I recently stayed at this hotel because it was conveniently located near Ouranoupoli, where my friends and I were taking the boat to visit Mount Athos. It turned out to be a wonderful choice! The hotel itself was excellent, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect for anyone planning a trip to Mount Athos or exploring the surrounding area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. By coincidence, during our stay we got to experience a staff party celebrating the end of the season. It was such a pleasant surprise to see everyone so joyful and full of positive energy, it really added to the warm atmosphere of the place. Overall, a great stay in every way. Highly recommended!

great three star hotel... At first I was a little surprised why the hotel is ranked as 5 stars, but then it became clear to me :)) the daily fee is 15 euros for a room in 5 star hotels, that's why this hotel declared itself 5 stars so that it could charge a daily fee of 15 euros, otherwise guests would only have to pay 5 euros... So the five star sign is just a scam and a higher charge for guests... (three stars and that's it...) If the hotel management denies my comment, it means they have never visited a real five-star hotel :)))) That was about the stars, now about the hotel... As I wrote, a nice hotel resort, quiet location, enough parking for all guests. Our room was nice, comfortable, nice big beds and comfortable mattresses, it was cleaned nicely every day. The kitchen: I want the manager to explain to me how it is possible that in such a big kitchen with so many people, there is a juice and water dispenser in only one place????? There should be at least three positions... Breakfast was mostly poor Dinner one day good, one day poor... poor choice of main courses, only 3,4 types... good choice of fresh salads the service and staff were good! I want you to take my criticisms positively, and try to improve some things...

The hotel exceeded my expectations, clean, cozy, and definitely worth the money. The staff were incredibly kind, always ready to help and provide excellent service. Cleanliness was outstanding, with fresh towels and a spotless room every day. And it's family hotel, not adults only. The food was another highlight. There was a wide variety of dishes, and the staff made sure nothing was ever missing – as soon as a plate was empty, it was quickly refilled. The location is perfect. The hotel has its own beach bar, and there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. Plus, the ferry to Ammouliani is only 3 minutes away, making it easy to explore the island. This was my first time visiting Ouranoupolis, but definitely not the last. Between the stunning beaches, crystal-clear sea, and breathtaking views, I’ll be coming back again for sure.

It was an unforgettable long weekend. The meals was delicious The rooms comfortable The effort of the personnel of the hotel covered effectively that the infrastructure of the hotel are dated 40+ year. In any case the outdated infrastructure doesn't bother you even a little Is highly recommended although not in a expected level of a 5* hotel

It was our first time at Alexandros Palace. The food was very good, the rooms were amazing. Pool was clean and the kids had an amazing time in the kid area of the pool. The rooms and property was clean and accommodations were very good. The staff was very friendly. I've been in the hospitality business for 25 years and it was everything we needed. Air conditioning was cold and worked well. All areas of the hotel were very nice and well maintained. Can't wait to come back. 5 stars 🌟
