorite channels, the bath accessories (inlcuding dental kits) were appreciated, and also, the lifesaver - a clothing hanger in the shower to hang your wet clothes from the pool, it's not special to this hotel, but it's definetly not standard. Also, great bonus! The floors are non slip, especially in the shower with a toddler, it's very helpful. The bed was exactly what we needed after a long day in the theme parks, it was extremely comfortable. One small bother, was that the water in the shower (when taking a shower) felt like it was alternating between a little bit too hot, to a little bit too cold, it didn't feel like hot and cold we running together at the same time. And also I really enjoyed having a bluetooth speaker in the bathroom (which helped keep our toddler entertained while taking a shower which she absolutely hates) and the high quality bluetooth speaker in the room itself, which we used to play some nice music. I can go on and on about this hotel, but you get the gist, if you have the money and the time, go right ahead and book a room. If you have children, and want to know if your kids will benefit from this trip, I highly recommend taking kids that are above 3 years old (or height is above 1 meter), we went with a 2.5 year old (who was 96cm tall), she enjoyed it for the most part, but kids her age usually get scared or shy from toy figures and cannot ride most games in the theme parks because most games start at 1m height, no one in the theme parks let that slide, they never let her in, even though she was missing only 4cm.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—from the comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast with a great variety of options. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every single employee was welcoming, kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Gopal and Farkhanda for their outstanding service, kindness, and dedication. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we truly appreciate their efforts. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. ​I visited for breakfast with my children as a walk-in. The restaurant was extremely busy and completely full, but Benita made our experience so much better! She was remarkably helpful, kind, and greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile despite the rush and heavy crowd. ​She handled our wait with such grace without making us feel stressed or uncomfortable. She was also thoughtful enough to apologize in advance that the ambiance might be a bit loud due to the crowd, and even offered us quieter alternative dining options within the hotel. ​A huge thank you to Benita for her outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care!

We had a fabulous dinner buffet in sidekicks with my family. We had an exceptional service by Desserie, Farkanda and Gopal. Need to appreciate the effort and professionalism of Desserie from beginning to end. The food range was acceptable but could have done more compared to the price. Can be recommended for a quick meal or a snack. Very friendly staff and attentive.
