We just ended our holliday in this hotel. Family of four, and it was wonderful. Our room was spacious, the bathroom also. The staff was warm and friendly. Towells were changed daily and rooms were kept clean. The beach is 5 minutes cosy walk away from the hotel. Sunbeds on the beach are free for the guests. Food is very good and the dining area is clean. We paid for HB accommodation and it was mor than enuff. The wifi signal is excellent in any part of the hotel. This was our first visit to the hotel, and we are more than satisfied. Deffinitely will come again. Kids loved the place. Big praise for Jelena who works at the reception. See u next year!

Alexandros Palace Hotel has a soul and a truly kind and welcoming staff in every department. You come here to relax, and you leave with a smile and a sense of peace. The team at the beach bar—Vagilis, Dima, and the rest of the staff—are constantly doing their best to serve you as quickly as possible and make you feel at home. They deserve the highest praise because, through every gesture, they show that they are always there for you whenever you need anything. In a very short time, they create a warm, friendly connection that I have never experienced in any other hotel. The hotel is located in a peaceful part of Halkidiki, while still being close to larger towns and attractions. All my compliments to the entire team. I will gladly come back here again.

Currently staying at the hotel booked via Jet2. The all inclusive element only applies to 1 bar and during meal times. The 1 bar is at the top of the hotel so if you are at the beach you either have to pay or walk 10mins back up to the top of the hotel to get a drink. Whilst we've been here 2 large groups have visited, 1 being 2 coaches worth of kids who have turned the place into a summer camp ruining it for many guests and making the pool areas almost no go. The food has been fine, it's very repetitive, but perfectly edible. The fresh salads were good. The house keeping staff have kept the rooms clean and tidy. The waiting staff and bar tenders are excellent and a credit to the hotel. The beach is about a 5min walk from reception down a dedicated path and a tunnel so you don't have to cross a very busy road with children. The deck chairs need replacing. Our room had a glorious view and was very comfortable, I don't think the AC worked, but we only really needed it to cool the room down one evening. There is nothing around the hotel. A ferry point is walkable to take you to an island, Banana beach is walkable from the ferry point. Most guests drive in from surrounding countries. The coach transfer from SKG was around 2hours. If you are looking for an all inclusive hotel I wouldn't bother, for half or full board maybe if you had your own transport. The large groups have really not helped either.

The hotel itself was quite average and there are definitely a few things that could be improved. However, the staff made a huge difference. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming from the very first day. They were always happy to give advice, have a chat and make us feel comfortable. A special thank you to the amazing staff members who made our stay so much better. Because of the people working there, we will remember this holiday very warmly. The hotel may not be perfect, but the staff are absolutely fantastic.

I was there with a large group and they handled us beautifully. Lovely grounds and beautiful pools. A little bit outside of our Annapolis, but very comfortable and completely modern. A great place for families to play and have fun while the men are off on Mt. Athos.
