Very comfortable and luxurious hotel with incredible views of the Burj Khalifa. Easy access to the Dubai Mall. Great location for a central base while exploring Dubai. There is a reasonably priced grocery store in the hotel. We appreciated the concierge and their referral to BENO for a private tour. Friendly and helpful staff in general. Also, they were able to provide a cot. Baby friendly.

An exceptional stay, hospitality at its absolute finest! Without exaggeration, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but the level of service at Address Downtown was truly outstanding and remarkably rare. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The attention to detail, the comfort of the room, the exceptional food and, above all, the people made our stay unforgettable. The entire team welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, always greeting us by name and making every interaction feel personal. A very special mention must go to Mahmoud, Thinzar and Nadia, who truly spoiled us throughout our stay. Their kindness, attention and ability to anticipate every need made all the difference. They are a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality should be. Our room was spectacular, and the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa must be one of the most beautiful in Dubai. Address Downtown is not simply a beautiful five-star hotel, it is the extraordinary service and genuine care of its people that set it apart. An unforgettable stay and, without question, one of the very best hotel experiences of my life. We cannot wait to return.

The lobby space is gorgeous, featuring grand chandeliers and comfortable seating. It's a highly sophisticated setting to unwind or take business calls. Special mention for Sepiani for her great service and The pastries were delicious, though the pricing is definitely on the high side—expected for a luxury Downtown hotel property
