We had a wonderful stay at Atrium Platinum. It was the perfect choice for our slow luxury holiday. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with outstandingly friendly and professional service throughout our stay. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The sea views, spacious rooms, relaxing pool area, and delicious breakfast made every day special. We especially appreciated the calm atmosphere, which allowed us to truly unwind. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Rhodes. We would be delighted to return.

What an incredible experience! This was my first time visiting a Greek island, and it exceeded every expectation. The hotel itself is beautiful, with breathtaking sunset views that made every evening feel special. The food was absolutely amazing, with a fantastic selection and exceptional quality throughout our stay. What truly made this holiday unforgettable, however, was the service. Every member of staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness were outstanding. The Greek people are without a doubt some of the nicest and friendliest people in the world. The hospitality we received here has been far beyond what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, We are currently still here on holiday for a few more days but this review couldnt wait!! Thank you to everyone at this beautiful hotel for making our first Greek island holiday such a memorable one. We will definitely be returning! Should be a 6star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning sea views. The food was delicious and varied, offering a great selection at every meal. What stood out the most was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The pools and facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the resort is relaxing, elegant, and welcoming. The location is also perfect, close to Rhodes Town and many local attractions. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation. We would be delighted to return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

We highly recommend the Atrium Platinum! The wonderful staff made our stay incredibly easy and truly memorable. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely seamless.The The service here is exceptional. We arrived around 2330, welcome drink and quick check in process. Food & Drink: The buffet options were fresh, varied, and completely delicious. Additionally, the hotel's ordering app worked flawlessly, the pool service was lightning-fast, and the cocktails were a solid 10/10. Restaurants, are amazing great dining experience with great quality food. Facilities: The entire property is spotlessly clean throughout. We loved our room with its stunning sea views. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. (Even if you want an extra hour or so in bed you can easily get a lounger at 10) Location: It is perfectly situated close to Rhodes Old Town. Plus, booking a taxi through reception was quick and easy whenever we wanted to head out. (Fixed at €15) Car hire approx €40 per day Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic holiday!

Best 5 star hotel we have visited during our 15 years time of traveling around the europe! No hotel from Mallorca, Crete or anywhere europe mainland can beat what they offer in Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort. First of all, the service is beyond 5 star, from reception to anyone you walk by in the hotel, they do anything to make you feel like you are the priority guest. Also the hotel it self is really great! Rooms are big, and even the kids bed felt comfortable. In many 5 star hotels, they just put some 3rd bed from somewhere, and those feel awful, but not in this hotel! Room service, also top tier, they will visit twice a day, once in the morning, and once in evening to make sure you have everything you need! Pool area was also one of the best we have experienced. It really is that good what you could see from the pictures. And the amount of space in the pools, and around them make sure everyone will fit, even when the hotel is fully booked. Breakfast is something you could expect from 5 star hotel, but nothing suprising. The service here was also top tier, and little bit better than many other 5 star hotel offer. Pool restaurant, and also the Greek and Italian restaurants were little bit disappointing. They surely offer great food, but in my opinion they are over priced. And since they offer those meals all inclusive, they really feels more over priced what you really get on the plate. Not recommend to use these restaurants, since you get better quality and better price from the city of Rhodes. Another thing worth to mention. Hotel has 9 floors, but only few elevators, and the elevators were pretty small. I think we waited elevators hour or two during our one week stay, really not 5 stars experience. The location of the hotel is also little bit disappointing, it is little bit far away from everything, and you will need to use taxi to get to the restaurant and everything. So prepare to use taxi's a lot, taxi from the hotel to the old town, or city of rhodes is 15€ per direction. Walking could be possible, but it will be hard, due the hotel being on a hill. But all together, one of the best 5 star experiences, simply because of great service, and great pool areas.
