This hotel was truly a very special experience. Not only were the hotel itself, the restaurants, and the pool absolutely impressive, but everything was also unbelievably clean. What made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person was warm, attentive, caring, and genuinely kind. You could feel that especially Alington, Sanju and Stanley went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We even received a farewell cake, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. We would come back anytime. A perfect stay from beginning to end.

No matter if we had special requests or asked for a specific table, everyone was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast itself is unbeatable. You will find everything you can imagine and more. The quality and variety are on another level. A big thank you to Ababil for the excellent room cleaning service. The room was always perfectly prepared, spotless, and organized with care. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. We also want to highlight Laurin (awesome) at check in. She was awesome. We were first given a room that we did not love. She immediately took ownership and did everything she could to find a better option for us. She truly moved mountains to make us happy and she succeeded. This is how hospitality should feel. We will definitely be back.

We were truly impressed with the hotel from the very first moment. The size, the design, and especially the variety of pools it offers – everything felt luxurious and well thought out. The rooftop pool with its breathtaking view and cool bar creates such a fun, vibrant atmosphere in the evening, while the lower pool gives you that true vacation vibe – relaxed, sunny, and carefree. It’s really the best of both worlds. A very special thank you to Dana, who checked us in. She was calm, warm, and incredibly service-oriented, and she truly made our stay unforgettable in honor of my husband’s birthday. We were surprised with a beautiful cake and lovely room decorations, and what really elevated the entire experience was the amazing room upgrade we received – a stunning suite with a jacuzzi on a huge private balcony. It was beyond perfect! The rooms themselves are beautifully designed – modern, tasteful, with smart lighting controlled by an iPad. Every small detail was thoughtfully considered (toothbrush, toothpaste, and more), and even a Dyson hair dryer (!!), which was such a great touch. The hotel also offers great restaurants. We personally didn’t dine there as we had made reservations elsewhere in advance, but the breakfast was very good, and the menus at both the rooftop and lower pool bars looked excellent. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and want to say another big thank you to Dana and the entire team for their outstanding service and for making our celebration so special.

I had a great stay. From start to finish, the experience felt premium and well managed. The room service was excellent. Fast, reliable, and consistently high quality. The staff, especially Iklas, truly stand out. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive and always paying close attention to details and making sure guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Our room was very nice, modern and beautifully designed. Everything feels fresh, high-end, and thoughtfully laid out. The highlight is clearly the infinity pool at the top. The view is outstanding and creates a unique, almost unreal atmosphere. It’s one of those places that genuinely lives up to the hype. Overall, Address Beach Resort delivers a high-level luxury experience with exceptional service, modern comfort and an unforgettable rooftop pool. Highly recommended.
