Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms are very comfortable, with daily housekeeping and always clean, fresh towels. The hotel is well organized and offers excellent services. A huge advantage is the free shuttle bus, which goes to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Outlet Mall, JBR Walk and the beach — extremely convenient and reliable. The hotel also provides access to the beautiful Soluna Beach Club, with pools and a great atmosphere. The entrance fee during weekdays is 100 AED, where 50 AED is for the sunbed and 50 AED can be used for food and drinks. Everything there is simply superb. The food experience was exceptional. I have a gluten intolerance, and the staff took incredible care of me, paying close attention even to cross-contamination. They prepared my meals fresh, directly from the kitchen, exactly as requested. Special thanks to Kevin and the wonderful staff at the restaurant entrance — truly professional and kind. When I was sick, they even prepared ginger tea for me. Highly recommended for cleanliness, location, organization and outstanding service!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was standard for its category, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but the overall quality felt quite basic. The shuttle service to Soluna Beach was appreciated and convenient. However, the hotel itself was too crowded — even getting an elevator took a long time, as you had to wait for ages. I wouldn’t necessarily come back, as the overall experience was just average. On a positive note, the Spanish restaurant was absolutely delicious.

The location is beautiful, and I can say the rooms and cleanliness are fantastic. I don't remember her name, but the lady at reception, who was from Kyrgyzstan, was very helpful. I would like to thank her here... The only downside of the hotel is that the breakfast doesn't have many options...

The hotel is very nice and clean and offers very good services. The staff goes over and beyond to fulfill all wishes of guests. Very well situated in the city, in the proximity of the Dubai Internet City metro station on Red Line, some 6-8 minutes walk only. Our one bedroom suite with two bathrooms was very clean, the beds comfy and the room well equipped. (Don't forget a converter for your electronic devices which you can buy everywhere in the city.) The complimentary shuttle and Soluna Beach access were a great addition to our trip. The half-board offered is a great decision, meals offered were always fresh and delicious. The overall experience was very good, I fully recommend the hotel.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Special thanks to Aya, who was incredibly kind and helpful and generously arranged a late check-out for us. Her support really made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
