How far is the nearest beach?

There are no less than four outstanding beaches to enjoy during your stay at Twin Palms Phuket. Beautiful Surin Beach is the closest, located 170m in front of the resort and boasting a luxury beach butler service. Alternatively, Catch Beach Club and Palm Seaside restaurant on Bang Tao Beach, and HQ Beach Lounge on Kamala Beach are a short drive away with the resort offering daily transport from 9am until late.

Twin Palms Phuket is in an ideal location for accessing many nearby attractions. The local area has shops, restaurants and ATM machines all about 300m away. Within 10 to 30 minutes’ drive, you can enjoy teeing off at Laguna Golf Course, top class shopping, and aqua-fun at Splash Jungle water park. The nightlife of Bang La Road in Patong is also approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.

Twin Palms Phuket Surin Beach was our first trip to Thailand (booked via uxury Escapes), and we chose it for our honeymoon. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is a big part of the appeal, right across from Surin Beach, and from the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and genuinely lovely. We booked an all inclusive package which included daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, 1 hour of free flowing cocktails (plenty of non alcoholic drink options too), and 1 hour massage at the resort spa. To mark the occasion, they surprised us with sparkling wine and a beautiful handwritten note, which made us feel truly celebrated. Everything on the property was spotlessly clean, too, and the atmosphere was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. There weren’t many kids around, and the few we did see were well behaved. A special shout out to Thunyaluck who was attentive, warm, and provided excellent service to us during our 7 night stay! There aren’t many restaurants on site, but it didn’t matter. The food at Oriental Spoon was delicious, and the mango sticky rice was the best I’ve ever had. I also had the best Thai massage of my life here, properly strong, just what I was hoping for. Even the small touches stood out, like the staff returning to our room at 3 pm to drop off chocolates. We booked our airport transfers through Luxury Escapes, and they were seamless and beautifully organised. Our driver met us in a private, air-conditioned SUV with bottled water available, which was a relaxing start to the trip. We’ll absolutely be staying here again!

An Unforgettable Stay at Twinpalms Surin Phuket I spent 3 nights at Twinpalms Surin Phuket, and it was truly one of the most relaxing and wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere to the exceptional service. A special thank you to CHANISARA and WANSA for their warm hospitality and genuine kindness. They made me feel so welcome and added a personal touch that made my stay even more special. This was the perfect getaway to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a little piece of paradise. I left feeling refreshed and happy, and I would love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket!

This is a very nice SLH In Surin Beach, Phuket. The pool is big for the size of the hotel which a allows you to have a good time without bothering other people or getting too close if you have a strong sense of personal space. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You get housekeeping everyday and you need anything in the evening you can get your bed remade or more towels, water, etc. breakfast at this place is top of the line. The attention for the servers and food quality and options is amazing. Fresh fruit cut everyday, in front of your eyes, nothing frozen. I want say that during my stay I got an particularly friendly and way above average service from NuttaNicha, she went above and beyond and genuinely wants to connect with customers to give them a great experience at this place. Twinpalms is lucky to have people like her working at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Phuket. Fruit feast from 3-4pm everyday is just a great plus. The hotel is only a couple of minutes from the beach and there are many restaurants and shops around. There’s only one thing I had an issue with; WiFi. It a little unreliable at times and somehow inconsistent as you move around the hotel.

Dear TwinPalms Surin, we had such a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself was absolutely lovely. We also really enjoyed the gym and all the facilities. The hotel shuttle bus was incredibly convenient, and the Lazy Coconut Beach Club was absolutely amazing such a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings! But most importantly, the staff were truly wonderful. Everyone was so kind, warm, and helpful, and they really made our stay extra special. We had such a beautiful stay at Twinpalms; all.of the staff were wonderful, helpful and always able to offer help. The room was comfortable and the space was calm and quiet. Easy location to walk plenty of venues but in a quieter area which suited us but not great for partying I guess. The spa was magic and the restaurants on site were solid. Overall a lovely place to stay. Thank you to the staff who made this so special.
