Exceptional stay once again! We had an incredible time at Alexandros Palace. The room was wonderful with a stunning view, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was super relaxing. We’ve been coming back here and it never disappoints. Highly recommended for families!

We spent a week on a family vacation with a small child. We had many positive impressions of the hotel. Our room was wonderful—spacious, very clean, and equipped with insect screens. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided daily. The terrace was very large, offering an incredibly beautiful view of Ammouliani and Mount Athos. You can reach the beach via a park walkway and a charming little underpass featuring nautical-themed decorations. We really enjoyed the beach; it wasn't overcrowded, the water was crystal clear, and the beach bar was a truly pleasant spot. The food and drinks were excellent, and the music was romantic and relaxing—never intrusive or loud, unlike at many other beaches. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the beach sand isn't particularly clean in the area where the umbrellas are located; there are cigarette butts and other trash. Another thing we didn't quite like was the food in the restaurant. We could always find something to eat, but the selection was quite limited considering the price. What were supposed to be main courses were more like semi-prepared items and side dishes—almost the same ones every night. The fish was thawed, only one type was available, and it was cooked the same way every day. The place would be truly wonderful if the food in the restaurant were significantly improved.

This was our third consecutive stay at Alexandros, and once again, we were truly impressed by our experience. From the moment we arrived, we received the same warm welcome we have come to expect—full of smiles, genuine hospitality, and personal attention that made us feel at home. Our room had a beautiful sea view, was fully renovated, and was impeccably cleaned every single day. Everything was comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised by the new additions to the restaurant's menu introduced by the new chef. Congratulations to the chef for the excellent work! The food was varied and delicious, offering something for every taste—from outstanding fresh Greek fish and perfectly grilled specialties to Italian dishes and many other options. Every meal was a pleasure. The staff, as always, were friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude and dedication make a real difference and create a wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Once again, our stay at Alexandros was exceptional, and we are delighted that we chose to return. We truly appreciate the tireless efforts of the entire team to maintain such a high standard of service and hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will certainly continue coming back. Thank you to everyone at Alexandros for making our holidays so memorable year after year!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we are very satisfied. The hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable and the service is outstanding. Beds are very, very comfortable. There is a great variety of food available for both breakfast and dinner. Everything is delicious, and it is honestly hard to stop eating! 😂 We were also given a room that was two categories above the one we had booked, as the season is coming to an end and the hotel is less busy. That was such a lovely surprise and a wonderful gesture. Every time we need to switch off, slow down and enjoy a peaceful holiday, we will be happy to come back here. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros Palace, and after reading so many negative reviews before our trip, I honestly feel like I should share our experience. First of all, the location is beautiful. The hotel is surrounded by nature, it’s peaceful and relaxing, and it’s the perfect place if you want to escape the crowds. Our room was lovely, with a beautiful sea view, and it was cleaned every single day. The staff deserves special praise. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a good variety of food every day. I noticed many reviews complaining about the quality and selection, but that simply wasn’t our experience. We always found plenty of fresh and tasty options, and there was enough variety for everyone. I would also highly recommend trying one of the massages from their daily offer. What makes me sad is that this hotel gets so many unfair negative reviews. Of course, no hotel is perfect, but some people seem to book the cheapest room available and then expect a luxury experience that exceeds what they actually paid for. It’s important to have realistic expectations. For us, Alexandros Palace exceeded them. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back. See you again!
