⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have just returned from a fantastic one-week stay at Mitsis Rhodos Village with our 7-month-old baby and grandparents. It was our first family holiday with our son, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They genuinely made the holiday special for us. The food was delicious with a huge variety that catered perfectly to everyone's different tastes. We were especially impressed by how accommodating the hotel was with our baby, preparing fresh fruit purées and baby-friendly food whenever we requested it. The private beach was clean, safe, and well maintained, and the beach bar was excellent. All the bars served great cocktails made by professional bartenders. The entire resort was spotless, from the pools to the restaurants and common areas. The kids' pool was fantastic, with lots of splash features and non-slip flooring that made it feel very safe for children. Special thanks to Kimber Lyn, Paraskevi, Christos Kolou, Lugen, Zeta, Niko, Arian, Antonis, Tsampikos, Mariglena, and Klaudio for their outstanding service and kindness. We had an amazing holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended for families with young children.

We recently stayed at Rodos Village in Rhodes and overall had a really enjoyable week. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and the bathroom was modern and well looked after. The pools were amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The buffet food was a bit of a let-down, with not enough variety and options throughout the week. Also, the top pool would really benefit from having more snack options available during the day. The bars around the hotel were excellent, but what really made our holiday was the service at the top pool bar. The staff there were absolutely amazing—always friendly, welcoming, and working incredibly hard. A special thank you to Olha, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t thank her enough, and the whole team and Edmond at the top pool bar deserve recognition for their fantastic service. Overall, despite a few areas that could be improved, we had a great holiday and would happily return.

We stayed at Mitsis Village Beach Hotel in Rhodes from July 8th to July 12th, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Whether at the reception, the restaurants, or around the hotel, the service was consistently warm and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The pools, gardens, and public areas were spotless and created a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to explore Rhodes while still enjoying a peaceful vacation. The food exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options at every meal, with something for everyone. We especially appreciated the quality and freshness of the ingredients. What made our stay truly special was the genuine hospitality of the staff. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, making us feel valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team at Mitsis Village Beach Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. I have been in few hotels and this one is the best ever. Amazing and helpful people on reception (i asked for help to find a barber shop and they helped me even with appointment and phone call). Restaurats are amazing. Many tasteful foods. Drinks are the best, specially at night bar. The Nightbar team have amazing energy, they made my stay so nice, many thanks specially Christina, Nelson and Phil. They are the sweetest people here ❤️ I must also mention really nice gym and person who is doing workouts twice a day. Many thanks for that lady too, you builded my confidence on my stay a bit. This Hotels is kids friendly. Animation team loves them and they are amazing with them. I also loved the karaoke there, thanks for having me there guys. Definetly going to recomend the hotel to my family too. I think they never have been in hotel like this.
