Really nice stay at the Atrium Platinum. We stayed on a breakfast basis. Id recommend that board basis as the AI is expensive when you compare the daily rate Vs visiting local bars and restaurants. A special shout out to the mexican cantina taquiria muchachos, lovely people and food. Rooms very clean and spacious but a little dated compared to TUI Sensatori in Turkey at same price for full AI. Ixia is bascially a long strip of bars and restaurants. It suits the international crowd looking for easy access to local pubs and bars vs a more authentic Greek experience. I last visited Rhodes old town 20 years ago and was surprised at how much of a tourist trap it has become. Don't sit down at a bar without asking the price of a beer first, especially at the square intersections. Atrium poolside is great, staff work really hard and are friendly. I also appreciated that for once they actually have someone patrolling towel reservations and clearing through the loungers. Hotel lobby bar is a bit soulless, a glass partionted strip of the reception area. Taxis are easy to get into Rhodes old town from the hotel but watch out for staying late, the local taxis try to rip you off and double you up for journeys back. Hotel has great access to the beach and local shops are only a few minutes away. Hotel is spotless. Loungers are mosen and really comfortable, plenty of them throughout the day.

What an incredible experience! This was my first time visiting a Greek island, and it exceeded every expectation. The hotel itself is beautiful, with breathtaking sunset views that made every evening feel special. The food was absolutely amazing, with a fantastic selection and exceptional quality throughout our stay. What truly made this holiday unforgettable, however, was the service. Every member of staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness were outstanding. The Greek people are without a doubt some of the nicest and friendliest people in the world. The hospitality we received here has been far beyond what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, We are currently still here on holiday for a few more days but this review couldnt wait!! Thank you to everyone at this beautiful hotel for making our first Greek island holiday such a memorable one. We will definitely be returning! Should be a 6star hotel.

Our stay at the Atrium Platinum Hotel in Greece was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had fantastic facilities throughout. The food was exceptional every single day, with plenty of variety and excellent service in all of the restaurants. A special thank you to Almpi from Chromata, Eftichia from the front desk, Dimitra from Porfyra, and Aggelos from the lobby restaurant for always being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming during our stay. The biggest thank you goes to Anna from the front desk. She truly made our experience unforgettable. From helping us with our room upgrade to assisting us with anything we needed during our stay, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Anna was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was how engaging and playful she was with my daughter — it was so refreshing and heartwarming to see someone genuinely care about making families feel comfortable and happy. A huge thank you as well to all the staff at the pool area and both lobby restaurants for their outstanding hospitality and service throughout our holiday. Every member of staff made us feel valued and relaxed. The atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious yet comfortable, the cleanliness standards were exceptional, and the attention to detail across the entire resort was second to none. It’s rare to find a hotel where every aspect exceeds expectations, but this one certainly did. We will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Greece. P.S. Give Anna a promotion — she truly deserves it!

We had a wonderful stay at Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning sea views. The food was delicious and varied, offering a great selection at every meal. What stood out the most was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The pools and facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the resort is relaxing, elegant, and welcoming. The location is also perfect, close to Rhodes Town and many local attractions. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation. We would be delighted to return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Atrium Platinum for a special birthday celebration. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious, very clean and with great sea views. We found the spa facilities to be excellent - the staff were really friendly and professional and the treatments were fabulous. All of the staff in the hotel were also very helpful, polite and friendly. What can I say about the food - well, it was exceptional. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and ate in the main restaurant. The buffet service provided at every meal was imaginative, delicious and had huge variety - I am gluten free and everything was beautifully labelled for clarity. Every evening there was a different themed eating experience too, plus musical entertainment in the main bar in the evening. It is clear that the hotel owners take great pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests. Thank you for creating a fantastic experience for us for a special ocassion.
