A Perfect Solo Getaway – Amazing Service & Unforgettable Memories! I spent my holiday at the Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas in Rhodes and was absolutely delighted! The beautiful hotel, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service made my stay truly special. It was the perfect place to escape from everyday life, unwind, and enjoy some well-deserved time for myself. I would especially like to highlight Lucas from the beach team and Vissarion, the bartender. Their friendliness, warm personalities, and attentive service made my time at the beach even more enjoyable. Employees like these two really make a difference and make you feel genuinely welcome and appreciated as a guest. A huge thank you to both of them! 👏 The all-inclusive package and the beautiful location near Lindos made my holiday even more enjoyable. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay, had a wonderful time relaxing, and will take home many beautiful memories from this holiday. A big thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Lucas and Vissarion, for making my stay so wonderful! I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be absolutely delighted to return in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt very comfortable from the very first moment we arrived. Being welcomed with our luggage taken care of and a refreshing welcome drink set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable experience. Every single person in this resort is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel special. The entire property is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and cared for with great attention to detail. At every meal, it felt like the whole management team was there to personally welcome guests and make sure everything was perfect. This level of presence and hospitality is something you rarely experience. The cocktails are fantastic, and the bar team deserves special recognition — their passion and friendliness make every visit a pleasure. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate on the “Tourism Day” and the planned program could not take place as intended. However, the alternative program that was arranged at such short notice was truly remarkable. The creativity and effort that went into making the day special despite the rain was impressive and shows the dedication of the entire team. I am not very good with remembering names, but I would like to mention a few people who represent the many wonderful employees working both in front of and behind the scenes who made our stay so enjoyable: Lukas from the beach bar, Christos and Ioanna, Natalia, Giannis, Savvas, Sortiris, and last but not least Juan, the resort's entertainer. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. You made our stay unforgettable, and we hope to come back one day!

We stayed in the Superior Villa & can honestly say, we couldn't fault it. We stayed early September, so just after peak and it was amazing. Staff were great, villa was amazing, we had a family member in an Executive Villa and it was of the sale high standard. We tried the buffet as well as the onsite restaurants and all were great. Buffet had a really good selection each morning and night. I read the negative reviews as well as the positive and from our personal experience, I really didn't see any negative. We were travelling with our 4 year old son as well as his grandmother and the four of us loved every second. To address themes in the 1 star reviews. There were a few ants, there were crickets, there were a few very placid, tame, stray cats, the beach is pebbles and at the hottest part of the day, they are more than a little uncomfortable when they slip in a flip flop. The air conditioning in our villa kept it at a constant 19 degrees, it's not silent by any stretch, but absolutely not deafening. But to say any of that was to the detriment of the holiday is more than a stretch. The complex was in very good condition, well maintained, staff couldn't have been better, food was of a very good standard and plentiful. We will be back.

We recently stayed at the Atrium Palace Hotel in Rhodes and honestly the standout part of the entire holiday was the service. I have never stayed anywhere where every single member of staff consistently goes so far above and beyond for the guests. The level of care, friendliness, and professionalism from everyone was exceptional and it’s what truly made this stay so special for our family. A special mention has to go to Jason the lifeguard, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our holiday. Always smiling, friendly, approachable, and fantastic with guests. He worked incredibly hard and genuinely added to the atmosphere around the pool every day. The staff also made my daughter’s birthday unforgettable by decorating a table for her at breakfast as a surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to us. The hotel rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and we had a beautiful view overlooking the main pool. The pool bar staff were equally amazing — always welcoming, hardworking, and constantly smiling even when busy. The beach was peaceful and relaxing, easily my favourite place on the resort. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from with lots of variety. My only small criticism would be that some portion sizes felt quite small considering the price of the meals. Overall though, this hotel has absolutely got it spot on. The service is genuinely on another level and we really couldn’t have asked for more. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. Alex Eleftheriou

We had an amazing first visit to Rhodes last year, we loved it so much that we booked a return trip not long after getting home! My partner and I stayed at the Atrium Palace for the first time in June 2026, and we had a truly wonderful holiday from start to finish. The breakfast spread each morning was fantastic. There was an incredible variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot and cold food, along with vegan options such as plant-based milks and yoghurt. We spent most of our days relaxing by the quieter pool near the spa. We never had any trouble finding available sun loungers, and ordering some delicious cocktails directly to our loungers via the app made the poolside experience completely seamless. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise at all from neighbouring rooms. The shower was great, and the bathroom was stocked with nice toiletries. All the staff were lovely, genuinely friendly and helpful. Reception easily sorted taxis whenever we needed them, and we rented a car too for a day through the hotel so we could explore the island. If you're a cat lover, there are plenty around the grounds, and the supermarket across the road looks after them all and feeds them. We bought treats for them too. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and loved the entire experience so much that we are returning this September with our whole family - this time on the all-inclusive package. We can’t wait to be back in a couple of weeks!
