We only had breakfast included, so we cannot properly review the rest of the food, but the breakfast selection was quite good. When you arrive, the staff welcome you, show you to your table and immediately pour you some juice. Once you finish eating, they offer you coffee and whenever your drink runs out, they refill it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is honestly nothing to complain about. The resort itself is large and the surroundings are beautiful. The beach is quite rocky, so I strongly recommend bringing water shoes. Lucas the boss of the beach! And Cristina in food hall. The only annoying part was the birds. They started flying around and making a lot of noise very early in the morning. Right next to the resort, there is a padel court that can be reserved, as well as tennis and basketball courts. There is also a great restaurant nearby called Mo ViDa Kitchen Cafe Bar. I definitely recommend visiting it!

We recently stayed at the Atrium Palace Hotel in Rhodes and honestly the standout part of the entire holiday was the service. I have never stayed anywhere where every single member of staff consistently goes so far above and beyond for the guests. The level of care, friendliness, and professionalism from everyone was exceptional and it’s what truly made this stay so special for our family. A special mention has to go to Jason the lifeguard, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our holiday. Always smiling, friendly, approachable, and fantastic with guests. He worked incredibly hard and genuinely added to the atmosphere around the pool every day. The staff also made my daughter’s birthday unforgettable by decorating a table for her at breakfast as a surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to us. The hotel rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and we had a beautiful view overlooking the main pool. The pool bar staff were equally amazing — always welcoming, hardworking, and constantly smiling even when busy. The beach was peaceful and relaxing, easily my favourite place on the resort. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from with lots of variety. My only small criticism would be that some portion sizes felt quite small considering the price of the meals. Overall though, this hotel has absolutely got it spot on. The service is genuinely on another level and we really couldn’t have asked for more. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. Alex Eleftheriou

We had an amazing first visit to Rhodes last year, we loved it so much that we booked a return trip not long after getting home! My partner and I stayed at the Atrium Palace for the first time in June 2026, and we had a truly wonderful holiday from start to finish. The breakfast spread each morning was fantastic. There was an incredible variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot and cold food, along with vegan options such as plant-based milks and yoghurt. We spent most of our days relaxing by the quieter pool near the spa. We never had any trouble finding available sun loungers, and ordering some delicious cocktails directly to our loungers via the app made the poolside experience completely seamless. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise at all from neighbouring rooms. The shower was great, and the bathroom was stocked with nice toiletries. All the staff were lovely, genuinely friendly and helpful. Reception easily sorted taxis whenever we needed them, and we rented a car too for a day through the hotel so we could explore the island. If you're a cat lover, there are plenty around the grounds, and the supermarket across the road looks after them all and feeds them. We bought treats for them too. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and loved the entire experience so much that we are returning this September with our whole family - this time on the all-inclusive package. We can’t wait to be back in a couple of weeks!

Our family has had a wonderful stay at the Atrium Hotel in Lindos, Rhodes, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They were friendly, kind, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. The restaurant staff, in particular, were outstanding. On a couple of occasions I struggled to find something I fancied, and without hesitation they offered to prepare an alternative meal for me. Not only was this incredibly thoughtful, but the food was absolutely delicious. Every day the restaurant manager greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to ask how we were, making sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our holiday. It’s these little personal touches that really make a difference. We stayed in Garden Room 75 in Wing 1, overlooking the pool. The location was perfect and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to add a little more drawer space for clothing. One thing our children absolutely loved was the many cats and kittens around the hotel. They were so friendly, loved attention and provided hours of entertainment. It became one of their favourite parts of the holiday! There is an excellent choice of restaurants, so there’s always plenty of variety, and we never had any difficulty finding a sunbed, whether around the pools or on the beach. Although the beach is pebbly, there are plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax by the sea. What stands out most about this hotel, however, is its people. Great management is reflected in an exceptional team, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. Every department deserves recognition—from reception and housekeeping to the bars and restaurants—but the list would be endless! We would especially like to thank Emma, who looked after us so well every morning at breakfast; Sotiris Tsevgas and Savvas Papantoniou, who were always so attentive and welcoming during our evening meals; Chef Ioannis Kesapidis, who took the time to come out and greet us personally, which was such a lovely touch; and Chara at reception, who was always happy to answer any questions with a smile. Thank you to everyone at the Atrium Hotel for making our family holiday so special. We leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, fantastic hospitality and a truly relaxing holiday.

Another stay at this amazing hotel where you are treated like family the minute you arrive at reception. The first thing you notice is the opulence and cleanliness of the whole reception area which is down to the lovely ladies ( cleaners ) who keep the whole hotel sparkling clean,especially Silvia, Duse and Sofia who looked after our room. All our meals were taken at the Sympoium the main restaurant where we were greeted and hosted bt Savvas, Sotiris and Miki who welcomed us with open arms. The standard of food was first class with plenty of choice, also there is an A la carte option. We were looked after extremely well by Valentina Mannos and Katrina who went out of their way to provide first class service. Lucas who remembers everyone provides a great service at the beach, his friendship is really appreciated. Captain Vasilis boat tour is amazing. Thank you also to Lefteris for ensuring our room requests were met. We would like to congratulate Theodoros on the opening of the new Ice Cream parlour at pool level which we are sure will be most popular in the future. Again a wonderful holiday meeting our friends old and new.
