We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Westin Nusa Dua, Bali. While the resort itself is beautiful, it is the exceptional staff that truly makes this place special. A huge thank you to the incredible team members who went above and beyond to make our vacation magical, especially for our daughter:Guest Relations: A massive thank you to Dwe , She is simply the best! She showered our daughter with endless attention, care, and kindness throughout our entire stay. Culinary & Kitchen: Chef Adi was phenomenal. He personally took care of preparing lunch for our daughter every single day with outstanding dedication. Thank you also to the kitchen trainees, Darmawan and Yohana, for their hard work. Pool Service: A special thanks to Dunia (Supervisor), who was incredibly nice and professional, ensuring we had a full-service experience. Thank you also to Eva (pool trainee) for her great energy and helpfulness. Breakfast Team: Kudos to July (Manager) and Artini (Waitress) for their warm welcome, bright smiles, and efficient service every morning.Housekeeping: Shout out to Arsana for keeping our room spotlessly clean and providing impeccable service. Thanks to this attentive and caring team, we felt completely at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families! We cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed our first stay at the Westin Nusa Dua so much that we decided to return and end our trip here as well! Absolutely everyone at this resort is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is lovely, and the food by the pool was really good too. Our second stay was even better since we got a refurbished room — a nice upgrade from our first visit. The pool and kids club were a huge plus for our family, keeping everyone entertained throughout our stay. We loved this resort and would happily come back again!

Excellent front desk team, smooth check-in process, and very good breakfast with friendly staff. The people working here are the hotel's strongest asset. Unfortunately, several issues prevented this from being a truly great stay. The air-conditioning system is poorly designed and does not regulate temperature properly. Regardless of the temperature selected, it keeps blowing cold air and the room becomes uncomfortably cold unless the AC is switched off manually. Wi-Fi is slow, unreliable, and disconnects frequently. Mobile app service requests are often misunderstood or fulfilled incorrectly. The smoke detector is positioned directly above the bed and flashes every 15 seconds throughout the night, which is distracting when trying to sleep. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Washcloths and hand towels were difficult to obtain, and bathrobes removed during cleaning were not always replaced. There are also safety concerns, including uneven stair risers that create a trip hazard and very slippery bathroom floors. Breakfast quality was good, but coffee and tea service was often slow and uncoordinated. The Elite Member photography voucher is also misleading. To receive the single complimentary photo, guests must first spend time on a photo shoot and sales presentation. For most guests, it's simply not worth the effort. Overall, great staff and breakfast, but several comfort, maintenance, and service issues need attention.

Unforgettable Family Stay at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali! We had an absolutely fantastic family vacation at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. The resort is extremely kid-friendly, thoughtfully designed, and offers outstanding service across every department. Rooms & Accommodations Family-Friendly Setup: The balcony of our room opened directly into a large terrace, which gave our toddler plenty of space to run around and play frisbee with neighboring kids. Convenient Amenities: Right in front of our room, there was a small outdoor play area with slides and a see-saw—a huge advantage when traveling with a toddler! Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff was very attentive, keeping our room neat and spotless throughout our stay. Dining Highlights Morning Breakfast: The breakfast spread was massive, offering a huge variety of options ranging from Indian, Indonesian, and Western cuisines to a noodle bar, live egg station, fresh juices, coffee, baked goods, and desserts. Ganesha Elite (Indian Restaurant): Served delicious Indian food with exceptionally polite staff. Our toddler loved his daily comfort meal of rice and dal, while we thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken Malai Tikka, Mutton Rogan Josh, Dhaba Murg, Amritsari Kulcha, and Lassi. The see-through glass window allowed us to watch the food being prepared. It was never overly crowded, and service was remarkably fast. Ikan (Beachfront Restaurant): A lovely beachfront spot serving great Indonesian dishes (the Nasi Goreng and Jawa noodles were highlights) alongside wonderful cocktails. They also hosted fun evening events like live music and fire shows. Prego (Italian Restaurant): Another great dining option on-site. We loved their pizza, mushroom soup, and the delicious truffle chocolate dessert. Location & Nearby Dining: The resort sits on a stunning beach direct access, with plenty of sun loungers available. Being surrounded by other beachfront resorts meant we had over a dozen beach shacks and restaurants within a quick 5-minute walk. Kids' Activities & Facilities New Kids' Club: During our stay, Westin inaugurated a brand-new, much larger Kids' Club! It features an expanded indoor area stocked with pretend kitchen sets, superhero figurines, dinosaur toys, air hockey, foosball, pinball, kids' billiards, and a large slide. Outside, there is a spacious play area with swings and slides. Daily organized activities included tie-dyeing, origami, and knitting. The staff here were amazing—friendly, attentive, and extremely trustworthy. Pools & Water Slide: The main swimming pool features a large water slide that the kids absolutely adored, alongside a well-sized kids' pool. Wildlife Interactions & Turtle Release: The resort hosted incredible interactive animal talks where kids could touch and learn about owls, iguanas, corn snakes, pythons, and turtles. Since we visited in July (turtle hatching season), our child even got the special opportunity to release a newborn baby turtle directly into the ocean! Overall, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali exceeded all our expectations for a family holiday. We cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay here! From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. Every single staff member was warm and attentive, but we would especially like to thank Ms. Arisa and Ms. Septa. Despite the hotel being fully occupied, they went the extra mile to help change our room and even kindly allowed us to use the thermal facilities free of charge. We honestly did not expect that level of care and we deeply appreciate their effort. The breakfast was lovely — very tasty with a wide variety of choices. It was absolutely worth the price and something we looked forward to each morning. The facilities are amazing and truly five-star resort worthy. With beach access, canoe bicycles, the pool, and many other activities, we never ran out of things to do. We spent our entire stay enjoying everything the hotel had to offer. Our renovated room was beautifully designed, although a bit on the smaller side. However, the bed and duvet were fluffy and very comfortable, which made for great rest. There is ongoing renovation, so it can be slightly noisy at times. That said, the outstanding service, great food, and excellent facilities more than made up for it. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.
