Absolutely loved this resort. Would happily stay there for weeks on end!! All the staff were beautifully kind and helpful. Everyone is so happy and you can see why. Such a shame it got closed on our 4th day here. Special mention to the older man who worked breakfast and lunch. We had a junior suite with private pool and it was like heaven. The beaches are on the small side but we didn’t mind.

We stayed at All Senses Nautica Blue and, while there are definitely some positives, I think calling this a 5-star resort is a bit of a stretch. The location is beautiful, right by the sea, and the beach and pool areas are lovely. The grounds are spacious and there are plenty of places to relax. Our room was okay and the resort was generally clean. There are loads of cats around, plus frogs at night, two dogs that make appearances and some Muscovy ducks by the beach, which gave the place a bit of character. Some of the staff were also genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the food is very average for an all-inclusive. There's plenty to eat, but the same things seem to come around every day with only a few changes. Drinks are also pretty standard, but they're unlimited up to a certain time so you can go crazy if you wish. There is an unpleasant stagnant-water smell in certain parts of the resort. There's very little for children to do, and the entertainment is pretty poor. Not much happens in the evenings and there's little atmosphere or music, so this is really somewhere to relax rather than have an action-packed holiday. There's also very little nearby, apart from the Aloe Vera Farm, which is definitely worth visiting — the husband-and-wife team there are lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the mini-market experience was what pushed me from 4 stars to 3. One of the two women working there was lovely, but the other was incredibly rude. On Friday 25th around 5pm, I stood at the checkout for around 15 seconds while she sat watching her phone without acknowledging me. Later, I went back to ask if I could change €2 into two €1 coins for the reception scale. I barely got "Hi, I was just wondering if it was possible..." out before she interrupted with a blunt "No." I appreciate everyone can have a bad day but this wasn't something I was expecting to experience at something advertised as a 5 star resort. Overall, it's not a terrible resort. If you want somewhere peaceful to sit by the pool or beach and switch off, it's fine. But for a supposedly 5-star resort, I expected more variety, entertainment and atmosphere. 3 stars feels fair.

This is far from a 5* hotel, please don't be conned by third party companies like Travel O Deal conning you high prices to stay here. The location is the opposite side of Rhodes best beaches, accessible in 50 mins by car. The hotel itself is a little worn out, the rooms a bit tired and dated, we didn't get proper hot water, it was tepid, the toilet flush was constantly running, and the hotel facilities in general feels out of date. There is no gym as advertised, it's outdoor worn out creaky old outdoor equipment which you see in parks. There isn't much entertainment on site, the large pool has an animation team which play awful loud music and occasionally have some fun group activities but fundamentally given it's a holiday it's not so relaxing by the large pool, especially if your room is there as you will be forced to listen to loud annoying music all day. The food is okay, varied, and given the large number of guests they service it's mass catering, and no where as near tasty as Greek food usually is. The reception staff aren't as friendly or helpful as you would expect, there is no iron on site, so take your own, otherwise they charge you an iron fee to have each of your clothes pressed by them. The alcohol as part of the all inclusive is cheap, non branded stuff, feels like you're in Turkey or Morocco. Can be noisey at night from planes and stray dogs barking. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel to travellers who are used genuine 4* and above and who like to be near amenities. Rhodos Old Town is 55min drive. Plus points: some hospitality staff are helpful, especially Loukas, both bar tenders, and the lady serving the in small restaurant during the day. Car parking is free, the rooms are clean, including the kettle they provide. Our room cleaner was friendly. Aside from a few nice staff members, there's not much reason to stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at All Senses Nautical Blue Resort in Rhodes and would rate it 3/5 rather than the advertised 5 stars. The standout feature was the cleanliness. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels were provided every day, and the restaurants, pools, beach areas, and public spaces were consistently well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. Staff were friendly and often offered cold water when returning to the hotel. The location is beautiful with plenty of beach space, but it is very isolated. Rhodes Town is expensive to reach by taxi, often costing around €50 each way. Food was acceptable with a good variety, particularly the fresh fruit and salads. However, breakfast was disappointing, with bland eggs, poor-quality sausages, and too much emphasis on pastries. The cocktails were by far the biggest disappointment, often tasting poor or undrinkable, while the juices seemed diluted or artificial. As a Type 1 diabetic, I was concerned that some drinks labelled as sugar-free caused significant blood glucose spikes, making the nutritional information seem unreliable. Maintenance was inconsistent. The tennis and volleyball facilities were poorly maintained, with damaged courts, broken lighting, and debris in the volleyball sand. Grass areas were patchy and neglected in places. Wi-Fi was extremely poor throughout the resort, and while maintenance quickly fixed my room television, the air conditioning was only average. Entertainment was limited and mostly aimed at older guests. Much of it was not in English, and the nightclub lacked atmosphere. The main pool also closed at 6pm, which felt far too early during summer. Other issues included occasional sewage smells near my room, sprinklers spraying across walkways, an out-of-service sauna, overpriced spa treatments and shop prices, and a confusing payment issue where a purchase appeared on my bank statement under the name “Hi Jet,” causing unnecessary concern and disputing a transaction with my bank (the shop had used a card machine for a completely different shop). Overall, the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, pools, beach access, and friendly staff were definite positives. However, poor drinks, weak entertainment, unreliable nutritional information, maintenance issues, poor Wi-Fi, expensive extras, and the isolated location mean I do not feel this resort meets 5-star standards. It offers reasonable value at a lower price but feels much closer to a 3-star resort overall.

We returned from our holiday at this hotel today. If I really wanted to, I could find plenty of negatives, but I’ll try to give a fair and practical summary. The hotel has definitely seen better days and is in need of renovation. One of the positives is the apartment-style rooms. Our room was quite dated, although I can only speak for the one we stayed in. The shower was in terrible condition, while the bathtub was fine. We had a nice view of the garden, with a partial sea view as well. The room was cleaned every day, which was great. However, the towel system was quite strange. You have to pay a deposit for the towels and then carry them across the entire resort to the wellness area. It was rather inconvenient and unusual. The food was good and tasty, with a reasonable selection. What surprised me was that there were no bottles of water available. We had to fill our own bottles at the restaurant, which honestly made me feel a little like I was on a school trip. Sometimes the staff were actually too quick to clear the tables. On a few occasions, a plate with my cutlery was taken away before I had finished eating, and I had to try to stop them because there was still food left on it. The resort itself is very beautiful, and the gardens are well maintained. You can tell that the grounds are looked after. I could overlook most of the things mentioned above, but unfortunately, the beach was a major disappointment for me. The hotel has a small private beach, but it is simply not being maintained properly. There was seaweed washed up all over the beach, left to rot, and the smell was absolutely unbearable. It really wouldn’t take much to improve the situation. If they cleaned this small section of beach even three times a week, raked up the seaweed and removed it before it started to rot, the experience would be completely different. You come on holiday to the seaside to enjoy the sea, not just the swimming pool. Unfortunately, we ended up having to go to other beaches because the smell at the hotel beach was simply impossible to tolerate. This is a huge shame and, for me, a major downside of this hotel. In short, if you are looking for a hotel that claims to be 5-star but where you should realistically expect something closer to 3-star standards, then this might be the place for you. There was also very little entertainment or organised activity at the hotel. However, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful location, then this is definitely a good choice.
