The Skywalk was a really nice experience. A ticket costs around 160 dirhams. The staff were very friendly, and we didn’t have to wait too long to get through the security check. The elevators took us up very quickly. The view is, of course, absolutely beautiful. You get an amazing panorama, and our children enjoyed it a lot. My wife was a little scared at first to walk over the glass section, but in the end she really liked it, and we took many great photos. One small point of criticism is the outdoor area where you can walk around while secured with safety equipment. In our opinion, the price of 500 dirhams for that experience is a bit too expensive. We also had lunch there afterward. The restaurant was very good and surprisingly affordable. After that, my son and my wife even had some time to slide down from the upper floor using the slide, which was a lot of fun.

Sky Views Observatory is one of the most famous and breathtaking places in Dubai. The entire experience is incredibly beautiful, from the moment you enter to the stunning views you see from above. Everything is very well maintained, organized, and managed professionally, which makes the visit smooth and enjoyable. The panoramic views of Dubai, especially the Burj Khalifa and the city skyline, are absolutely mesmerizing. What truly makes the experience unforgettable is the glass slide. Sliding through a transparent glass tunnel high above the city is thrilling and exciting, and definitely a must-try for anyone visiting. Overall, Sky Views Observatory offers a perfect mix of beauty, adventure, and luxury. I absolutely loved the experience, and it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking to see Dubai from a whole new perspective.

Sky Views Observatory in Dubai feels like one of those ideas that could only be imagined in a city that constantly challenges the limits of architecture and ambition. Standing high above Downtown Dubai, the entire experience feels less like a tourist attraction and more like a celebration of how far Dubai has come in such a short span of history. Looking out from the observatory during dusk, with the golden sunlight slowly fading into the city lights, is something that genuinely stays in memory for a long time. On one side stands the mighty Burj Khalifa dominating the skyline, while on the other side the endless Sheikh Zayed Road stretches through the city like a river of lights. Even the distant ocean view adds a calm contrast to the fast-moving energy of Dubai. What makes this place special is not just the height, but the thought behind creating an observatory right in the heart of Downtown. It gives visitors a chance to pause and admire the scale of development around them. It almost tells the story of Dubai without words — a place that transformed from desert tracks and camel caravans into one of the world’s most futuristic cities. The vision and leadership behind this transformation deserve admiration because very few places on earth have evolved with such speed and confidence. From humble beginnings to luxury skylines and global landmarks, it truly feels like the “camel to Cadillac” story becoming reality in front of your eyes. The attractions themselves add excitement beyond the views. The glass walk creates a thrilling feeling of floating above the city, while the slide brings a fun adrenaline rush that surprisingly becomes one of the highlights of the visit. The edge walk rope experience especially stands out for adventure lovers, giving a completely different perspective of Downtown Dubai from the outside of the tower itself. Together, these activities make Sky Views more than just another observatory. It becomes a mix of inspiration, engineering, adventure, and admiration for Dubai’s incredible journey.

We visited Sky Views Observatory in the evening, and it was an incredible experience! Walking on the glass floor and trying the glass slide gave an adrenaline rush, while the night views of Dubai’s skyline were simply breathtaking. The city lights stretching out in every direction made it feel surreal. The staff were helpful and made the experience smooth. A must-visit for anyone looking for thrilling views and unique perspectives of Dubai!

​If you are looking for the absolute best vantage point of the Burj Khalifa and the sprawling architecture of Downtown Dubai, Sky Views Observatory is hard to beat. However, while the skyline is world-class, the hospitality during my visit was anything but. ​The View: A Photographer’s Dream ​Let’s start with the positives. The observatory offers a breathtaking, bird's-eye perspective of the city. Being directly across from the Burj Khalifa allows for some of the most iconic photos you can capture in Dubai. Whether you are there for the glass slide or the walk, the visual experience is undeniably a "must-see." ​The Service: A Series of Unfortunate Encounters ​Unfortunately, the stunning views were overshadowed by a consistent lack of professionalism from the staff. For a major tourist attraction, the level of service was surprisingly cold and, at times, aggressive. ​The Arrival (Bag Deposit): The experience started on a sour note at the bag deposit counter. The staff member appeared visibly irritated, going as far as smacking the table when receiving a retrieval card. More concerning was the lack of care for personal property; our bag, which contained a bottle of wine, was carelessly dropped onto the shelf. A simple "thank you" upon collection was met with total silence. ​The Observatory Floor: The attitude didn't improve once inside. Staff at the photo printing booths were particularly abrasive, raising their voices at visitors. It was jarring to see such hostility in a space meant for leisure and tourism, especially when the guests—ourselves included—were being perfectly polite. ​The Silver Lining: The Restaurant ​The only saving grace in terms of hospitality was the restaurant staff. Despite the venue being incredibly busy, they remained professional, attentive, and most importantly, served with a smile. It was a stark contrast to the rest of the facility and showed that good service is possible even under pressure. ​The Verdict ​Sky Views Observatory is a victim of its own success. While the location is spectacular, it is being ruined by poorly trained staff who seem disinterested in—or even frustrated by—the presence of tourists. ​Advice to Management: Invest heavily in customer service training. A world-class view deserves world-class treatment. ​Would I recommend it? Only if you can ignore the service for the sake of the photo. If you value a welcoming atmosphere, you might find the experience more frustrating than it's worth.
